- TMTJ MMay 9, 20261.0I showed up at my 9:30am appointment time, and waited until 12:53pm for the work to be done. Before I left, I noticed one of my center caps was missing and another one was broken and about to fall out. They were actually going to let me drive off the lot without telling me about it. The rims were greasy and dirty and had not been wiped down, and certainly were not clean like when I arrived. Then on top of all this, I was overcharged. When I reported this to "customer care", I was told the overcharge was "taxes & shop supplies" and then was offered a $40 credit. I do not want a credit. I want the difference put back on my card, and I want my caps replaced. That is what will make this situation right for me. **If I have not taken this review down, the issues have not been resolved.**
