Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Mavis tire is a service center that I trust. I asked them to check my brakes, hoses and serpentine belt. They did, said I was good to go as is and didn’t sell me anything that I didn’t need. Thank you Mavis

Came in for a routine tire balance and alignment and left with an absurd $4,500+ estimate filled with predatory upsells and mechanical impossibilities.
I brought my 2018 Toyota Tacoma (under 100k miles) in for basic service and was presented with an estimate quoting nearly every major suspension component on the truck.
Front Struts ($1,075): Service notes state "Ball Joints Blown & Leaking." Front strut assemblies do not have ball joints. This was blindly copied and pasted to justify a massive quote.
Coolant Reservoir Cap ($50): Service notes state "Leaking Hydraulic Fluid." Engine coolant is ethylene glycol and water—it is not hydraulic fluid. An OEM replacement cap is a $10 plastic part that presses on by hand in three seconds.
Upper & Lower Control Arms ($2,125): The technician claimed the control arm bushings were "leaking." Tacoma control arm bushings are solid vulcanized rubber pressed into steel and they contain zero fluid and cannot leak.
Sway Bar End Links ($350): A massive labor/parts markup for basic hardware that costs $40–$60 and takes minutes to swap.
Advice to other drivers: Do not authorize suspension or mechanical repairs here without getting a second opinion from an independent mechanic or dealer.
UPDATE- talked to manager and they tried to say it was a mistake with the wording on the sheet and some other nonsense. Ended up going to a local independent shop and they were able to complete the alignment and balance with zero issues noted with the suspension system.

Very disappointing customer service experience
I purchased a battery for my 2012 Honda Odyssey from Mavis about two and a half years ago. On Sunday, August 9, I made an appointment for 10:00 AM because my vehicle was not starting and want to know about warranty as well.
When I arrived, there were two customers ahead of me. The front-desk employee spent approximately 7-10 minutes with each of them, including having conversations and joking with them. When it became my turn, however, the employee did not give me the same attention.
I explained that I had a 10:00 AM appointment and that my vehicle was not starting. Instead of discussing my appointment or checking the issue, he repeatedly told me that he had four more customers and that I would have to wait until 1:00 PM. He continued working on other things and did not give me even a minute to properly explain my situation.
I understand that a shop can be busy, but I was disappointed by the way I was treated compared with the customers who were ahead of me. I expected at least basic courtesy and attention, especially since I had made an appointment.
I immediately left the place and finally bought a new battery at Auto zone. I never ever visit Mavis again.
I hope Mavis management reviews what happened and takes appropriate steps to improve customer service at this location.
