The staff was friendly, professional, and explained the repairs clearly without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. My car rides so much smoother now and feels great on the road again. What really stood out was how family-friendly the shop was. They had a clean, nice play room for kids, which made waiting so much easier for me and kept my children entertained the entire time. The store manager Bernie I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me during the conversation. I found the interaction very unprofessional and unacceptable.
- JLJennifer LaugenApr 29, 20261.0Edit- while the service was poor resulting in issues I will say Bernie, the manager, has offered a refund and cleaning of the undercarriage of the vehicle. He followed up promptly and seemed genuinely apologetic and remorseful. We did proceed with an oil change elsewhere and it is no longer leaking. Not only was the front desk man extremely dismissive, passive aggressive, and unapologetic, my driveway is messed up from a botched oil change. My car doesn’t have a speck of oil or dirt on it and the underneath is now disgusting. Pursing a refund, and quite frankly the driveway repair cost. If Bernie does not get back to me, it’s going to be a long ride of media outreach and corporate discussions. Don’t ever go here. Ever.
