I had a noticeable balancing issue with my car, so they checked it and did a wheel balancing. No wait time, just 30-45 min and we are done. So helpful! I even got some general recs what is worth doing and what is not (rare nowadays). I got home safe. Reasonable prices. Just trust, they will do what needs to be done :)

Ty was super helpful, understanding, and worked with me to get the right price without making the situation harder than it already was. He was professional, honest, and made sure I was taken care of quickly so I could get back on the road. It’s not every day you run into someone who genuinely looks out for you like that. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend asking for Ty if you go to Mavis!
