The purpose of making an appointment is to ensure a quick turn around. Waiting 1.5 hours for a super quick service is uncalled for. Will not come back here.

I’ve been to this place many times. It’s great service every time. The owners are sweet and genuine people. I brought my car to check on tire leak and fortunately, there was none. They did not charge anything. Definitely would keep going back there.

I couldn’t have been serviced by a better consultant judging I was having a PTSD day (disabled veteran). An incident triggered me at a store so I wanted to speedily get home and noticed I had a nail in my tire. The Mavis on touchton was on my way home and I took a chance at having my tire serviced there. I didn’t have to wait. The lobby was quiet and they were speedy with the patch/plug on my tire. Many thanks to helping me on one of my sensitive days

My partner and I live right up the road and always drive by this location and have wanted to swing by. We finally decided to come in just to have a simple tire rotation done and Carrie greeted us the second we walked in. She was incredible kind and helpful from the moment we walked in, did not try to push anything extra on us, and got it in immediately to be worked on. We were in and out super fast and will most definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to everyone! Carrie is incredibly helpful and greeted everyone she met with kindness and respect!
