Everyone there was really friendly and they got my car right in. It needed a patch which was done right away. Overall a great experience there for something that could have been very stressful. Thankful I found Mavis Tires & Brakes today! Highly recommend their services and I will be back for my tire needs!

I forget their names, but the nice woman at the front desk and the fella with the long beard have always done great business with me- no BS, no trying to upsell me on stuff we both know I don’t want, just a simple transaction that gets my work trucks back on the job. Except this past time there was a different manager on duty, I went in for brake pads and came out $1000 poorer. They were told twice in person that I only wanted brake pads. It was dropped off Friday evening, I was called exactly once at 8AM and missed it because I was asleep. They took that as permission to install four new brake rotors and flush the brake fluid. And this was after they tried to sell me ball joints and upper control arms on a truck with 100k miles. I just wanted brake pads and got screwed out of $1000 for what could have been $50 at autozone. Hope that little bit of profit was worth it, as me and my 15 work trucks will never step foot in there again.
