Tried making an appointment at tire kingdom their sister store around the corner and the online booking system is not working correctly. Same with this store. Made an appointment online and it wont come up in their system/ they can't assist me or get me the online price and say they dont even have the tires I booked an appointment for.
I asked if they can price match In person or give me a similar deal they said no, they don't have entry level tire brands. So why advertise it!?
I've called both tire kingdom and mavis and neither of them can figure it out. At this point I'll just see if discount tires has something similar

This was my first time going to a Mavis. I had a nail in tire they fixed it right away and quick without an appt.

After driving around to like 3 to 4 different locations that repair tires and fix flats, I finally was able to just walk in to Mavis tire and get my tire fixed. I didn't have to schedule an appointment and was able to walk in . All of the other locations were telling me that I would have to wait almost 2 hours. I definitely didn't have time for that . I knew I had to work later on and I didn't want to spend my entire day sitting in a tire shop for a simple repair. They worked fast and I was out very quickly. They understand my situation and were very polite. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs tire work done.

I live in Winter Park and was in Jacksonville to help my granddaughter who was having issues with her car. We got those sorted out and I was on my way out of town when my own car's indicator light for low tire pressure came up and a protective panel underneath the car began to drag on the road. It was toward the end of the day and I was eager to get on the road, but knew I needed to have both issues checked out. Having had positive experiences with Mavis in Winter Park, l looked for an Mavis in Jax, and ended up at the one at 9718 Touchton Road. When I pulled in, I could see they were very busy, and that was confirmed by the manager when I approached the front desk. That said, he went out into the bay and came back saying that they would get to my car as soon as they could, and they did just than. Thirty minutes later I was on the road with both issues having been taken care of. "Excellent customer service" is an understatement for the service that I received.

yoel was amazing! very efficient and honest - i went in because i thought my tire was pierced by a nail and they discovered it hadn’t punctured the tire and just filled them with air for no cost :) i was quoted originally for the tire patch around $30-40 which seems totally fair for labor and supplies. will return for any brake or tire needs!
