Their service was very prompt, both the office manager and the technician were very friendly. They fixed my tire (removed a staple and plugged the hole) and DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE!! I highly recommed this tire shop!!

They patched my tire this morning. I was a walk in. I was in and out in 15 minutes, maybe less, which was a blessing as I had just left another place that had told me an hour and a half, maybe two. Both Maya and the Service Tech (I forget to get his name) were fabulous, professional, and quickly addressed the issue. It was my first time there and I wish I had gone there when I replaced all my tires last year.

The service was exceptional today.
I had a nail or a tack or a screw in the rear tire on the driver's side, so I took it up there to have it patched up. I had road hazard protection. Three months ago, my wife took it up to have a tire patched because there was a screw in a different tire, so I felt confident that I had everything covered.
When the inspection was done, I was told that the screw was too close to the edge to be patched, so they had to put a brand new tire on. First thing I thought was, "Oh my God, I was not expecting this." Now I'm thinking about $300 for a brand new tire: it's an SUV, a Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve, so the tires are premium.
The clerk walked back in and said, "Hey, we're putting a new tire on there for you." Because it needed it, I figured I'd go ahead and get it since we need the tire. I called my wife and told her they couldn't patch it up and had to put a brand new tire on. She said, "Oh, wow," and was going to send me half for the tire.
About 15 minutes later, he walks back in and says, "Hey, you're all set." I asked, "Is that it?" He said, "Yeah, you're all set." He gave me the keys, and I drove out with a brand new tire without having to pay anything for it.
God is good. That was exceptional service. It pays to have warranties and road hazard coverage on your tires. That's good insurance: it costs a little extra, but it's well worth it. If you go cheap to save money, you'll pay an expensive price later on. Pay the extra, get that assurance, and that's how you win. Great service. The brand new tie was free.
I highly recommend Mavis Services. We've dealt with them several times, and they offer a very good, efficient service.
