I just had an issue with the manager at this (103rd Street Jacksonville FL)location. I brought my car in to have my brakes bled and was told an hour wait. I didn't want anything other than the bleeding of my brakes. After about 2 and a half hours my car was still on the lift but with no diagnosis. The manager was abrasive when I said I've been waiting over 2 hours stating that they are busy. After that exchange, I asked him to put the tires back on and I'll get out of there. He angrily agreed. Be mindful that I've been to that location numerous times without issue but today was ridiculous and can't go back to that location unfortunately. I wasted most of my day for nothing. The customer service needs to be better for sure. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Mavis offers free tire rotation and brake inspection! I got an oil change a week ago at "Val******" and they wanted to upcharge for tire rotation. My mistake in going to "V". Then I checked online with a Google search and found Mavis Tire. Turns out an oil change with Mavis would have been the better choice as well as it would have been less $.. Well I know I'll be returning back to Mavis for all my future car maintenance! I had made my appointment online. They were quick, and professional, and nice as well. I highly recommend Mavis!!
