Scheduled an appointment for 5pm, I walked in are Carlos got us and the car checked in less than 10 minutes. After an hour the car was ready to get on the road again. I've always had very fast and high quality service with Mavis, especially Carlos. Also shout-out to the mechanics for the fast tire change.

Carlos at Mavis tires and brakes did an awesome job and demonstrated with customer service needs to look like. I needed air in my tires and without question he Assisted me with no problem. If You’re not utilizing Marvis tires on Dunn Avenue for your tire needs you’re missing out.

They have great customer service. Helpful team and Calvin is an Angel in disguise… people talk crazy about this company but they help me as a pregnant woman with no help. They went above and beyond to help me and make sure I make it to get the right tires for my rental. If you ever need help or someone to truly care Mavis on Dunns is awesome . And Calvin is a blessing !!! I thank God he was here to help !!!

Customer Service was dismissive. I went in from the interstate because I had an alert on a tire. I pulled in and used the pump to keep some air in tire and could see a screw. I asked about plug/patch. The person I had to find, came to the desk said they didn’t have time. They had an appointment in 30 minutes.. seriously? I asked. Yes, I can’t help until tomorrow. Didn’t ask how bad it was. Actually didn’t ask any discovery questions. Just “No”. I’m glad to see by previous reviews, this is standard protocol. No need to ever return. I see your reply, you have had 5 days to reply to an email sent to via your website. If you wanted to respond, you could.

Woke up on Sunday to find a screw in one of my tires🥴 My brunch plans were immediately cancelled & I made a B-line strrrraight to Mavis Tires on Dunn Ave. Thank GOD they're open 7 days a week; Extremely convenient for any schedule! I called to schedule an appt, and Carlos A. took care of my tire issue & got me back on the road in know time. Road hazard protection is a MUST in these Duval streets!!! P.S. I was able to watch the Jags vs. Patriots game while I waited in the lobby🏈🤩
