  I've been a customer of Lexus of Orange Park since 2013. I have always had a great experience with everyone I have encountered there. Recently I dealt with Adam Main wood and had an excellent experience buying my vehicle. He explained everything to me clearly and helped me leave with a great deal.   Brought my LX 570 to Lexus of Orange Park to fix a stubborn alignment issue, and they did a phenomenal job. Their master technician properly realigned the vehicle and successfully recalibrated the VGRS system. It tracks perfectly straight now. The service here was excellent, highly efficient, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. It’s a relief to have a service team that gets it right the first time. I'm highly satisfied with their work and will definitely be coming back here!

  I had a great experience at the Lexus dealership of Orange Park. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. My sales person was Raven (she’s AMAZING), the sales manager Matt ( sorry if I have the name wrong😀, nice, tall, handsome guy), and last but not least Ana the she’s the Finance Director she was also great. They took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured. The buying experience was smooth and efficient, and I am very happy with my new Lexus. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a stress-free car-buying experience.
