    I will start with saying I wasn’t overwhelmed my sales representative Cherry Moore was so contained and very thoughtful. I shopped only for two weeks and I eyed a good ride, clean and spectacular. John was so thoughtful as well. Terrell tech guy was helpful. To me it’s not how much money you spend it’s that’s warm welcome and dealing with someone like Cherry who is not pushing you to make a purchase but educating you well. I can say I went to Lexus if Jax on Atlantic dealership I didn’t see this kind of customer service. Orange park melted my heart.Go Cherry Moore will be visiting you when I come for service.

    This has been a nightmare. I setup an appointment and drove over to this location from Tallahassee(2.5 hour drive one way). When I got to the location to drop off my car, we spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use the warranty service so I called the warranty service and let them explain how to file a claim to the dealership. I got my loaner vehicle and went to my hotel and later to dinner. At dinner I received repair estimates and noticed I was quoted full charge for the warranty repair. I talked with service advisor and the warranty repair order had not been filed and my mirror needed wouldn't be in until Tuesday. I was asked to give them until Monday to get an estimate on the service and repairs. I drove back to Tallahassee on Sunday. I got an estimate of approximately $1266 to do the work. I authorized the work. The mirror that came in on Tuesday was the wrong mirror so they had to order a different one. That mirror came in on Friday. I was called on Saturday morning and asked to pick up my car. I drove back to this location (2.5 hour drive). I get there and signed the repair order, wait 55 minutes only to find out the the warranty company is closed so the dealership can't get a payment on Saturday so I was not allowed to get my car. I was told they would see if a valet could bring my car to me and pick up the loaner vehicle. On Monday morning I texted to see if the valet would be driving over and was told they did not have time to set up the service and payment from the warranty company should arrive at 9:30 am. I decided I was not going to drive over until they confirm the payment was received. That did not happen until the afternoon so I told the service advisor I would drive over (2.5 hours)Tuesday morning. I get there and I am told my amount due is $326. I pay it thinking, it is finally over. I was called and emailed on Wednesday thinking they are just following up with service. I talk with ten on Thursday, to be told I actually should have paid $1174 more dollars. I told them to send me the link and I would pay the amount and asked for an updated invoice to show the total. I get an invoice instead that is showing I need to pay $2440. I immediately send it back stating the total was now much more than I was told in the beginning and the invoice didn't have the warranty payment or my payment. I got a response that when I subtract the warranty payment and my payment, I would come up with what I was being asked to pay. I never got an invoice to match what was being paid. Just making sure I hold on to my bank records and what I received, just in case I get another call. This has been unbelievable.

    I want to ensure this review helps others, pause and ensure you are getting what you expect. I purchased a new to me certified Lexus about 2 weeks ago. The first question I asked was had it been smoked in and was told “no”. When test driving the car it had a smell of deodorizer that was strong I also made mention but was assured it was just that - a strong deodorizer. This is the second automobile I have purchased from this dealership and sadly the last. When I got the car home, we were doing construction at our house so the car was parked for five days with no one in or out of it. Upon getting it in the automobile on the fifth day, the car smoke smell was overwhelming. I reached out to my sales person, and the dealership agreed to do whatever they could to make it right so I took the car back. They had it for four days and I think they barely washed it. They did use the ionizer in the automobile, but sadly that did not take away the smell. We talked about buying a new car but the price they were giving me for the one I just purchased was a tremendous amount less after just driving it off the lot a week before. While the dealership gave the façade of trying to make this right unfortunately it just wasn’t the case. I am stuck with a terrible smelling, new to me, very expensive automobile. I am hoping my review will just prompt others to take their time and make sure their new purchase is what was promised.

    Made a service appointment to drop my vehicle off for service at 11:30 am. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waited more than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (total of 40 minutes) to see a service advisor. I pre-arranged for a ride from a friend and only had time to drop the car off and go. Things happen, I get it, but this is the second time in a row I waited longer than 30 minutes after a scheduled appointment time just to drop a car off at the OP location. I did have an awesome service advisor who was apologetic and noticeably overloaded and moving fast along with one other advisor, while the other advisors sat around with no customers, staring at their monitors or gazing out of the window, and the waiting area was packed. The advisors should probably be assigned, at least for appointments, instead of relying on peers to support the workload and each other equally. I’m concerned and disappointed that service seems to be going down and prices are going up. But the actual servicing of my car was great. I liked receiving a video of my car inspection, its condition, and an explanation of what needed to be done. I also appreciated the car being washed.
