    Excellent experience with the Lexus service department! Ricky recognized I was in a hurry and efficiently got my car in and out far quicker than expected. Raymond warmly welcomed me back, and Sarah quickly resolved my technology questions with expertise and patience. The entire team was professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. Ricky, Raymond, and Sarah made a dynamic trio that turned my visit into a very positive experience. 10 stars!

    My experience at Lexus was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The service department made sure everything was done correctly and kept me informed throughout the process. The parts department was just as great — they took the time to help me fix my key fob quickly and were very patient and knowledgeable. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service across every department, and I truly appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was. Thank you to the entire team for making the experience smooth and stress-free!

    I recently brought my vehicle to Lexus of Jax for service. I arrived early for my appointment, and was promptly greeted by a friendly young man who checked in my vehicle and directed me to Jovie, my SA. Jovie was very professional and courteous, and he kept me posted on the service that was being performed. My only suggestion would be to ensure that thorough research is done on each vehicle—for any existing/active warranty coverages—prior to contacting customers about additional repairs, to alleviate any potential confusion and/or embarrassment for your team members and customers. Again, Jovie and the entire team were great, and I truly appreciate the transparency of the service techs.

    Only came here because the Toyota dealerships in the area had bad reviews. I booked my service online and requested the loaner car. When I got to the dealership the guy told me “we only give those to people who already drive one of our vehicles” but is was the way he said it. It was very unprofessional and to which I responded Toyotas and Lexus are the same company. He then told me there was a complimentary uber to wherever I wanted to go within reason. But no idea if that would have been round trip or one way. He walks me to the waiting room where he tells me the cafe is here but closed so it’s not available to me anyways. I walked around the show room and not a single person even said hello. Now I fully understand that when you book a service that you probably aren’t looking to buy a car, that being said I expect to be acknowledged when I’m walking around looking at the cars being displayed. The whole experience was just not great. Coming to a mid tier luxury dealership I expect at least a half good experience to make me want to bring my car back! $150 for an oil change and you’re rotation and I probably would have gotten better customer service at a jiffy lube.
