    I always have a great experience with Henry at Lexus of Jacksonville. He makes the entire service process effortless. I’m in and out quickly, he always has my loaner ready with no issues, and he keeps me updated throughout the process. Henry is professional, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. If you’re bringing your Lexus in for service, I highly recommend asking for Henry!

    I love this dealership! 3rd vehicle purchase from them over 15 years. The Lexus RX350 is my favorite vehicle. The last vehicle I purchased was a fantastic-no pressure experience. Buying a vehicle is about more than the initial purchase, it’s all about the service and this by far is the best! As a woman, I appreciate that they have always been fair and honest with me, never trying to get me to pay for something I don’t need. While waiting for your vehicle, Gene and Nash will hook you up with one of the best omelets or tuna chef salads in Jacksonville! Guess what… it’s complimentary, just make sure you tip them. They no longer display their tip jar, I’m sure some selfish, cheap person probably complained about it. Don’t worry, Dylan or one of the other car service guys will let you know when your car is finished being washed and then you are off to enjoy an amazing day!

    I had a wonderful and welcoming experience multiple times at Lexus Of Jacksonville. Billy, my sales person, was without a doubt, one of the most delightful, friendly and polite car sales persons I’ve ever met. He never tried to pressure me into making a decision about buying the car a listened intently and had multiple conversations with me about the purchase of my vehicle. I was initially interested in the newly redesigned LexusES And also thought about the RX. I Finally decided I was not going to be able to go from a midsize SUV to the much smaller sedan. The decision then became what size SUV I was going to go to. I was very drawn to the recently redesigned TX. It was a little difficult to convince my husband to agree to the TX but he finally decided that the TX was the best option for us. My entire experience in multiple visits to Lexus Of Jacksonville was nothing but delightful from the people working in the cafeteria to the front desk Cara and the financial department Sara and technology and of course Billy in sales were all absolutely wonderful and did their jobs extremely well. I would highly recommend Lexus Of Jacksonville to anyone that I know who’s looking for a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle. Thank you again Billy for all you do and for all you’ve done to help us come to our decision and purchase this beautiful new TX.

    I recently took my Lexus RX350 to Fields Lexus for service, and the experience was surprisingly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the customer experience felt truly premium. They even offer complimentary breakfast and lunch for customers, which is a wonderful touch, although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it since they provided me with a loaner vehicle. A special thanks to Raymond, my service advisor. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took care of everything seamlessly. I also loved receiving video updates of the vehicle inspection and service recommendations. It adds a level of transparency that you don’t often see. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They didn’t try to oversell tires, brakes, or unnecessary services, which has become rare in the automotive service industry. I’ve owned an Alfa Romeo Giulia for years and have experienced what I considered luxury service at Alfa Romeo and Maserati dealerships. But Fields Lexus has taken customer service to an entirely different level. This is, without a doubt, one of the best dealership service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Fields Lexus and especially Raymond!

    This was my first servicing. I had an appointment but when I arrived no one knew of the appointment and the person organizing seemed frustrated with me. I did not feel welcome. Eventually they took the car but never acknowledged that I had an appointment. I told Rickie that I wanted some changes to the technology set up which the manual said could be done without charge at the first servicing. The process lasted about 1 1/2 hours but I believe nothing was done except checking various conditions. I was given a video of what was done and there was no mention of rotating the tires which the service manual stated was part of the first service. When it was done I asked for the technical set up changes. The cashier said there were no technicians available. Rickie tried to have a couple of very helpful young men try to make the changes. They were very attentive and tried with me in the car. But none of the changes were made. Later at home with YouTube I was able to make the changes. If I rated Rickie alone, I would give him five stars.
