  I currently drive a 2021 Ford Bronco 4 door soft-top and love driving with the top down during the Florida summer. The process of putting the top down is not complicated but a pain to do especially when I get caught in bad weather. Normally I dont even put the back and side panel windows on when I go out in the Bronco. Even with the Safari style with no panels my rear storage compartment gets soaked including cargo for the day. Then I found out about BESTOP'S E-TOP, and with a push of a button the top retracts up and I dont need to worry about the panels anymore - simple, easy, and definitely worth buying. I looked online and found LEONARD TRUCK OUTFITTERS on Beach Blvd. Not only did they sell the E-Top but they are a BESTOP brand installer as well. So I went to go purchase and they required 1/2 payment now and the rest after the install. This was in July and that Top was on backorder due to popularity and won't arrive till August. So I waited till they called me to let me know it was in their store. Got the call last week and made a appointment with them for next Tuesday. Today I dropped off my Bronco this morning around 9am and after several hours my Bronco was ready with my New BESTOP E-TOP. I can't even explain what a game changer this top is and the simple act of pushing 1 button to extend and retract my top, and keep the side and rear panels on - WIN, WIN, ALL THE WAY. The material is way better than the stock rag top almost like a Alcantara like feel, the interior noise is much quieter, and it definitely looks much better - better than thought, and it looks factory installed. Can't thank the great folks at Leonard Truck outfitters enough for their great service and expert install of my new E-TOP. If you're thinking about this top or on the fence about this product let me say this, " You will not be disappointed and you will no longer be fumbling to put down the top in any season. I will post pics with the top down when the top stretches out more and settles in. Five stars all day for THE BESTOP E-Top for looks,quality, and ease of use.

  Had my soft bed cover knifed and all bed content exposed. I’m from way out of town and the Florida rain was on the way. Quick search of truck accessories store and these guys were the closest and had 5 stars. Quick call, they had it in stock and squeezed me in 30 mins later. Bed contents safe again less than an hour later. Nice shop, peaked my interest for some future upgrades while waiting.

  Purchased a trailer from Leonard Truck Outfitters based on their listing and what was verbally confirmed in person by Taylor Hardy, and the specs did not match what was advertised. The trailer was listed as having a 3,500 lb axle, but the manufacturer plate clearly shows it is only rated at 2,000 lbs, which significantly limits its actual carrying capacity. I was also told through the Facebook listing that it had 13-inch tires, but it actually came with 12-inch tires. These are key details when purchasing equipment for work. On top of that, shortly after leaving the dealership, the turn signals stopped working on the drive home, which raises concerns about quality and inspection before sale. After bringing these issues up, I was told they would speak with management and get back to me. I’ve had to follow up multiple times and still haven’t received a clear resolution. It’s also been about a week since I first pointed out the incorrect specs, and the listing has still not been corrected, which is disappointing. I drove out of my way expecting accurate information and a straightforward transaction, and that wasn’t the case. Hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but as of now, I can’t recommend purchasing from them. Update: After continued follow-up, the dealership did provide a $400 price adjustment to account for the incorrect specifications. I appreciate them taking a step toward resolving the issue. However, the process required multiple follow-ups and was not handled proactively, which made the experience more frustrating than it should have been.

  Order process was easy. It took about 7 weeks to come in. The installer did an excellent job, and the topper looks great on my truck.
