  Recently had my Land Rover Range Rover serviced due to a recall. I was a very satisfied with the maintenance done on the vehicle to correct a recall. The fact that the technician videotaped the exterior of my vehicle and walk through the inspection with me top-notch very professional.

  The repair service for my Landrover at the Jacksonville dealership started out with a challenging initial interaction from staff member but was quickly turned around and became a wonderful experience due to the flawless customer service, active listening skills and interaction of the service Manager- Kevin Coughlin. I will recommend his services and those of Landrover as a result of the consistency of Kevin in understanding and meeting the service needs of his customers. He deserves an A+
