  Purchased my Defender 90 from Land Rover Jacksonville and had it shipped up to Missouri. Taylor was great throughout the whole process, always helpful, easy to communicate with and willing to go the extra mile. Chris was also excellent and stepped in to help get a few things sorted along the way. Laura has been brilliant too, helping with all the paperwork and getting everything organised for registration here in Missouri. Buying a vehicle from another state comes with its challenges, but I really appreciate the effort all three have put in to make it work. Really pleased with the Defender and enjoying every mile of it. Thanks again to Taylor, Chris and Laura!

  The service manager, (Kevin) along with his welcoming team go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction in every conceivable way possible. The service manager himself actually stepped out of his office and provided a warm welcome with a sincere desire to address our concerns. Hats off to the amount of professionalism displayed at Land Rover of Jacksonville. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace 👍🏽

  I purchased my vehicle in NY and received a notice that there were two active recalls. Fields dealership reached out to assist and service the car. Despite never purchasing from them, the entire process was extremely seamless and pleasant. They provided me with a loaner vehicle for several days, and the staff was very kind and communicated all items clearly and professionally. Highly recommend.

  Wonderful staff was greeted expeditiously, thorough updates and explanations from staff. Lovely breakfast included with service as well as due to timeframe of needed service, complimentary loaner, and updated with any additional repairs needed. I was well cared for and literally don’t think I’ll ever purchase another brand vehicle. A+++ quality service, despite the noisy construction to the new addition in progress.
