    The purchase of my new Defender was an excellent experience! There was no pressure they worked with me on my trade and I was very happy with the deal we made. Randi Morgan was my salesperson and she is excellent! Honestly I was debating since the dealership is a bit of a hike but I am so glad I went. Couldn't be happier with my Defender! Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly, an overall great team!

    Had a fantastic experience custom ordering my Range Rover Velar with Liam. The entire team went above and beyond—the finance department made the paperwork seamless, and the detailing crew had the car looking absolutely pristine for delivery. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend working with Liam and the team here! (Dropping 2 pictures from delivery day because the car looks incredible!)

    Jaitan and the service team at Land Rover Jacksonville were fantastic. I had a leak in my tire that then lead to discovering what I actually had was a crack in the wheel. The fix unfortuanately was going to be ordering a new wheel. Complicating it further was that the inner part of wheels on the car that been specially painted navy blue to match the car...and the spare did not match the other 4 wheels. So Jaitan had to order a new wheel to match and then have it painted to match the other three wheels. Mission accomplished much to my satisfaction. Again, Jaitan and the service team were great!!

    Bryan was amazing to work with throughout this whole experience. He was kind, listened well and was not a high pressure salesperson. Actually, it was one of my best purchase experiences ever. He followed up on every question during the process and has contacted me several times after the sale to be sure that all is going well. I have nothing but good feedback about Bryan and would definitely use him again in the future!

    My salesman John was incredible. I always take a good amount of time looking at all the trim options and the car specifications. John was not only extremely knowledgeable, but really patient and spent a lot of time with me as I considered my options. Even when they got a new truck in with a color scheme I was considering, he immediately let me know so I could come in and see it in person. He also spent a good twenty minutes with me setting up all the electronics and customization once I bought the car which really helped and impressed me. No doubt I would recommend John to everyone!!! UPDATE - Part 2: I always find it interesting when a business pulls something shady and then asks repeatedly for a review. I wasn’t going to add this part, but they kept asking for a review so here is part two. Of course every dealership is going to try shady stuff, that’s fine and part of the process….but I can’t stand lies. The sales manager threatened that we wouldn’t be able to do business (when my truck was already delivered on the lot) if I continued to refuse to sign the paperwork which allowed them to sell my information to third parties. I never signed it and I still got my truck from them. Also, I was told by two people at the dealership when it came to the extended warranty, “the price is regulated by the state and not negotiable”. I thought was weird, but asked for the paperwork anyway, so I could review it. At the back of the paperwork, in the Florida addendum, it clearly stated in writing, “it is not regulated by the state”. A fact which I proved by calling around to different dealerships in the state. I got a better price for the extended warranty at another location in Florida. Also, in the time difference between when I ordered the truck and when the truck arrived, I called Jacksonville for an updated quote for the extended warranty and went up another $500, putting their total price about $1000 above their competitor. The day I picked the truck up, I mentioned to the person who was selling the extended warranty that the paperwork said it was not regulated by the state. Her response was , “we can’t sell you one anyway” and clearly wasn’t happy I caught it. In the end, John was and is amazing and I would 100% go back and buy another car from him again. I give him 5 stars!!!! There were a million little things I could go on about how his customer service was amazing. As for the dealership I’m dropping the overall experience to a 4 star because of everything else. Make sure you read all the documents before signing; which is great advice for any situation. Update in response to Land Rover's message. Neither the DMV nor Carfax were not listed on the form. The form stated that I would be authorized my information to be provided to "affiliates...for marketing". Since the dealership noted on the form "member refused to sign", I was not provided a copy. If I was, I would post it here to show the exactly language. With respect to the extended warranty. I know dealers can markup the price, that's why I shopped around. However, I was told by two people the "price was regulated by the state". My issue is the exact language "price is regulated by the state" was articulated when that is a false statement of the state addendum. Per the extended warranty Florida Addendum, part ii (which Land Rover Jax provided me); "The following disclosure is added to this Contract: The rate charged for this Contract is not subject to regulation by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation." Of the six locations I called in Florida, Jacksonville and Orlando were the only two that claimed the "price was regulated by the state". Know that I praise in public, but correct in private hence why I have not listed their names here. However, I can provide names via DM or phone if desired. In the end, it was a good experience and I ended up with a great car. I just have a bad taste in my mouth from the excessiveness. I recommend easing back on the overreaching of pressuring people to sign their information away and misrepresenting the state.
