  I just bought a 2026 GMC Sierra SLT 6.2 L truck. A very nice vehicle. Shortly after my purchase, I did a little research online, which was my fault not to do it first. I Found that the 6.2 L vehicles up to 2024 have been recalled with the motor changed out because of failure. I also found that the situation is not resolved and failures of both 2025 and 2026 trucks are occurring. This is currently under evaluation with a recall decision pending. This is certainly a matter of debate, but I find it unethical that this vehicle was sold to me without Advisement of the situation. Probably accounts for the significant discount. I was simply told it is a great vehicle!

  Outstanding Customer Service at Key Buick GMC! As a family that has traveled from Atlanta to Florida for a vacation, we definitely had the unexpected happen and Key Buick made life easier. Our experience with Key Buick GMC was absolutely fantastic! A huge shoutout to Mark Meade and Rodney for making the service experience for our 2022 Denali seamless, stress-free, and easy! Mark was especially awesome! His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Whenever an issue arose, he made sure we understood exactly what was going on, what needed to be done, and how it would be resolved. He kept us informed throughout the process and made sure everything was handled without unnecessary headaches or complications. Mark made our lives 1,000% easier! Their dedication to excellent customer service truly deserves recognition. No complaints, no complications—just great service from start to finish! Thank you both for going above and beyond!   Poor communication from dealership service department. And after having the vehicle for months waiting on a back order part, you would think the dealership would have enough courtesy to was the exterior of the car that sat outside for months. I received a filthy car with stains on the exterior and smelly interior. I had to drive a vehicle with 6000 miles on it straight to a car wash for detailing. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Poor communication, disorganized system, and not anywhere I would ever go again.

  Laura and Mike were outstanding. They made a major purchase a more comfortable experience. I was getting my truck serviced and wasn’t planning on buying. But after talking with Laura , test driving the AT4 X and then Mike and Laura made the numbers work for me within my budget. Mike made my transfer seamless especially with my DV tag. I recommend Key Buick for Veterans but I’m sure they take care of everyone.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Key Buick GMC, especially Matt Vogel. I emailed my documents around 4:00 p.m., and by 6:30 p.m. I was riding out of the dealership in a vehicle I did not expect to be driving home. I went in expecting to purchase a late-model used Buick with a little over 100,000 miles on it. Instead, I drove away in a 2026 Buick Envision with fewer than 100 miles. My ass is literally the first ass to be sitting in the driver's seat as the owner. 😂 What really stood out, though, was how incredibly easy Matt made the entire process. Every single thing I thought might be a blocker, Matt had already handled. I would say, “But what about this problem?” and he would basically respond, “What problem, Candice? How is that a problem? I already fixed it.” That was the entire experience. No pressure. No unnecessary stress. No sitting around for six hours wondering what was happening behind some mysterious finance-office curtain. Just clear communication, solutions, and an unbelievably smooth process from beginning to end. This was easily the most stress-free car-buying experience I have ever had. I walked in thinking I was buying one type of vehicle and drove out in something far better than I expected, and the entire process took about two and a half hours from sending my documents to leaving the dealership. Matt Vogel was absolutely wonderful, and I would happily recommend both him and Key Buick GMC to anyone looking for a dealership that actually knows how to get things done.
