We had an outstanding experience purchasing our 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD from Key Buick GMC!
Alex Lee (Sales Professional) was exceptional from start to finish. We completed everything online, over the phone, by text, and electronically the day before, so the process couldn’t have been easier. Alex was always quick to respond, answered every question, and kept us informed every step of the way.
The next morning, we drove 3½ hours to pick up our truck. When we arrived, all of the paperwork was ready for us to sign. We took a few quick family pictures with our new truck, and we were on our way!
Thank you to Mike Stringer (Sales Manager) for helping everything go smoothly and to Christian Ortolaza (Finance Manager) for making the financing process simple, explaining everything clearly, and never making us feel pressured.
This was by far one of the easiest vehicle purchases we’ve ever made. We absolutely love our new 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD and highly recommend Key Buick GMC to anyone looking for a smooth, honest, and hassle-free buying experience!

I want to thank Key Hyundai/Key Buick GMC, and especially our car salesperson, Naim Rasheed, for helping me make my first-ever car purchase! We had gone to Kia & Toyota before coming to look at Hyundai, and because Naim gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and his very personable attitude towards us, he made my family and me feel welcome. Ultimately, after helping us test-drive two cars, he helped me decide on the 2026 Hyundai Venue SEL. I would definitely recommend him as your salesperson if you visit this location!
I made an appointment through the dealership's online scheduling system to have the 15,000-mile service performed (inspection, oil and filter change, and tire rotation). When I arrived, my appointment was not on the schedule. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership (out of only three visits).
The service writer was accommodating and apologetic, which I appreciated. After waiting for more than two hours, I received a notice that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I agreed, and about 30 minutes later I received notification that my vehicle was finished.
When I walked out to meet the service writer, he was pulling my truck up and the passenger-side mirror struck another vehicle. Again, the service writer was apologetic, and we checked the truck for damage. Fortunately, there didn't appear to be any damage from the incident. However, upon further inspection, I found grease on the passenger door, and the chrome on the bumper was dirty and scratched.
I spoke with one of the managers, and they offered a complimentary detail cleaning, but that doesn't remove scratches. After being there for so long and getting hungry, I accepted the offer and left.
When I got home, I noticed grease and oil on the inside of the driver's door. Items from the glove compartment had been left on the passenger-side floor. I also checked the oil level to make sure the service had actually been performed, and fortunately it had. However, the windshield washer fluid cap had been left off.
I will be taking the truck back for the detail cleaning, but after that I will be finding another place to service my vehicle. I paid a lot of money for this service, and it is apparent that this dealership is either not equipped to properly care for customers' vehicles or that the service technicians simply do not care.
This is the closest GM service center to me, but I will gladly drive an extra 30 minutes to a dealership that takes better care of its customers and their vehicles.I will be taking the truck to get the detail done but after that I will be finding another place to service my truck. I paid a lot of money to have the service done and it is apparent this dealership is either not equipped to take care of customers' vehicles or the service techs don't care. This is the closest GM service center but I will be happy to drive another half hour to go to a place that cares for their customers and their vehicles.
