- MLM LMay 9, 20261.0I took my car for here routine maintenance and was quoted a price of approximately $180 by the attendant for an oil change and tire rotation in addition to various other services. Midway through the work, the attendant recommended also changing the air filter for another $50 including the part and labor. When the car was ready, I was charged a total of $281.73 and told for the first time that the service did not include the type of oil my car needed and it only included a limited quantity that was less than the amount I needed. Nothing on the invoice matched the initial price I was quoted for the service I expected to receive. At no time before the work was done, was I informed of these additional charges, nor asked for authorization to proceed. To add insult to injury, the bottom of the invoice displayed a completely irrelevant and offensive religious message that is discriminatory to those who may not be of the same religious faith as whoever saw fit to include this message on an invoice from Jiffy Lube that I did not believe to be a religious institution of house of worship. Very shady and unethical. Will not be returning to this business, nor recommending to anyone else for that matter.
