The several people involved in my purchase of the 2025 Genesis G70 were polite, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating ... beginning with their concierge driver who picked me up at the JAX airport even though my arriving flight was delayed by several hours. When I arrived at the dealership, 5 minutes before closing time, they stayed after closing as we worked through the deal and then patiently walked me through the advanced driving, safety, and communication features to prepare me for my trip home to SW Florida. To my surprise, the finance mgr offered me a loan with an APR that was 25% lower than the loan I had already obtained from my bank for the same loan amount and time duration. Of course, I took it. BTW: they would have delivered the car to me for no additional charge, but, being "old school", I wanted to meet the people from whom I was buying the car from ... and then actually learn/enjoy the safety, comfort, and communication features of the car while driving it home.

Specifically Dennis of Jenkins Genesis. He is awesome.
I walked away from getting a Genesis at two other dealerships for wasting my time, and nearly gave up hope getting one because how stressful it was becoming.
Then I was fortunate enough to get a call back from Dennis on my Genesis query at Jenkins.
Dennis is honest, direct, respectful of your time, everything I needed in a Gensis representative.
He is the best customer facing service representative I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He supported me all the way from start through to the work with the Finance Manager.
He made getting a luxury suv a 5 star experience. I literally will get all my cars through him going forward, he is the best!

Let me say first that I really enjoyed working with Daeshawn. He is super nice and made me feel like he really cared about this big decision I was making. He was quick with replies and found me the exact vehicle I had been on the search for. He made me feel like my time was valuable and did the best he could to get me in and out of there as fast as he could. With that being said, there was a downside to this dealership. This particular dealership has a terrible detailing service. When buying a used car, I understand that it will not be recieved in the upmost pristine condition but to still have grease stains and marks all over it made me feel like it was barely cleaned at all. Daeshawn, doing the best he could to make me happy, offered to have it re-detailed, but I declined knowing that it likely wouldn't get much better and can do better myself. I also disliked the fact that I had to sit in a random room in the middle of the dealership while being helped rather than a typical desk & computer setup. It felt strange and too casual to me for such a big purchase. All in all, I would come back to this dealership in the future, and would recommend working with Daeshawn! (p.s. thanks for the bow)

Recently purchased a Honda from this dealership and to say it plainly, the experience has been bad. Vehicle had a donut when on lot and for the "test drive". Salesperson, Jackson, was up-front with saying it was their doing the vehicle's original tire got blown. When I was signing the papers, I was told the tire was ordered and would be there by morning. This was a Saturday early afternoon and was told they should get the tire in the morning. I was not informed the service department is closed on Sundays and did not receive any updates on my vehicle until I reached out to the salesperson. Monday came around and supposedly the car was being worked on. I reached out again at the end of the day, because of course no communication from them. I'm finally told that the salesperson was "getting kickback from the service department" and it won't be ready again, so it can be delivered to me in the morning. Tuesday morning comes and goes and still no car. Finally get the update that they will be arriving around noon. Mind you this whole time I have no other vehicle to use and did urge them to keep me updated so I can plan ahead. That was my first experience.
Two and a half weeks later and I've had to reach out to Jackson multiple times with very little responses regarding getting my old plates transferred to my new vehicle. I was told this was no problem when I purchased the new vehicle. Whenever he does actually respond, he never follows up when he says he's going to get an update. I've called their finance department, but they don't answer the phone so I've left voicemails. No one has returned my calls. That was my second issue.
Last issue, thus far, are my tires. Serious wobbling once 45mph is reached. Brought it in to Mavis today and was told the tire they put on is not balanced correctly. They worked on it and thought that would solve it. But no. Brought it back and they looked closer to see that the 2 rear tires both have bubbles in them, so they need to be replaced. So not only did they sell me a car with a new tire not balanced properly, they DELIVERED it to me knowing full well the car was shaking badly. They drove from Jacksonville to Kingsland. So yeah, they must have felt it while driving highway speeds.
I will never purchase a vehicle from them again. My mistake for buying a Honda from any other dealership but Honda. And they acted like they were losing money selling me this car. Smh.
