Gerald and Jackson could not have been more accommodating. Never felt like I was being pressured into making a decision. They delivered my car to Atlantic Beach, NC. Jackson, who took me a test drive has been fantastic. Did all the paperwork remotely and could not be happier with my new car. Everything was explained and I’m now enjoying my Genesis GV80!

The service was excellent. I got an oil change and alignment. Also, I requested an estimate for replacement of an item. The service area was clean. I love the big windows so you can see your vehicle being serviced. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and discussed my current and future service needs. I will definitely be returning to this location, which had previously been recommended to me. It's head and shoulders above Orange Park Genesis.

I love my 2021 GV80!!! However, my service experience yesterday was not the best. After 2 hours I was told the problem was the sunroof drains were clogged. and they were able to unclog 1 but the other ones needed replacement. That’s what a service rep originally told me he thought it might be. He said that had been a problem many times with my car model. Why wasn’t there a recall or at least advice to have it checked before it started leaking water?? And it’s only $2000 to fix it

Everyone is always very courteous and polite. They got everything done and the time they said they would. However, I do have one complaint. We dropped our car off on Friday evening for a Saturday morning appointment. Our car was ready Saturday afternoon however we live over an hour away so we weren’t available to pick it up at that time fact we weren’t able to go pick it up until Tuesday. When we pick the car up, it was filthy. I thought The customer service included a car wash after the service was done. However, our car was not washed at all. Other than that, we do love Jenkins, Genesis and Art GV 80.

Brought the car in for a regular lubrication service. I was taken in immediately, met at the front door, given a full written report of the service and all inspections/recommendations, a video of the inspection and a full accounting of the bill. I was done and out in 80 minutes and the car fully washed. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area quite pleasant with coffee, water and snacks. All good.
