  Absolutely outstanding experience with Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside helping us add another fleet vehicle to the Hydro Wash 360 roster. Huge shoutout to Tommy, the owner, who truly cares about taking care of his customers and making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Also want to recognize Christian, the Used Car Manager, and Curtis, the Commercial Sales Rep, for their excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire deal. Everything was handled quickly, honestly, and efficiently with zero stress. It’s hard to find dealerships these days that genuinely value relationships and customer service the way this team does.   Have had many great experiences with JaxCJDR Westside. Casey in service was excellent—knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Curtis in Sales/Fleet was just as solid—straightforward, easy to work with, and really understood what we needed and always figures out how to make it happen. You can tell the whole operation is dialed in, and that starts with Tommy, the owner. He’s clearly built a team that values customer service and doing things right. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s professional, efficient, and actually cares, I’d highly recommend them.

  Excellent. We walked in 3 minutes after closing and the team still took us without open arms. We stated we just wanted to look at used jeeps and they were more than happy to assist. James walked us around and started showing us different models. Very informative, very patient, and a great sense of humor which made the experience much better. We decided on a model and started the buying process. We were there till 10pm and everyone was great from the ownership, to management, to finance , and to James in sales! They were not only knowledgeable and transparent, but also genuinely focused on helping me get the best possible deal. What stood out the most was their speed and willingness to work with me. There was no pressure, no games—just straightforward communication and real effort to make the numbers make sense.   Normally I do not give reviews but felt compelled to complete one after such a great experience with James at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside. I felt like we sat down with an old friend to purchase a car. James did not try to pressure us or give us the run around. He was extremely polite, direct, and patient with my family even though we gave a lot of push back when trying to secure the deal. We did end up purchasing a vehicle mainly due to James’s professionalism. We will definitely make sure that the next purchase is with him and him only which will be soon! (wink)
