Both Matt the Service Advisor and Matt the Service Manager are horrible at their jobs. First , their communication is awful. I tried calling 3 times and left 2 voicemails and I never even got a call back. Second , they had all the information on my paperwork incorrect. I brought my truck in for a Recall and for them to look at a paint issue on my hood and was told they would they would document and start the process to have it looked at to see if it was under warranty. When I went to pick up my truck they had been calling the wrong person , they had a completely different vehicle in my paperwork and they said they could do nothing about my paint since they didn't have a body shop to look at it. If they would have said that from the beginning I would have never wasted my time with them and took it directly to the other dealership that does have the body shop to have this looked at. When talking to Matt Triber or whatever his name was , he sounded as he didn't even give a shit about the situation or my input regarding the issue at hand. I should have bought a Chevy cause this would have never happened at Nimnicht Chevrolet they know how to treat a customer.
‼️MATT DESERVES A RAISE … SERIOUSLY.
After everything we have been through with this dealership over the past two years, I honestly never thought I would be writing a 5-star review. But then we met Matt, and he completely changed our experience.
We purchased a brand-new 2024 Jeep Compass, and unfortunately, we had a very serious issue with the vehicle that went on for approximately two years. There were definitely times in the past where the communication and customer service from the service department were extremely frustrating. We felt like we weren’t being heard, and we spent a lot of time trying to get answers.
Then we dealt with Matt.
From the moment Matt became involved, the experience was completely different.
Matt listened to us. He didn’t dismiss our concerns. He didn’t make us feel like we were crazy for continuing to report the issue. Most importantly, he kept his word.
If Matt said he was going to call us, he called.
If Matt said he was going to look into something, he did.
If Matt said he would keep us updated, he kept us updated.
That may sound like basic customer service, but after our previous experiences, it meant EVERYTHING to us.
We recently had to leave our Jeep at the dealership from August 5th through August 26th while they worked on the issue. Matt and his team went above and beyond during that entire process. They provided us with a loaner vehicle for the entire time, communicated with us, and most importantly, they were finally able to identify and repair the issue we had been reporting.
After almost two years of frustration, it was incredibly refreshing to finally have someone take ownership of the situation and follow through.
I want to specifically recognize Matt and his technicians/team because they are the reason this review is 5 stars.
Management: PLEASE give this man a raise. Employees like Matt are exactly what a dealership needs. He restored our trust in the service department when we had almost completely lost it.
At this point, Matt is the only person at this dealership I feel completely comfortable dealing with. If we ever need service again, I will specifically ask for Matt because I know that when he tells me something, he is going to follow through.
Our experience with this dealership hasn’t been perfect in fact, there were some very difficult moments over the past two years—but I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
Matt went above and beyond. His communication, honesty, follow-through, and willingness to actually help us made all the difference.
To Matt and his team: Thank you. You took an incredibly frustrating situation and gave us an experience that finally felt like someone cared enough to help.
Management: Hold onto Matt. Give him the recognition and raise he deserves.
5 stars specifically because of Matt and his team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I visited the dealership not expecting to leave with a vehicle that I wanted, but my good friend James Mraz truly went above and beyond to help me.
He made sure I didn’t leave with anything I didn’t want and worked hard to get my payments where I wanted them to be. I truly appreciate his patience, dedication, and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
I applaud James for a job well done! 👏🏽
If you’re looking for a vehicle, please go to Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Commonwealth, I highly recommend going to see James Mraz. You won’t be disappointed!
Asbelh made my experience amazing and quick!! I had my 1 year old with me (who is a busy body) but Asbelh was very patient and helpful the entire time , even taking the car seat in and out of both vehicles. Asbelh also made sure I knew all the features that my new car would have .. I went to the dealership with little faith due to another dealership being so rude and dismissive due to my credit not being the best.. But jcjdr made sure I went home with my new car!! I also want to give a thank you to Ciara as well for telling me to come to the dealership to check them out and making sure we were taken care of! i salute the jcjdr team, they are amazing and make sure you don’t feel like it’s just an transaction. They make you feel like family! I highly recommend

Unfortunately, this review isn’t based on one bad visit or a single misunderstanding. It reflects several different encounters with this dealership, and the same problems have continued to occur.
On multiple occasions, I have experienced poor customer service, a lack of respect for my time, and rude or dismissive behavior from management. I have even made pre-planned appointments, only to arrive and feel as though the appointment meant nothing. When you make arrangements in advance, you expect the dealership to be prepared and to show some consideration for the time you set aside.
Even more concerning has been the information I’ve received during these different encounters. I have been given information that was misleading, inconsistent, or simply did not match what I was told previously. After experiencing this more than once, it becomes very difficult to view it as a simple communication mistake.
I gave this dealership multiple opportunities because I understand that any business can have an occasional bad day or poor interaction. Unfortunately, when similar issues happen repeatedly—poor service, disrespect for a customer’s time, unprofessional management, and questionable information—it starts to look like a pattern rather than an isolated incident.
I wanted to do business with this dealership, which is why I continued giving them opportunities. At this point, however, they have lost my trust and my business. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here get every price, promise, trade value, and agreement in writing before making the trip.
