I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My vehicle has been down because it needs an OEM rack and pinion, and instead of getting this resolved efficiently, I’ve been left without reliable transportation while waiting on parts. I even received a replacement that didn’t fit, which caused even more delays and frustration. Communication has been poor throughout the process. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up for updates, and I haven’t been offered a clear timeline or any meaningful solution to help while my vehicle is out of service. For a dealership that represents the manufacturer, I expected much better customer service and support. I understand that parts can sometimes be on backorder, but customers shouldn’t be left carrying the burden without clear communication or reasonable assistance. I hope dealership management reviews my experience and works toward a fair resolution—not only for me, but to prevent other customers from going through the same situation. I would appreciate someone from management contacting me to discuss how this can be made right.

Today my huband Danny went to Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Ram Westside and was greeted by James. He was very professional and understanding to my husband needs. He really listened and told him he would do his best to get him into the truck he needed. We were so impressed with his knowledge. My husband and I left in a amazing Ram Pick-Up. We would recommend seeing James when you are looking for the right new or used Ram Pick-Up. Everyone was very professional at this location. Thank you again James. Danny and Karen Rivera

We were from out of town when we experienced a warning light on or Chrysler Pacifica. Our daughter took the auto to Jacksonville Chrysler and she said the dealership was very friendly and quickly serviced the vehicle which ended up needing the auxiliary battery replaced. She was very complimentary of the dealership and felt their price was very fair. The next day we hit a piece of metal that was on the road. This metal piece flew up and took the plastic rear bumper off the car. Again my daughter took the car back to the dealership. They ended up reattaching the bumper at no cost! I have never experienced a dealership doing something for free, especially being from out of town.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside. What started as a simple no-start issue turned into a two-month nightmare, hundreds of dollars in charges, and we still got our vehicle back with problems that didn't exist when we dropped it off. The vehicle originally went in because it wouldn't start. We were told the battery had failed, even though it had been replaced by this dealership only two years earlier and should have been under warranty. Instead of honoring the warranty, they claimed a failed transmission control module caused the battery to drain, so the battery wasn't covered. Once they had the vehicle, they suddenly informed us the A/C had a leak. We live in Florida, and the A/C was working perfectly when we brought the car in. After about a month, they returned the vehicle claiming it was repaired. The A/C was now blowing hot air, and the climate controls weren't responding properly. We took it back the very next day. They then claimed they needed additional parts and also told us they would not fully diagnose or repair the system unless we replaced our aftermarket radio with a factory OEM unit—for over $1,000. We declined because the radio had never caused any issues before, and the A/C was fully functional when the vehicle was dropped off. Another month later, they said the repairs were complete. Even though the vehicle had been returned only briefly before immediately going back to them, they charged us a second deductible and additional fees as if it were an entirely new repair. When we picked it up the second time, the A/C still wasn't functioning correctly, the controls still weren't responding properly, and we found that they had disconnected multiple unrelated items, including my dashcam. After more than two months in their shop, hundreds of dollars out of pocket, and repeated trips back and forth, we were left with a vehicle that was in worse condition than when we brought it in. This was by far the worst dealership service experience we've ever had, and we will not be returning.

68 Days of Heartbreak, Exploitation, and Disgusting Customer Service I am completely exhausted, stressed out, and devastated by the toxic customer service at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside (7030 Commonwealth Ave). This dealership used me, dragged me through a nightmare for 68 days, and treated me with an absolute lack of basic human decency. The Blatant Legal Question: This dealership was completely in the wrong. My biggest question for management is this: How was I legally allowed to drive off the lot with a vehicle TWICE if I wasn't actually approved both times? To let a customer drive away under the impression a deal is finalized, not once, but twice, highlights their deceptive, illegal tactics and complete lack of operational compliance. The Ultimate Disrespect (The Promotional Video): To make matters worse, they had me record a full promotional marketing video for them because I was so in love with the vehicle. Now, after breaking my heart and ruining my credit, they are still actively using my video to promote their dealership online. They used my genuine excitement for free advertising, and then threw me away like trash. The Cruelty of Taking the Vehicle Back TWICE: They let me fall completely in love with this car, only to put me on a painful emotional roller coaster by cruelly taking it back from me twice over a two-month period. For 68 days, I lived with constant daily anxiety, never knowing if it would be my last day with the vehicle.Complete Refusal to Help: When I saw what this was doing to my life and explicitly begged them to just call my original auto loan company to explain their 68-day delay and help protect my account, they looked at me and said, "there is nothing we can do." They caused this entire disaster and completely abandoned me when I needed help. They Sabotaged My Credit: They repeatedly ran my credit application across multiple lenders, packing my profile with hard inquiries. My credit score has been decimated, completely trapping me and forcing me to rebuild from scratch just because I trusted them. Underhanded and Sneaky Behavior: Before I even officially agreed to take my trade-in back, they had already covertly switched my license plates back to my old car without telling me. To top off their nasty customer service, they handed my trade-in back to me completely dirty without even bothering to clean or detail it. I have my original car back now and the deal is dead, so I owe this establishment absolutely nothing. But the emotional damage and the disrespect I experienced over those 68 days will stick with me for a long time. Please, save yourself the heartbreak and the stress. Stay far away from this Westside location. They do not care about you, they will use you for free marketing, and they will completely ruin your peace of mind.
