  I went to Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Arlington in person because I was looking to purchase a used vehicle. I explained clearly to the salesperson, J, what I was looking for, and he showed me a car that I was interested in. We took the car for a test drive, and I liked the vehicle. However, while driving, I heard a noise coming from the back of the car. I asked AJ about the noise, and he told me that it was caused by the dealership tag that was attached to the rear windshield wiper. I trusted what I was told and continued with the purchase. After purchasing the vehicle, I discovered additional issues that should have been addressed before selling the car. The Carfax showed that the recommended 60,000-mile service was overdue, and the safety inspection was also overdue. The registration was also close to expiring. I feel that these things should have been properly checked and disclosed before the vehicle was sold to me. I went to the dealership in good faith and expected to receive a vehicle that was safe, properly inspected, and ready to be driven. Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. I believe customers deserve transparency and honesty, especially when purchasing a used vehicle. I hope the dealership takes this experience seriously and does better for future customers.

From the beginning, he treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. He worked extremely hard to get me approved and never gave up until he found the exact truck I wanted.   Went in on Sunday to ask about appt times and timelines for getting a headrest replaced/fixed. When I went in I spoke with someone in the back office and they were unable to answer my questions about how long the service would, expectation of when I would get my car back, general questions when needing to plan possibly being without a vehicle. Got sent to a service provider who answers my question and ensured that since it wasn’t a major work I would be seen and done in a day if they had the parts and depending on the queue. I make an appt and show up at 7am and drop the vehicle off and sign the paperwork for them to look at the vehicle. Fast forward 4 hours. I haven’t heard anything I reach out and hear that it’s been assigned to a technician. Reach out again at 1:30. Got no response, reached out at 3:30 and got told that it would be seen the next day and they hadn’t even looked at my car. So the vehicle sat on the lot for almost 12 hours by the time I was able to pick up the vehicle. When I went to go pick up the vehicle the provider I had didn’t even have a conversation with me and apologize I was brushed off to some other random man who asked what I needed and got my keys and I walked out. Absolute waste of time. What’s the point of an appt if you aren’t going to get the work done. Do they honestly expect people to go on without their vehicle or rent a car while they could wait an extended period of time to get a service that should have taken atleast an hour to look and see if it needed to be replaced or fixed.
