    Online it’s saying there’s recall on my car we call jeep about it they’re saying they can’t help us on it we can get it tow there and then they can tell us what’s wrong what to spend more money on parts I done replaced the starter the fuel pump the sensors and my car still not turning over they’re going tell us to make a complain to the recall people we did that and they still don’t want to help I done been out of a vehicle for couple weeks now. I swear this my first time having a jeep and I would never get another one I always had chevys and now I see why I always went with a Chevy they always made sure there customers was always back on the road

    Man, dealing with Shaw was exhausting. Two stars only because the finance manager was professional. Shaw promised military and first responder discounts, but once his sales manager got involved, we were told they don’t even offer those discounts (I’ve made it a point to extend this information within our Kingsbay and Mayport bases to keep transparency and avoid being misled). That immediately made us question everything we had been told. The most uncomfortable part was that Shaw came to our house trying to salvage the deal. He went back and forth seven different times. Twice he showed up when my husband wasn’t even home, which was incredibly awkward and unnecessary. It felt more desperate than professional. He consistently overpromised and then couldn’t deliver, leaving us to deal with the confusion and wasted time. I don’t blame the dealership as a whole, but if you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for literally any other salesperson. One more piece of advice: demand the inspection report before you sign anything. Between all the chaos Shaw created, that’s the one thing we forgot to insist on. One month later, our truck is already in the shop with electrical issues. I can’t say whether those issues would have been caught on an inspection, but I wish we’d reviewed the report before completing the purchase.

    Took my vehicle in for repair. After a week of hearing "my mechanics don't wait around for you" and "we haven't gotten to it yet" and "if you need a vehicle you can rent one at Enterprise or Hertz but we do not provide rentals" continually being told that I would receive updates or "I'll call you right back" and not receiving the call. Then being told that it is a 4 hour repair job and still not getting my vehicle back for another week. So 14 days to have a 4 hour repair job done. I had no choice but to rent a vehicle twice because a family of 4 with work and appointments with one vehicle is impossible. There were no apologies or even understanding to the stress level. I am an extremely patient person and I understand that parts need to be ordered and sometimes things happen that take a bit longer but 14 days and no offer to help with rental and being told that the warranty was covering everything but then being charged $400 at the time of pick up is beyond ridiculous! I will be looking for another jeep dealership to get my vehicle repairs done in the future
