  The worst dealership I deal with stay a way never buy something for them. I got 2025 new ram 1500 I already took it to the shop 3 time I start to file Florida lemon law the guy in the dealership say let me help you at the same time they try to take advantage of the situation to sale me new car and tell me how bad is my car and I need to get just get rid of it and pay again all there fee and stuff and when I say you not going to take any responsibility they say is a Company defect is not us suck a low customer service

  This dealer continues to cement my negative impression of Jacksonville as a whole. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. I bought my hemi Durango from Arrigo in West Palm Beach, which is where I’m gonna trade it in and buy a hellcat next month, and never once have I had a problem with them or had their service department try to sell me unnecessary BS. I brought my truck in for an oil change on Wednesday and made an appointment for the next day for them to fix the driver window button. The service advisor called me later that afternoon after he sent me an email with $4000 worth of issues they wanted to fix, including an oil leak, on a truck that’s only a year old by the way. when the service advisor called me, he said that the oil leak could cause my engine to seize, this, that, and the other thing. Right after that, I was outside, smoking a cigarette, in a brand new complex by the way, and I looked at the three spots right outside my door where I usually park and it was not one oil spot. I texted him back and asked if the oil spots were invisible like the emperor‘s new clothes? The next morning he called me back and let me know that his shop foreman went over my car and that there is no oil leak, but that they spilled oil all over my engine when they did the oil change the day before. Hence, denying the fraud, but admitting to sloppy oil changes. Never in 1 million years when I go back to this dealership again, not even with a skateboard.

  Bought a new Dodge Charger Skat pack went to the other dealer on Nursery field and the sales manager was rude and condescending to me and my GF instead of trying to wk with me when I gave him my offer on my 2023 Porsche that was worth more then the new car I was trading in he stood up abruptly and just rudely walked away saying im crazy that it should be the other way around and you pay me money for that in so many words putting down my car and in front of my gf...instead of trying to work w me...his 2 lacky salesmen didn't even try to work with me... The next day they called me and gave me a better offer but still not a good one but I wanted the car...I called and spoke with AJ from this dealership just to keep them honest I asked what he could offer me for my Porsche and he said he asked what was my deal with them...he guaranteed me that I would save 2k if I came in....I wasn't sure I trusted him based on my experience with dealers in the past and the ones from the other dealership but they also promised me a better deal not 2k better. AJ told me he was a fellow Vet then I felt the trust and went in there w my GF not only did he bend over backwards for us he saved me 4k and got the car I wanted off the other dealerships lot and we made the deal....AJ is the only car salesmen I would trust and everyone actually was very nice in there even the finance guy....I drove out of there very happy and I love the car

  Just purchased a used minivan from Jax Chrysler and couldn't be happier with the experience. AJ Hasanyar was exceptional and his knowledge of their inventory was impressive. He answered every question I had thoroughly and honestly. Every other dealership I visited felt like the staff barely knew their own lineup. As we wrapped up the sale, Wayne Fung stepped in and went above and beyond by helping me work through adding an aftermarket part. Rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear, he gave me a straight, informed opinion on whether it was a good idea or could cause issues down the road. That kind of honesty is rare. Most dealerships will say anything to close a deal, but the team here genuinely listened to what I needed and never took shortcuts. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a used vehicle!

  When I think of excellent customer service going forward, Hamid Sadat and his manager Jay Sadat will always be considered the gold standard. I initiated the car buying process with Hamid and he was so personable. He asked me what I needed and what I wanted in the most genuine way. I was in a 8 year old Toyota Highlander and was buying my first Jeep Vehicle. I knew I wanted a Grand Wagoneer L and Hamid found the perfect one. With the help of his manager, Jay, the numbers were so good I decided to trade in my wife’s vehicle and buy a Grand Cherokee L. They helped make the numbers make sense where we got two brand new vehicles for less than the payment of the original intended purchase. This process was done entirely over the phone as I’m a busy father of three. Without being pushy the two of them advised that time was of the essence to complete the deal. My wife and I were both busy and couldn’t make it out to the dealership: they said “no problem! We’ll deliver the new vehicles and pick up your old ones and all you’ll have to do is sign the paperwork when we come.” I never set foot in the dealership and I’m left with two brand new cars with a great deal. I believe the car buying process was shorter than my review! These are all stars! Shout out to Hadid and Jay!
