I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hyundai of Orange Park. Before purchasing my vehicle, the communication was excellent. I received prompt responses, consistent follow-up, and felt like a valued customer. Unfortunately, that level of service completely disappeared after the sale.
I recently attempted to participate in the dealership's vehicle exchange program. Throughout the process, I found the communication to be misleading and inconsistent. I repeatedly called for updates, only to be placed on hold for extended periods, transferred without answers, or never receive a return call despite leaving messages. After multiple attempts to get straightforward information, I eventually gave up because no one seemed willing to communicate honestly about the status of my request.
My expectations were simple: if something had changed or if the exchange wasn't possible, I would have appreciated a clear and honest conversation. Instead, I was left chasing answers and feeling ignored.
What concerned me the most happened during my final call. When the receptionist answered, she immediately recognized my name and stated that the salesperson had "just been talking about you." That comment made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about how my personal business was being discussed within the dealership. While employees may need to discuss customer accounts internally, the way this was communicated to me felt unprofessional and caused me to question whether my personal information was being handled appropriately.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of this dealership. Excellent customer service shouldn't end once the paperwork is signed. Communication, transparency, and professionalism are just as important after the sale as they are before it.
I look forward to the day I can move on from this vehicle. Based on my experience, I will not purchase from Hyundai of Orange Park again, nor would I recommend this dealership to friends or family. I sincerely hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and improves its post-sale communication and customer care.

Went in for an appointment on April 20th in regards to my air conditioning not working. It was hot at that moment in time. Was told the part wasn’t in and I would be notified when the part came in. 2 months later on June 11th I had to schedule another appointment, went in and was able to get it repaired. Though I am very pleased with the service I received, I am disappointed in not having a follow-up appointment, being notified or contacted in any way whatsoever regarding the part coming in at all. Had I not scheduled another appointment I could’ve still been waiting for some form of communication.

I would highly recommend Hyundai of Orange Park!
A few months ago, I purchased a 2010 Scion xB through Hyundai of Orange Park. At the time I was very nervous, as it was my first time financing a vehicle. My servive rep., Ronnie, was verg patient and understanding with me, as over the three visits I made while deliberating, I would have to call my bank and do research to ensure the vehicle was right for me. She was very helpful and knowledgable of both the vehicles themselves and of the processes at the dealership.
When it came to the car itself, it was in excellent condition, and even when a recall was necessary, they allowed me to postpone my purchase until the vehicle was inspected and repaired by a Toyota dealership. When I took delivery, the car was very clean and fully topped off. They were also very understanding of my shopping process, allowibg me to come back for multiple test drives.
Personally, I would give 4 1/2 stars, as the registration service they use for out of state buyers took a couple months to send me my tag and registration, but Hyundai of Orange Park was consistently sending me temp. tags, so there was no issue.

If you drive a Genesis you know that nationwide service for Genesis has not got the best rating. Hattie in the service department at Hyundai of Orange Park has definitely changed my mind this is the second time that she has gone above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience. My daughter also drives a Genesis and now even knowing that my daughter was coming in, she took great care of her as well. So before I go into further details, if you have your car serviced at Hyundai of Orange Park do yourself a favor and ask for Hattie. Sherman please hire other advisors that mirror Hattie because she represents the service department well. She gets a 10 out of 10 from me and my daughter. Hattie kept me updated throughout my entire process. And even personally drove my car back to me because I didn't have transportation to get back to the dealership. Thanks Hattie and yes I will buy another Genesis because of you
