  Hattie, is awesome person i bought my car to many dealerships in the last 5 months noone could ever tell me what was wrong with my car nor even try to help me service it until I meet Hattie at Orange Park. She wonderful ❤️ she did an awesome job get my transmission replace upon my extended warranty which may never know what happen with cars she great in taking pride with her customers informing them she will do her best to help..

  I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, and Hattie is the reason why. She went above and beyond with her customer service and truly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ve been a loyal Hyundai customer for years, and thanks to her dedication and guidance, I was able to get a new engine for my car. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure everything was handled properly. Everything came through exactly as promised. I’m extremely grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and hard work. Highly recommend asking for Hattie!

  It started out good then I was told they did not have all the parts and they will have to order them. Since I did not have brake lights the did part of the job and told me they will call me when the other part comes in and they could not update the computer on the car since they upgraded the computer and the new computer does not fit for the car. I asked the manger if he could call around and see who has the computer for my car. He told me no it is not his job to do that and if I wanted it done then I would have to call mind you this is for a recall on the car. Well it has been since April 3rd and still no phone call about the other parts to finish the job. I have also called the general manager Ronald Nesbitt and he has not even called me back. Most definitely a thumbs down

  Purchased a Sante Fe with Connor as my Sales Rep. Connor did a great job, was friendly, professional and got me a great deal. Connor made the paperwork hassle of trading a car in very easy. If you want a Hyundai, go to Orange Park Hyundai and ask for Connor. FOLLOW-UP-Everything above is correct. I was told to come back the next day and pickup my second remote key. When I arrived I was told they did not have one but I can have a second one made for maybe less than $300.

  Buyer beware if you have to deal with Anthony Fantauzzi. Big liar from the start! From the beginning I should have followed my instincts. First I asked for the website to find a car. He said, the way they do it is he has to send them. Ok! So he started sending 2 cars at a time. None of them I liked. He then sends me the car I did get from him. He acted like the car was perfect. He also stated he was the owner of the car dealership. (Lies). He said, the car could be delivered to me on Thursday if I got everything done. Well I got it done and here comes another lie. I get a call stating the delivery person may have to come on Friday. I told him no I wouldn’t be available. He said, ok he’ll shoot for Thursday. Thursday came no car. I called and this man had the nerve to tell me we discussed the car being delivered on Saturday. Lied again. He then had the nerve of trying to beat me getting mad. Car gets delivered Saturday. Well while driving the car tires feel like they need balancing. I got to Walmart to get it done and they tell me I have two bent rims. They put it in writing I contact Tony and email him. I’m still waiting on him to get back with me. Every time I call he’s out. If you have to deal with him ask for some one else. A liar from start to finish.
