  I purchased a vehicle 7months ago from Voltzwagon of OP. Yes I bought a vehicle as is but they swore to me they do a thorough inspection of all of their used vehicles. We have not had much rain since I purchased the car, but for the past several days it has been raining all day every day. My sunroof is leaking. My car is damaged. I called them to see if there was anything they could do. They said they are willing to help exchange the vehicle, so I drive 45 minutes to the car lot just for them to try and sell me another car with a payment of 1700 $ a month. There’s nothing they can do about my loss. Yea, sure, buy as is… just not from these guys…. They most certainly do not do a thorough inspection. I will never get another car from this place. BUYER BEWARE!

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Hania Volkswagen of Orange Park, and I especially want to recognize Alec for the exceptional service he provided from beginning to end. From the moment I walked in, Alec was professional, patient, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply trying to make a sale. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process of purchasing my new Volkswagen Atlas incredibly smooth and comfortable. What impressed me most was the way he treated me throughout the entire experience. I never felt pressured or rushed. Alec made me feel like a valued customer, and his level of attention and professionalism was truly above and beyond what you normally expect at a dealership. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about providing a great experience, and that was definitely the case with Alec. After working with Alec, I was introduced to the finance team, and the rest of the process went very smoothly as well. Everyone was professional and helpful, but Alec was definitely the person who made this experience stand out for me. I couldn't be happier with my new Volkswagen Atlas or with the experience I had at Hania Volkswagen of Orange Park. If you're looking for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend asking for Alec. He is an outstanding professional, a great person to work with, and a huge asset to this dealership. Thank you, Alec, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable.   This is no way to treat a customer, especially a repeat client (having purchased a new Atlas in April 2024) from this dealership. I had reached out to one of the sales people about trading in my 2024 Atlas SE for a 2026 Atlas SEL Premium R line they had on their website in the color I wanted. An appointment was scheduled well in advance. I was pre-approved for financing and the only thing needed was to test drive, inspect the vehicle, and discuss my trade value and final price. The website showed it had 418 miles and the salesman assured me the vehicle was previously driven by a sales manager but was in great shape and it was currently parked until I could get there on Saturday morning. When I arrived at 9am for my SCHEDULED appointment, the car was not only filthy on the outside but there were food crumbs on the driver's seat. There was also a dent on the front side fender. Since I'm familiar with the Atlas, I noticed that the adaptive cruise control was activated, which hides the odometer. I turned it off and was shocked to see that the vehicle actually had 1,598 miles!! This dealership is 2 hours from my house. They wasted my time. It turns out ALL the people there are new and the previously wonderful sales team I experienced in 2024 no longer work there. Thankfully, I found my 2026 Atlas at the Napleton VW in Sanford FL where they provided exceptional service.

  Jetta Service 110K mi MOE (Maurice), Mr. Byrd and Ms. Green were exceptional. Easy online scheduling. Appointment was fast for the work needed. Staff and car care team were on top of getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Clean waiting room with working tv, coffee and tea station with friendly staff. I would have liked, while waiting, to be asked if a water was needed or go over waiting room amenities, even if I’ve been there before. I’ve been to other VW dealerships in the past and in other states and they always give a run down of what’s to be expected with your time and what amenities they have while I wait. It’s minor, but it does get noticed. The little things count more sometimes. Aside from that, I also would have liked an explanation of service work completed by the service staff handling my car face to face even if nothing was wrong, however, kudos for the paperwork given, technical videos and photos upon arrival and during inspection. They were detailed enough upon completion of service that if any serious questions came to mind after looking over the paperwork, I did ask and they were answered. MOE was courteous and handled my questions with ease. I just miss having a human face to face FIRST (ye’ olden times before the apps and the AI), then paperwork last. I’ve had my car serviced at this location more than once and I felt welcomed and my car was taken care of. Would recommend this team. Thanks.

  I wont be back to Hanania VW. I went in originally to trade my vehicle in but I was told I was turned upside down in my loans. Mind you I bought both my vehicles in 2022 from them. The warranty you purchase covers nothing, and you continue to pay for said warranty when it runs out! So dont waste your money. I pay 150$ a month additional on my loan for warranty and its already out. Ive had to pay out of pocket for several things said warranty should have picked up. My recent experience... I went in test drove several vehicles. I drove a Ford Maverick front end made noise I asked them to please fix the problem to be told there was no problem. Luckily paperwork with bank was denied and I dodged a bullet because after having it looked at by an actual CERTIFIED MECHANIC who physically looked over it and not run it through a machine there was several red flags! If you wouldnt put your mother, wife, or daughter in said vehicle dont put your customer in it! Ricky was very pushy, and I no longer felt comfortable. I returned vehicle and walked away! I ended up going another route finding something better, and in my budget. Customers are not just $ signs we are humans and we deserve transparency. Im a woman but I refuse to allow a man to think I have no idea what im talking about when it comes to something wrong with a vehicle. Also against the law to sale a vehicle where the air bag is exposed, my CERTIFIED MECHANIC did proper safety check! Cant think him enough for saving my family. I wont be back and will also be using another VW dealer for services!
