To be fair, this is not entirely the service department’s fault. Volkswagen is mostly to blame. I bought a new 2026 Atlas that has issues with the infotainment system spontaneously disconnecting from our phones. Sometimes it locks you out and you have to shut the car off to get them to reconnect. I’ve had the car for 4 months now and only in my possession for less than 2 weeks. The dealership has had it the rest of the time. They have driven it and replicated the cars display having problems, only to have Volkswagen say they don’t have a fix, or see a problem with the car. They refuse to buy it back, or trade me out of the car. The car also has other issues, having to hit the lock button on the key fob multiple times repetitively (10+) to get the horn to sound, and the keyless entry on the doors will not lock the car, that haven’t been addressed, and I have zero confidence they will ever be. I will never own another Volkswagen again, and strongly suggest you stay away from them as well. Never been more disappointed by a manufacturer in my life.

Unfortunately I was having some issues with the sales team trying to make my purchase. When I had gone in to speak with the a sales manager for help I was greeted by Troy Sabo. Unknowingly Troy is the GM and I can’t express how amazing he was to work with. After a short time he was able to get everything situated and I was able to go home with the car I had been trying to buy for a week. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a chance if your in the market for a vehicle.

I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2026 Jetta here mid June. Less than 2 weeks later as I start the car to leave work, a message pops saying saying the Vehicle is overheating and to stop the vehicle (that I just turned on) and Emergency Assist is not available. I called the dealership and spoke with Allen in the service department. He went above and beyond to get me an Uber there to pick up a loaner, he stayed after closing until I got there. He had my car towed to the dealership the next morning. He was great with communicating throughout the week while my car was in service. My car wasn't the only one with the same exact issue. They replaced a coolant temp sensor and did an update on it. Fast forward to last week, the same exact thing happened but this time I had literally just drove out of the parking lot from work. I realized the AC wasn't blowing cold air and of course it was raining so I couldn't roll down the windows. I called the dealership and talked to Allen. Again, he got me into a loaner right away. He communicated during the week with updates. I worked in Fleet Management so I know how the service side works when it comes to the manufacturers and the limits placed on the service departments when getting technical assistance. The Overheating message is now a common issue with the 2026 Jettas it seems. Volkswagen had them replace a different coolant temp sensor this time. I got my car back yesterday and the same thing happened today with the messages popping up about the car overheating. Of course it was raining again so not being able to roll the windows down for most of the drive home is my biggest issue at the moment. I know that the car is not actually overheating (as of right now). I tried contacting the service department and am waiting to hear back. I know that Allen has been great throughout this process and that I will be taken care of again to the best of the dealerships ability. That to me is what customer service is about.

I literally hate the new Tijuana I have had absolute problems out of this car it has been back to them twice because they said they could not find any issues that I had with this car I am currently on the damn side of the road with the test alert HD radio thing up cannot get it off therefore burning up in this brand new car I've only had it for 7 months I gave them my card to keep it for 2 weeks drove it put a whole bunch of miles on it to tell me they couldn't find out what was wrong with it so I'm currently stuck paying this high ass bill for this raggly behind car that I purchased brand new I will never in my life to anybody to go get a VW if I was rich I would definitely jump in something else but because I'm not I am stuck in this car

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Car-Buying Experience! My wife and I recently purchased a brand New 2026 vehicle from Hanania Volkswagen of Orange Park, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Alec, our Sales Representative, and Troy, the Manager, were absolutely outstanding. Alec was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. And I have to give him extra credit because my wife was the one asking all the questions—and she had plenty of them! 😂 Alec handled every question with patience, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure both of us felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. Troy was equally impressive. He was straightforward, professional, approachable, and worked with us to make sure the entire deal came together smoothly. We genuinely felt like they cared about earning our business rather than simply making another sale. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, especially when you have two people making the decision and one of them is making sure every question gets answered! 😂 But Alec and Troy made the entire process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. We left feeling like we were treated fairly, respected, and valued as customers. If you’re looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Hanania Volkswagen of Orange Park. Ask for Alec, and know that with Troy and his team, you’ll be in great hands. Five stars all the way! Thank you, Alec and Troy, for taking such great care of both of us—and especially for surviving all of my wife’s questions! 😂
