  Usually, I dread going to any dealership for vehicle service, but Natalie completely changed that experience for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Her attentiveness, communication, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. I especially appreciated her willingness to work around my work schedule and the fact that I live an hour and a half away. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, which is something I rarely say about dealership visits. If you need service done to your vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Natalie. She truly made the experience such a breeze, and customer service like hers is hard to find.

  So to start off i traded my passett for a tiaquan, the gap insurance they pressure you in to getting it that was my first mistake ,so after being in the car for less than a year i paid it off went to dealership to get a refund on the gap insurance that no longer needed, they told me it take up to 8 weeks by kaleb the sales manager well after multipe calls and visits i still dont have it i will never buy another car from this dealership. kalab the sales manager lies and misleads people and should be removed and i will be filing a complaint with the bbb.

  I had the best experience with Tyler and honestly everyone here and I have to recommend him to anyone and everyone that comes to VW. Against all odds he got me into a brand new Jetta! The energy and teamwork of everyone working in Hanania VW was amazing and infectious best experience ever buying a vehicle!

  I recently purchased my third Audi from Hanania Audi of Orange Park, and while the initial buying experience was satisfactory, my ongoing issues with their service have been frustrating to say the least. I leased my e-tron in August, and since then, it has faced numerous problems. The real concern, however, is the lack of support from the dealership once these issues arose. My car has been sitting at the dealership since March 2nd… now over 50 days now…well beyond what the state lemon law stipulates. And that’s just for this latest! Throughout this time, communication has been severely lacking. I’ve received only a handful of pre-prompted updates, and reaching out for information has been a challenge. The process for obtaining a loaner vehicle was equally disappointing; after much hassle, I received a dirty Volkswagen, complete with a cigarette butt left in the back seat. To add insult to injury, the driver’s door sometimes malfunctions, requiring me to roll down the window just to open it from the outside—something they are aware of …but haven't addressed. There have been multiple instances where I arrived for appointments, only to find out that a loaner vehicle was not available despite prior confirmations. After filling out a survey requesting a follow-up call, I never received any response. This experience is far below the standard expected from a luxury brand, and it has led me to consider escalating the matter through lemon law, which is not something I want to pursue but feel compelled to do. It’s disheartening to see a dealership neglect basic communication and support for their customers, especially when they are under warranty. Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing from any Hanania-owned dealership in the future. Depending on Audi’s response to my ongoing issues, I may also reconsider buying from Audi altogether. I hope my review helps others in their decision-making process. I’ve had far better experiences with brands like Mazda, which was much easier to deal with for my daughter’s car that cost significantly less than my Audi.
