I have to say that I was VERY disappointed with my last service issue/complaint. This was the 2nd time I had service done on my car due to the noise in my brakes. The first time the dealer said it was brake dust but also indicated that the brakes are a known issue with VW. I wanted the brakes replaced since they were under the warranty and was told by the Manager that he would fight to get them covered if the problem persisted. The brakes were cleaned but a week later I had to bring it back for the same issue. I was told that I would get a call to discuss after they reviewed..I did not receive a call. Later that day I got a TEXT stating that the car was ready and they had resurfaced my roters and pads??? What happened to the discussion? A text is horrible customer service and if this is a KNOWN problem, I do not feel the proper attention was given to my concern. I feel they are just buying time until the warranty is up and now the cost is on me...

We typically got to the VW on Atlantic but they couldn’t get us in for almost two months for normal maintenance. When I called OP VW they got me right in. I worked with Natalee and she was up front, sweet, and kind. I dropped my car off at 10 am and they paid for a Lyft to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Natalee was in contact with me through out the day and I never felt like I was in limb. I wasn’t pressed to do anything and when I told them I wasn’t interested in trading in my car it was not brought up again! After having a great experience with Natalee and all of the staff and OP VW we are definitely switching to them for our services needed with the car.

This was the worst customer service experience I have had at this dealership.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and agreed to additional recommended maintenance, including replacing the engine air filter and cabin air filter. I spent over $1,000 on the service because I trusted their recommendations.
Shortly afterward, my vehicle developed a water leak inside the cabin. I brought it back to the dealership, and after the first repair, the leak was not resolved. The vehicle had to be returned again and remained at the dealership for approximately 12 days.
During that time, communication was extremely poor. I sent multiple emails to the service department manager requesting updates and asking for an explanation of the repairs, but I never received a response. I also requested documentation explaining what caused the leak, what repairs were performed, and what warranty applied, but those questions were not answered.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was disappointed with how I was treated. Instead of receiving an explanation about the repairs, I was told to speak with someone else and left without a clear understanding of what had been done. After bringing the vehicle home, I noticed a strong musty or mold-like odor inside the car, which raised additional concerns about whether the water intrusion had been fully addressed.
As a long-time customer, I expected professionalism, communication, and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department.

Recently, I inquired to purchase a used Tiguan from this dealership. I was communicating with a Sales Associate, Ashley. She kept sending me duplicate emails on “what the new model of Tiguan has to offer.” I kept asking her to give me #$ on a deal, etc. I kept going in circles. Since I contacted this dealership over a week ago, the price of the used Tiguan (almost 2 years old). increased in price by $2k. Plus, every dealership is offering 4th of July Sales. The car also has been on the lot over 35days. Make any sense? Usually, I would hear from a Sales Manager by now; however, I had to request one. I chatted with Brianna. I went in circles with her as well.
This VW Dealership doesn’t care to make a deal, which is their motto. Yes. I love the used car in question. However, I know more are out there on another dealership, who genuinely cares about the Sales Experience for their clients. This is supposed to be an stress-free experience. There are so many VW Dealerships out in FL. Do not provide business to these scam artists.

I recently purchased my 2026 Volkswagen GLI Autobahn, and Douglas made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.
