Jordan in Finance was the perfect complement to that stellar service. She was so kind and respectful, taking her time to explain the financial details in layman's terms so we felt entirely comfortable with our investment. Please familiarize yourself with the long-existing and recently enforced laws regarding advertising. A dealer cannot advertise their largest printed price without every additional fee included in that largest printed online price, including any addendum and required package, reconditioning etc. You cannot charge more or less based on choice of financing. The only charge that doesn’t have to be included is tax and tag. Government fees. (Not government “regulated” fees) It’s illegal and the penalties are steep. All customers who aren’t aware, you can research the March 2026 letter from the FTC to dealerships. Even after pointing this law out to this dealership, and even after sending them proof from the FTC website, they refused to remove their illegal additional costs. Let’s be real, it’s a bait and switch tactic. Shame on this dealership for refusing to comply with the law and for playing these games. I purchased a vehicle in a straight forward deal. No scammy and illegal additional costs. I purchased a warranty. I financed. I am positive the dealership made a profit without trying to be underhanded. Learn how to make money while having integrity!!

Best, easiest, most painless car buying experience yet! Brandon was our guy, helped and guided us to the end of the process without being pushy. You’re the best, Brandon! Matthew offered us so many incentives, made it hard to say no/never mind/maybe next year. Thank you, Matthew! And finally, Martin wrapped everything up for us without trying to upsell us. He was straightforward about suggesting what we might need. Thank you, Martin, we’ll see you at church! Everybody was sincere, we did not feel like we were getting pressured into anything or being tricked into anything. We had a 2020 Subaru Forester that we got serviced here, which is why we were here last Monday. We left with a 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness! We love it! If I could give Hanania Subaru six stars out of five, I would! I have been bringing my Impreza there for service for the past few years and I’m always well cared for. Josh, Emil, Gavin, and the rest of the crewe are some of the kindest folks, and they greet me by name when I pull in. Thanks to them and the hard work of the service engineers, my 2017 Subaru lasted me for over 160,000 miles.
When it came time for a new vehicle, I was nervous: I’d had my original Impreza for 10 years and was reluctant to say goodbye. Seth and Marc in the sales department were incredible. I test-drove a few cars with Marc and had so much fun. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and it felt like taking a drive with a friend.
With Seth’s help, I was able to navigate the money side of things (the scariest part). He helped me figure out what I could afford and helped me find my dream car. He was kind and honest, easy to talk to, and oh so patient as I figured out what I was doing with my life.
I drove off the lot in a certified preowned 2025 Crosstrek Sport and I’ve been smiling ever since. A huge thank you to everyone who helped out in my new car journey, I will be sure to keep visiting Hanania Subaru so that my new baby lasts even more than 10 years!
