I feel cheated. I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my last visit. This is due to the fact that the final price was significantly higher than the initial quote, citing the initial quote as not including the cost of labor, which I consider unacceptable. Especially since the price at another workshop is significantly lower.
Update: That day, I also ordered an engine oil change, and that procedure includes tire rotation. But it wasn't done!!! And this is the second time in my last three visits!!! Two times out of three!!! What else did they forget to do or check?

We bought a 2025 Subaru Outback in December of last year (2025) and the experience has been fantastic. From the initial Sales interaction with Ian Rossby to today, our first Service visit, with Dan Renfroe, the overall experience has been outstanding. Dan set up an appointment for us and let me know the approximate wait time before I arrived. He was very flexible about dates and times and I had some flexibility, too, so it worked out well. We had our six month/six thousand miles visit and were told it would take about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours if I wanted to wait (much better than our previous local Toyota dealer). We were in and out in an hour and a quarter. They took great care to keep my car clean and protected during service...(We keep our vehicle in exceptional condition) and appreciated it greatly. We were also offered a complimentary car wash, a very nice finishing touch. The lounge was nice with snacks, waters, and coffees, and there was also nice outdoor seating if you wished. I took some time to sit and read a bit and before I knew it, I had a text saying my car would be around in a few minutes. If the rest of my experiences mirror this one, we made a great choice, not only with Subaru, but especially with Ian and Dan at Hanania Subaru. Additionally, my experiences with Parts to pick up a few items have been enjoyable, as well. Well done everyone!
Pushy ! Don’t go here unless you want to be harassed. We didn’t like the deal so we left. Called me 3 times , texted, and emailed. Clearly they’re not getting the hint . We’ve already went to another dealer and got a better price elsewhere.
Edit: still emailing and texting haven’t even been there since Saturday it’s Tuesday ! Get the hint and stop!!
I visited this dealership while shopping between two Subaru dealers and comparing offers, which is a normal part of buying a car. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing.
Instead of working professionally through the negotiation, the general manager became rude and asked me to leave simply because I was comparing prices. I understand if they couldn’t match the offer or didn’t want to continue negotiating, but there are respectful ways to handle that.
Being treated poorly for trying to get the best deal left a very bad impression. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful, but the general manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional.

I bought a car from this dealer and was treated with kindness and respect from all those that we came in contact with. It's also a very nice looking dealership, very classy. Our salesman, Robert Lee was the best. He wasn't pushy, he listened to all our needs and helped us get the car we wanted without too much haggling. Would recommend this dealership to family and friends that are looking for a good, dependable car without added stress.
