  I recently purchased my 2026 Infiniti QX60 in March 2026, and I want to share my post-purchase ownership experience because I believe honest feedback helps brands continue to improve. When purchasing my vehicle, I chose Infiniti because of the brand’s reputation for luxury, quality, and reliability. I was excited to begin my ownership experience and expected the level of craftsmanship associated with a new luxury vehicle. Within the first month of ownership, I experienced an issue with the Infiniti touchscreen system. I was thankful that the dealership addressed the concern and the issue was successfully resolved. However, during my 5,000-mile service appointment, less than five months after purchasing the vehicle, I was informed that the wheel hub and bearing assembly required replacement. While I appreciate that the repair is being handled under warranty, I was disappointed and concerned that a major component would require replacement so early in the life of a brand-new vehicle. I understand that mechanical issues can occur, and I appreciate the service team’s efforts to address the repairs. My concern is not simply about the repair itself, but about the overall ownership experience and the expectations that come with investing in a new luxury vehicle. I hope Infiniti continues to listen to customers and evaluate ways to support owners who experience significant concerns early in their ownership journey. I remain hopeful that this repair will resolve the issue and that my future experience with Infiniti reflects the quality and confidence that led me to choose the brand. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience and look forward to continued improvement and customer care.

  I had an amazing experience at Hanania Infiniti of Orange Park. The entire team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for me and my family. In the end we chose an absolutely stunning 2026 Infiniti QX80. From the moment we walked in, everyone was patient, helpful, and understanding. They took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to our needs and must haves, and they never made us feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me the most was their dedication. They all stayed very late to make sure everything was taken care of and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Their friendly attitude and commitment to excellent customer service made the entire car buying process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of the time and effort our salesman Bryan put into making sure we left understanding all of the new features in the car. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Hanania Infiniti of Orange Park.   The service was great and since we live in St Augustine, the fact that they can come pick my car up is a great benefit. We don't have much time to take the car in ourselves, especially with the dealership in Orange Park, so this saves us a great deal of time. And they bring a loaner in case we need it. The staff is so very friendly and professional! I'm very happy since buying our Infiniti! Every experience has been great!

  We recently purchased a 2027 Infiniti Autograph, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The Kelly M. made the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. They went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect vehicle and were comfortable with every step of the purchase. The 2027 Infiniti Autograph is absolutely beautiful luxurious, comfortable, packed with technology, and a pleasure to drive. We couldn't be happier with our decision.   We were told by INFINITI of Orange Park that we were pre-approved and that they would pay off our 2026 Tucson in full. The letter made it sound like all we had to do was come in with the offer and we would be able to get a car for a payment close to what we were already paying. When we got there, Josh was very friendly and told us we had a very good chance of getting the deal done. We spent about two hours at the dealership while they ran both of our credit reports multiple times. Then Alex , the finance agent, told us he had forgotten it was June 19th and the banks were closed, so we should come back Saturday and he would call us around noon. They never called us back, and repeated calls from us were not returned. Both of our credit reports were run about 8 to 10 times each the next day, which caused a noticeable hit to our credit. If the answer was no, we should have been told that upfront instead of being left waiting and ignored. If you receive a letter in the mail it is a scam to get you in and not legit at all beware. In the future a 30 second call back could of avoided this. Repeat we are not upset if its a no just upset about the lack communication and unprofessionalism.
