  We drove from Tennessee to Jacksonville for an Infinity QX60. There was zero chance of us ever dealing with Harper Infiniti in Knoxville. Our deal was mostly finished before we arriving at Hanania. From the time we stepped in the door, everyone was friendly, funny, and made us feel comfortable with the process. This was my first time actually leasing a vehicle, so the process was explained thoroughly. We actually had another appointment to get to that evening, so they did not have the opportunity to set up the app in my phone for the car, but I called the next day and Matthew (our salesman) walked me through every step over the phone, to get me set up. Based on our experience with everyone from the general managed, our salesman, Matthew, and Alek in finance, we will definitely go back to purchase/lease any future vehicles from Hanania.

  I really hate car dealerships and that’s what sets this Haninia dealership apart from the traditional dealership With the infinity lineup., we negotiated everything over the phone, picked out the vehicle. They had all the paperwork ready when I got there. I handed them the keys to my trade-in. They handed me the keys to the 2026 Infiniti QX 80 autograph. It was beautiful and painless thank you. Nick, Ike Bryan! Everyone was wonderful to work with.

  Orange Park Infiniti has been fantastic to deal with from our initial call to dealership and ended up talking directly with the GM, Mark as he answered the phone!! We went to the dealership the next day and purchased our new QX60…love that car!! Kelly was very helpful. We have dealt with Julia and Nate in service…outstanding folks!! Super helpful and accommodating.

  Had a great experience purchasing my Infiniti from Hanania Infiniti. Shaheem and Paul were both fantastic to work with and made the entire process incredibly easy and straightforward. Since I was purchasing from out of the area, they also coordinated the shipping of the vehicle, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Great communication, an easy deal, and excellent service throughout. I would definitely recommend Hanania Infiniti, and especially Shaheem and Paul, to anyone looking for an Infiniti!

  Buying a vehicle from Hanania INFINITI felt like “let’s get you what you want” rather than “let’s make a sale.” My brother and I were both shopping for vehicles and knew how difficult and sometimes “sleezy” car buying can be. We knew exactly what we wanted and what to look out for, so honesty and transparency were huge for us. We found our vehicles the day before buying. My brother found his truck at INFINITI, and I found my Jeep at Hanania Hyundai. My brother went to INFINITI and worked with Shaheem on his deal. He mentioned the vehicle I was looking at, and Shaheem took my brother and sister-in-law to Hyundai to test drive my Jeep. They knew I’d love it, so Shaheem brought it to INFINITI and started working my deal before I was even there. I showed up, they ran my credit, and I walked out with the exact numbers I wanted. He basically stole my Jeep off the Hyundai lot for me. 😂 The pricing was incredibly transparent. The price on the QR code is actually the price of the car, dealer add-ons are limited, and there were no games or surprises. My 2021 special edition Jeep was in almost mint condition, had brand-new off-road tires and aftermarket tint, and was priced extremely fairly. My brother’s truck was the same way. Paul was also incredible. He took time to sit with our family, answer questions, and genuinely help us. He was kind, personable, and clearly cared about us beyond making a sale. Five days after buying my Jeep, I had a battery issue. Paul personally answered my call, got my Jeep into the shop that day, and had it back to me the next day at no charge. He has answered almost every call I’ve made and is always kind, patient, and has an incredible sense of humor. Even now, they’re helping us with a potential third vehicle. I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. For my first car-buying experience, I could not have asked for a better team. Shaheem, Paul, and Hanania INFINITI absolutely earned our trust. I would 100% recommend them!
