  I must say: this was the best experience i have had buying a car. My Sales Person Andrew Risko was so helpful and walked me through the process. It's been two days since I purchased my Acura and he has called to check on any needs to set up my phone, XM, etc. This is my 6 Acura and I will stay with Acura do to knowing the quality of the vehicles. The service department is very helpful. If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle, please check out Acura and ask For Andrew Risko.

  Had a pleasant experience trading in a vehicle at this dealership. Was met by Marcus at the Acura location and we bonded so well and I'd definitely say one of the best and easiest experiences I've had when buying a car. I was definitely not pushed into a vehicle like most places. Initially was up at this dealership as I had previously looked at Acura’s Integras and TLX's. Come find out the TLX's were last produced in 2025, so I had checked out the integra instead. I also mentioned how I liked this one color they and Honda had. Luckily enough they had just 1 color left of it and "wow" the color looked great in the sunlight and how it changed in the night-time. Overall buying experience took about 6 hours which is about the usual. A lot of my family have bought vehicles through "Hanania" and all have said they'd buy from them again and this will be my first time here and will again.

Marcus was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle for me. He answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. What really stood out to me was Marcus’s customer service. He went above and beyond to make the entire car-buying process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. You can tell when someone truly cares about their customers, and Marcus definitely does!   I had a great experience speaking with Mindy at the Acura dealership. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions — including all my follow-up questions — so I could make an informed decision about whether it made more sense for me to purchase outright or trade in my current vehicle. What I appreciated most was that Mindy was never pushy or rude. When I told her I needed to speak with my husband before deciding, she was completely understanding and remained pleasant and professional. She even followed up with me afterward to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions or concerns. Mindy really went above and beyond to do the footwork and make the process comfortable and informative. If we decide to move forward with a purchase or trade, I know exactly who I’ll be going back to — Mindy! She made a great impression, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service.
