  My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Pierre, the General Sales Manager at Acura of Orange Park to purchase a vehicle. After encountering several disappointing experiences with sales professionals who didn’t seem to truly care about their customers, working with Pierre was a breath of fresh air. From the start, he was incredibly transparent, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us make the right decision, not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through every detail, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. His level of professionalism and honesty really stood out, and it’s clear he values building trust with his customers. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and care Pierre put into helping us, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a stress-free and positive car-buying experience.   I had an excellent experience working with Crystal! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my buddy’s questions, made sure he understood everything, and never made him feel pressured.   I was lured to the car services today by its $29.99 oil change special. Adding tire rotation and balance, the total bill was a little over $160. I planned to pay cash after realizing the dealer charges 3% extra when paid by credit cards, and I told the service advisor my intent. The services were done okay although I waited more than one and a half hours. However, when I handed the Cashier two hundred-dollar bills, she said she did not have enough changes for “large bills” and asked me to pay her with my credit card or a check. I did not carry my check book and definitely not to pay the additional credit card fees imposed. The discussions escalated to her supervisor on the phone, the service advisor, and then eventually to the manager. Although it was absurd that a car dealer like Hanania Acura could not find $40 cash, I offered to pay with my credit card as long as they waive the extra fees. All thee of them refused to waive or discount the fees and claimed the “company policy”. Finally, the manager asked the cashier how much cash she had in the drawer. She finally admitted she did have more than $40 there, but had she gave them to me, she would have missed something …. To me, this incident reflects more than a few managerial issues: negligence, inflexibility, arrogance, and employee training.
