Went in to look at a used car that looked like Donkey Kong took his mallet to. Manager told me car was most likely going to auction but if I would take it “as is” he’d get me a “great deal” . Rear bumper cover separated from quarter panel which is almost 100% chance of frame damage. 1/16th scratch about three inches long on upper door with rust set in. Hood gaps 1/8 on one side and 1/4 on the other due to a bad repair job from a front end accident.( probable sensor damage affecting safety features), Curb rash on all four tires, ( probable bent tie rods). Did I think the previous owner did regular oil change( probable sludge in engine) . HA! Car fax shows three oil changes in 48k miles.MULTIPLE dents, dings and paint chips. Still tried to charge me retail, lol. So the “ great deal” was the website asking price. The car is a death trap waiting to happen. Told him I’d submit a counter offer, will I? Absolutely not, will I ever buy a car from this place because of the way they tried to rip me off? LOL! I will shortly be in contact with Hanania corporate to tell them about this situation.

I would strongly caution anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, especially first-time buyers.
I negotiated a deal on a vehicle and agreed to a final financed amount that should have been around $15,000 after my $4,000 down payment and GAP coverage. However, during the finance process, the numbers suddenly changed and over $4,000 in additional charges were added under the explanation that they were “required bank fees” because I was a first-time buyer with no credit history.
After reviewing my contract and speaking directly with my lender, American Credit Acceptance, I confirmed these were not bank fees at all. They were dealer-added products and charges, including appearance protection and finance-related fees that were never properly explained as optional.
When I requested documentation and clarification, I was ignored or told “this is normal.” The dealership later offered me service credits instead of correcting the financial issue.
Buyers should carefully review every number before signing and be extremely cautious during the finance process.

To be fully transparent don’t ever take your vehicle to this dealership ever especially if your vehicle was not purchased here . I set an appointment based on the service special oil change for $29.99 which was a great deal it seemed , but after arriving I immediately noticed that the service advisor instead tried to charge me $123.00 . I immediately let her know I booked online as I already stated based on the special . She then asked if I could show her that , so as I proceeded to lookin my emails she already was printing out the new price . After showing her she said “oh ok “ and had me sign the paperwork to get work started . About 10 min after I left I received a text stating they would like to purchase my vehicle , as I don’t have a car note I didn’t indulge in the text at all . I was told my vehicle would be done around 2:30 after dropping it off at 12:30 which I was totally ok with the wait as it was expected . However, instead around 3:45 I received a call from the advisor rambling about why I could not pay for my services and leave once I arrive to the dealership and instead would need to pay a minimum of $1300 . I was very furious at this moment to know that my vehicle which was completely fine not leaking any fluids no check engine lights on or anything other than a simple oil change because it had been time for me to get one as advised in 3000 miles . My oil was even still in the middle of the dots on the dipstick . Upon arriving back at the dealership I was taken to my vehicle and told that the drain plug was stripped and could not go back into the drain pan which now was also stripped as well as multiple oil leaking . All while been told I was not able to drive my only vehicle away until I pay at least $1300. This made me very upset as in order to make a living my vehicle is important to me hence the fact I was proactively making sure I get an oil change . I was told that the mechanic who was working on the vehicle noticed oil leaks prior to pulling drain plug out and still proceeded to work on the vehicle instead of calling and verifying with me the customer that something of this nature was there since I didn’t mention this to them but instead only asking for a oil change. This should have been what proper training would have been able to teach him , but it looks as if they hire anyone without proper supervision if they are not properly trained . After taking the drain plug and screwing it back into the oil pan myself I noticed the atmosphere changed and then there was a solution that could be done after repeatable being told that the only thing they could do was replace the entire oil pan. After coming to a solution I was told I would be charged for a oversized drain plug on top of the oil change. After they completed the work they agreed on I was given another paper to sign with the amount of only the oil change and the drain plug was now considered free of charge . This was another red flag because why give for free when it was such a hassle to even get the drain plug and oil change so I could drive out. However , I happily just paid for services performed and apologized for being upset due to the situation . I was greeted by another advisor when I came to retrieve after they performed service , and everything seemed fine until after leaving to my car I was told to never come back to the facilities . That has been the best thing said because I may try you out once , but if you treat unfairly I will always let others know to warn them from having to go through negative moments alone . I got you Teewhy U Do That 💯

I highly recommend you go to a different Acuta dealership other than Orange park Acura. I wanted a used TXL and feel like I was pushed into a new 2025 TXL. The General Manager also convinced me to buy a car that I really did not want he would not leave me alone the general manager came to the office to try to convince me to buy the car. Then, general manager came out to my car when I was leaving trying to get me to buy the car through my car window. This car has been a nightmare for me. I can't make calls on this car nor received them. They told me they would fix the problem when they picked my car up last week to have the windows tinted and the car updated. They / Justin failed to update the car and told me everything was done so they literally lied to me. As far as as the salesman goes Justin was vaping in my car and blowing it out, so I had to smell it. I it was disgusting.Justin would cuss at the car.
and I really didn't appreciate that. Justin kept blaming it on my phone that the car was not working after Justin told me that already updated the car then, Justin told me he didn't have time the other day, so Justin fooled me into thinking it was done. I do not like this car and I do not want this car. There's too many problems with it. It won't even stay within the lines of the road. Thank you. Gabbrielle Kiesel
DO NOT BUY HERE! We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this company from out of state. They informed us that the vehicle had just been shipped to another one of their locations, but said it was still in transit and could be brought back. Based on that, they had us send over personal information including our driver’s licenses and go through a ton of information and details pertaining to the sale, and requested a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle.
ONLY AFTER taking the deposit, they then told us they were unable to get the vehicle back, even though it was still in transit and they had already confirmed it wouldn’t be an issue as the transit truck would just bring it back. We had already gone through all the effort on our end and even passed on another vehicle we were considering because we believed this one was secured as that is what the deposit is for.
They canceled the sale and were directed to management. Management has completely ignored us. NOT GOT BACK TO US WITH EVEN A SIGLE WORD FOR DAYS!
At this point, it’s hard to understand what the purpose of a deposit is if it doesn’t actually hold the vehicle and the dealership can simply back out without any accountability after taking all our personal info and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or you will regret it
