  Purchased my car here at Hanania Group 2 weeks ago was told that would get free car wash upon purchase. Fast forward 2 weeks later, came to get a car wash and being told one Caucasian that this was discontinued a year ago, then anoter one approached me and said it was discontinued about 6 months ago and every wash mush be accompanied by a service repair in order to get a free car wash. Their inconsistenty about their stories, dismissal, and refusal to wash my car was very clear that it was a racist act towards me. When asked to speak with manager Jason, they said he wasnt available. I'm sure if it was other way around and one of them, it would absolutely be FREE! Without a question! Disgusting, very unprofessional, very racist, misleading! Would NEVER purchase here again!!!!

  I came in to look a car for my teenager. Keith was amazing. I think this was the fastest I’ve been in and out of a dealership and got the exact car I came in to look at. He didn’t try to sell me something that I had no interest in which is what another dealership did just before I called Acura. Thank you Keith!

  Our experience at Acura was outstanding from beginning to end. Marcus worked with us for about a week through texts and calls while we looked at different vehicles. Even when it felt like getting both an MDX and an ADX wasn’t going to happen, he stayed patient, answered every question, and never made us feel pressured. He kept working to find the right solution instead of giving up. Once we were ready, Pierre and Ian stepped in and made things happen. We had recently moved to Florida, our credit had taken a hit from the move, and we were trying to get out of two over mileage Honda leases. Somehow they were able to work everything out, keep both vehicles close to our payment goal, and get us into the MDX and ADX we wanted. Buying a car can be stressful, but this team made us feel like they were genuinely on our side. Marcus, Pierre, and Ian all went above and beyond to get us across the finish line. If you’re looking for an Acura dealership that will work hard for you and treat you with respect, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

  From the moment I walked in to getting service done to my prior vehicle to walking out with a brand new one. I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.   I had a wonderful experience at Hanania Acura of Orange Park. Marcus and Pierre were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
