  Firehouse auto spa is nothing but amazing. They do great work, treat their customers well, and my car always looks fantastic like it just came off the showroom floor. Mark and his team are beyond the best in the business, I recommend them to everyone!!

  Firehouse Auto Spa has been a huge help for our detailing business. We get our water there and purchase most of our supplies through them. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever we need something. It’s great having a local shop that consistently has the products we use and provides great service every time. Highly recommend them to any detailers or car enthusiasts in the area.

  After receiving my car back for the amount of money $350 I was expecting a much better job to be done. There are parts of the car that don’t even look like they’ve been touched. Like the steering wheel is still covered in dirt and same with the trunk area. I also feel like there are some small areas of the paint that look worse than before. I was also considering bringing my 911 here but after this I definitely won’t be. For the money I spent I would have rather gone somewhere else. Edit: Normally when a business reaches out to you it's to make things better but in this case they decided to make things worse. Even a simple sorry that your experience wasn't up to our standards would have been fine. The owner decided to call me and said that it should be on me to reach out to them if I'm unhappy and I shouldn't leave a 1 star review. He then also proceeded to ask ME if I'm perfect when I told him I expected my car to be CLEAN and that I was unhappy with the job done. This is perhaps one of the worse experiences that I've encountered with any business.

  Beth was easy to work with when scheduling. But she is not just a scheduler. She is knowledgeable about the process and she was helpful in explaining the paint protection film (PPF) process to me. I had PPF applied to two of my cars one after the other! Firehouse Auto Spa was recommended to me by my contacts at Stevenson Collision in Fernandina Beach,. Stevenson Collision does top notch work so I knew that if they gave me advice it would be good advice. And it was.
