  I was disappointed with my experience at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville. In my opinion, the service pricing is egregiously high, and the sales experience did not feel consistent with what I would expect from a high-end luxury dealership. I purchased four new vehicles last year, so I have a pretty recent point of comparison. My experience with Fields Cadillac compared to other luxury dealerships was night and day. Even when it comes to service. Bozard Lincoln’s service department has been excellent — professional, efficient, fairly handled, and top notch in my opinion. Because of that, I now take my Cadillac XT6 to Bozard Lincoln for service rather than Fields Cadillac. For a luxury brand like Cadillac, I expected a much more polished and customer-focused experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

  Car buying is a very pleasant experience here. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and the process easy. Our salesman, Jordan, was fantastic! He is very patient and spent hours showing us how our new electric car worked, as we have never owned an electric vehicle before. I would highly recommend. Also, I love my new Chevy Equinox EV. Drives like a dream!

  I had an outstanding experience working with William as my car salesman. From the very beginning, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. What stood out most was his commitment to customer satisfaction—he made the experience feel personal and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. The entire team was excellent as well, especially the finance department and the used car team who handled my trade-in efficiently and fairly. I actually traveled three hours just to work with William, and I can confidently say it was absolutely worth it. That alone speaks volumes about the level of service he provides.   We recently purchased a 2022 Dodhe Challenger from Fields Cadillac in Jacksonville Florida. The price and service we received was excellent especially from Mr. Floyd, our Supreme salesman, Mr Bill Floyd was really on his game.From the initial inquiry to the final purchase from our car jet really delivered above and beyond customer service. Mr Floyd was very knowledgeable on the Dodge challenger. His information test drive with us was clearly exceptional. After we purchased the vehicle and went back to Savannah Ga, Mr Floyd hunted down the spare key fob for our car by contacting the previous owner and expressed mailed the key fob to us.
