Found a truck online at Fields Cadillac i was interested in. Called and spoke to Todd. He answered all my questions and worked around my tight schedule. We agreed on a price and I flew in from out of state to pick it up. The team over at Fields was kind enough and accommodating to pick me up at the airport.
Real white glove service. Its a breath of fresh air to have a knowledgeable team and show real costumer service at a car dealership these days.If your looking for a new or previously owned vehicle,i cannot recommend them enough. P.S. This was Todd's day off and his birthday as well but he came into work to accommodate me in getting everything taken care of and getting me on my way. If your local this shop is a must visit. And if your from out of town its worth the trip over( they will make you lunch right in the dealership!) Shop with confidence.

We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our used GMC Yukon from Fields Cadillac! From start to finish, Melvin was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
We never felt pressured or rushed, and Melvin genuinely took the time to make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything. He worked with us to get a great deal and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience actually enjoyable.
We drove quite a distance to purchase this Yukon, and I can honestly say the experience was completely worth the trip. We absolutely love our new vehicle and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
If you’re looking for a vehicle at Fields Cadillac, ask for Melvin! He truly went above and beyond for us, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Melvin, for being so sweet and taking such great care of us!

Oil change appointment was at 9:20am. Arrived on time and didn’t receive service representative until after 12 noon on updates. The representative tells my husband I need a cabin filter $179 and engine filter $229. Now going in, I asked them to check my filters on my 2021 Cadillac because I noticed a smell inside my car and figured I needed new filters. The quote was ridiculous and my husband was told since I’ve never received filter service on my 2021 (purchased last year), those are the prices. I then was told they added supplements to my oil change to improve performance. This was done without my consent and I had to pay for it because it was already done. This really made me upset. All in all, I called the service managers desk and received Uniqua as a very helpful representative because she checked on my car and ensured my husband would be out of there in time to pick up the kids from school. My complaint is the wait time for an oil change, the extremely overpriced filters, and the addition of oil supplements without my permission. What I liked was Uniqua intervening to get my car back to my husband after 4 hours of waiting, the service video I received and the free car wash. Other than that, service would’ve been ZERO stars.
*I purchased the cabin/engine filters for my car totally $26!!!!! Went to TikTok for installation and both were installed by me at 9 months pregnant in less than 10 minutes. Saved nearly $400 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

My 2024 gmc denali was brought in to fields cadillac on 07/13/2026, for a water leak in the front cab roof area, and the rear window. John said it would take around 2 to 3 days to find, seal, and water check for leaks. 4 days later I hadn't heard anything so I tried to call. I was put on hold, and eventually told that John would call me before the end of the business day as he was with another customer. I didn't get a call . The next day he texted me saying the front leak had been taken care of and he would get with the technician to find out about the rear leak. OK, so the following Monday the 20th i think, I went by to check on the truck. I spoke with the technician (jon), and was told that he was still trying to determine where the leak was coming from, and they weren't used to working on rear window leaks on gmc/ chevy pickups. I advised him of a general motors tsb concerning water leaks on these trucks and that it also applied to my truck. A week passed, and still no repair or answer. I finally got my truck back after it had been in the shop for 17 days. However, I did get a text around day 14 stating that there was a tsb out for these truck. The same tsb i told them about on 07/20. I was also informed that they would have ("their glass guy") come in and seal the leak and Jon would reassemble the truck and leak test it. On day 17, i went to check on the truck and it was sitting outside reassembled. However, there was rtv smeared on the back window apparently from it being sealed. I was able to see John and told him about what I'd found. Both John and Jon looked at the truck with me and said the repair was completed( yet I wasn't informed) and they would have the detailers remove the excess rtv. I was told that my truck would be ready for delivery by the end of the business day (5:30). My truck was repaired and given back to me in satisfactory condition. However, I was without my vehicle for 17 days. During that time, I was continually told that no loner was available. This in itself was a major inconvenience. Constant communication would have been nice to have. Had i known that my truck would be unavailable for 17 days, i could possibly have made other transportation arrangements. Fields has several dealerships, and I'm sure they could have rounded up a loaner. I hope in the future, these communication and loaner problems are addressed. Also, if the customer mentions a potential tsb concerning a certain vehicle, i think it should be sought out sooner than later.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Fields Cadillac.
On July 15, I completed the purchase process for a Cadillac Escalade EV. Since I live in Georgia and was in Jacksonville leaving for a cruise, I explained that I planned to pick the vehicle up the following Monday when I returned. I was told I needed to place a $2,000 deposit to hold the vehicle, I sent the deposit as requested. I then received a text message requesting that I needed to provide an additional down payment of $8,600 to move forward after I was approved. I didn’t agree so I requested a refund for the $2000 which I originally paid. I then received a phone call from the finance manager a was told that was incorrect the original $2000 was correct and was assured the vehicle would be ready for pickup upon arrival.
The dealership then attempted to charge me an additional $3,500 for tinted windows, paint protection, and black rims that were already installed on the vehicle. I explained that I never requested these add-ons they were on the vehicle when I originally saw the vehicle and didn’t believe I should be charged for modifications that were already on the vehicle these should be included in the original sticker price. I was then told the rims would have to be removed if I wanted to pay the advertised sticker price. We agreed that they would be removed and I was promised everything would be ready for pickup upon my arrival on Monday.
When I arrived Monday to pick up my vehicle, it was not ready as promised. I spent more than four hours at the dealership waiting for the rims to be changed before ultimately being told they would have to deliver the vehicle to me in Georgia.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. When the vehicle was delivered, the charging cord and window shade were missing. My salesperson, Jordan who delivered the vehicle, assured me they would be ordered and shipped. After following up by text, I was told the items had been ordered and would be shipped. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks, an I still haven’t received them, and all my text messages to Jordan have gone unanswered.
I love my Escalade EV, but the buying experience was very disappointing. The lack of communication, the attempts to get extra money for a deposit, the attempt to charge for items on the vehicle that should have been included with the sticker price, the failure to have the vehicle ready as promised and the failure to follow through after the sale left me very disappointed. I hope Fields Cadillac holds the salesman Jordan accountable for his lack of communication an attempts to get extra money from a customer so future customers have a much better experience. I don’t recommend Jordan as a salesman, I recommend reading all paperwork and getting anything you need before leaving the dealership because if you have any issues after they make the sale unfortunately you may be ignored. I have included text messages of my experience.
