  This is the most honest and trustworthy auto shop I've ever been to. I saved $1500 by getting a second opinion at this shop. So thankful! I have been coming for years and their entire staff is professional and courteous. Luis and Trey in particular were very helpful today.

  About three weeks ago I called express oil changed and tire engineers on beach boulevard jacksonville Florida and asked for a quote. I asked for a quote for a 2017 Chevy, traverse to change the water pump and thermostat. The quote should have included both with and without parts. A week goes by and I never got my quote nor a phone call. Finally, I showed up to their location and I went in and talked to him. They told me at this full mechanic shop, that they cannot do the service because they are lacking tools to adjust and do something with the timing chain. Now everything I've looked up including the 5 other shops that I went got quotes from, nobody said, and I asked, do you have to touch or adjust the timing chain. Everyone said, "No. The external water pump and thermostat are on serpentine and not timing and timing doesn't need anything done to it." 2017 Chevy, traverse, with 3.6 l. I couldn't even find anything that said you had to touch the timing chain while doing a water pump or thermostat. This was searched on Doctor GOOGLE. Not only did they not contact me and let me know that they weren't able to do the service, but they say a full mechanic shop is lacking the tools to do the service as well. With the water pump and thermostat that are external units on the serpentine belt, It should have nothing to do with the timing chain special tools and adjustment.
