The way I was spoken to felt harsh and unprofessional, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Most concerning, I felt threatened during the interaction, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expected courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. No one should feel disrespected or threatened while seeking basic service. I'd appreciate it if you could review this incident and address it appropriately.

First they gave her a car that the next morning the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights. When she went to get a replacement they tried to give her a completely disgusting car that had just been turned in and told her she could clean it herself she wanted. Then after we turned the car into Honda and picked up our car Honda paid for the rental and they still charged my wife's card because they insisted that we put one down when she picked up the original rental.
