  Terrible customer service. I reserved online without issue. I tried calling a million times to confirm over the phone and no one ever answers. I drive a U-Haul down 8 hours to move to FL and need to use a rental car to get back. Well they only rent if you have a credit card and the card must be present. The woman at the front desk was completely unsympathetic and could not care less. Make sure you bring your actual credit card in person because they don’t accept tap to pay!!! If you have questions, don’t worry, they won’t answer the phone.

  3 times in the last 6 months it takes over an hour to get a car after having a reservation. There excuse is always “sorry we’re understaffed”. Not like it use to be.

  Everyone was welcoming and nice when we first came in. Devon helped us and he was friendly and a pleasure to be around. We got there later in the day to buy a car and he ended up having to stay after hours to help us. He seemed happy to help us with the process the entire time even with staying late. Sorry Devon! But thank you so much too!

  Terrible customer service. Rented same vehicle a week ago, they didn’t have the vehicle i reserved and had me go to another location to pick up (zero problems with the other location on Atlantic). This week i needed to rent the same vehicle. I made the reservation at this location again because it was the only location open on a Sunday to return. They gave me the full run around about renting the vehicle and required a utility bill in my name. Something that was not asked of me the week before, even though I was using the same ID and form of payment. Gave me big problems about my utility bill only being in my husbands name, even though the address on my ID matched and my husband and i share a last name. Made my handicap husband come all the way up there to rent the vehicle in his name instead. Currently at 48 minutes past my reservation time and still havent gotten a vehicle and the staff are just blaming it on being short staffed. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

  Please Don’t Go There, And save Your time and Money ⸻ This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I had a reservation for 12 PM and arrived early, which was fine—they told me to wait. I ended up waiting over an hour, only to be told the car was at another location and needed an oil change. I kept waiting, and after almost two hours total, I went back to ask what was going on. At that point, they told me the oil hadn’t even been changed yet and that I might not even get the car because someone else could rent it before it gets to me. That’s completely unacceptable—what’s the point of a reservation? To make things worse, when I asked for an alternative because I needed to leave, they tried to offer me an SUV for $20 more than the price I originally booked online—and it wasn’t even a good deal compared to other companies. This place completely wasted my time. I could have gone to another rental company and been on the road already. Very disappointing service and zero respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend.
