  Rented from 7/3 to 7/6 at the Phillips Hwy location and had a great experience. Pickup and return were both smooth and efficient, even during a very busy holiday weekend. I arrived a little early and the team was still accommodating and attentive. Ramsey Meyers assisted with pickup and provided excellent customer service. The vehicle was clean, full of gas, and ready to go. Overall, a seamless rental from start to finish.

  I rented a car from Enterprise recently and the only complaint I have about the car and experience was that the front passenger side door did not open/work. During the rental period, my girlfriend was upset as she had to sit in the back, but I explained why I didn’t feel it was that big of a deal. When I returned the car, I mentioned the issue with the door and the assistant manager was very apologetic about the situation (I do not have his name as of the writing of this his card is in my car). I didn’t ask for anything in terms of compensation, but he did provide me with his business card which will give me a 10% discount on my next rental with Enterprise. In a world where the customer service experience is taking a huge hit with companies, Enterprise surprised me with that and I will definitely be back to rent my next car with them.

  The rental car that was assigned to me did not have Sirius radio available for which I had requested in my reservation. Assistant Branch Manager Ramsey Meyers was able to put me in a rental car with Sirius Radio which was most appreciated.

  Awful experience Rented for a week next morning went out and the batteries is dead. enterprise you didn’t take out the insurance it’s on you call AAA finally got it started called enterprise Isaid go to this location to get another car swap it out. When we got to that location no cars they sent me somewhere else. When we arrived at that location? No cars they sent me somewhere else went to that location. No cars they sent me somewhere else from 9:30 and morning to 4:30 in the afternoon, we’re chasing all over looking for another car lost entire day.

  Reserved a premium suv a few months ahead of time to secure it. Day before got an email from Avenues location stating we had to be flexible and not get Premium suv. We reserved one because that’s what we wanted & needed to accommodate everyone. When I called to inquire they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never came back to explain why. I had to just change locations to secure we had the right car for our trip. Will not reserve from here again.
