  I had an amazing experience with Enterprise! The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make the whole rental process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Their positive attitude, excellent communication, and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This is exactly what great customer service should look like! I highly recommend Enterprise and will definitely rent from them again. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

  I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with numerous Enterprise locations, but this one truly stands out as the best. Despite the challenges and rude customers they face, I want to express my gratitude to the exceptional staff here. In particular, I want to give a special shoutout to the patient staff member who made my experience so wonderful. However, I recently discovered that the higher manager, after speaking with multiple Enterprise employees from the 1800 number, put me on a do-not-rent list due to discrimination by another employee at the airport. Apparently, they’re all friends, and I was put on a do-not-rent list after being called lgbt slurs.This experience is disappointing after the long time I’ve been using this company. To make matters worse, I was left in a total disaster for a truck that is still not my vehicle. Nobody called to check on me, and there was no call back. It has been absolutely ridiculous. This cost us nearly $6000 in revenue from our personal business.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been renting from Enterprise at the Avenues location in Jacksonville for almost two years, and I continue to come back because of the excellent service I receive from Nick and his team. Everyone is always polite, attentive, professional, and proactive. They understand how important it is for me to have a reliable and comfortable rental vehicle, as I frequently travel throughout Florida and beyond for my newborn photography sessions with The Affinity Studio. Nick and his team consistently make the rental process easy and do their best to make sure I have a vehicle that works well for my business and travel needs. That level of care and consistency is greatly appreciated, especially when I’m traveling with photography equipment and have clients depending on me. After nearly two years of renting with them, I can confidently say that the customer service at this location is outstanding. Thank you, Nick and team, for always taking such great care of me! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
