  Prices may be a bit higher than other companies, but you're paying for the transparency of what you're getting as well as customer service! They had a car ready for us within an hour and a half verses other companies that didnt even stick with the appointment made. Always good service

  The service I received from Enterprise is always professional, friendly, informative etc. I love using them for my car rental. I used other car rental companies in the past and none can be compared to Enterprise integrity, standards and their professional service.

  I'm completely impressed with this Enterprise location. I've rented cars many times from other companies and they pale in comparison to the service, number of representatives, and friendliness of this location. I was assisted as soon as I walked through the door with 5+ people on staff to assist with rentals. I will add that the location is very clean and inviting. I wish Enterprise was more readily affordable as I would always choose them and come back to this location.

  For years, my company has relied on Enterprise for our business vehicle rentals, believing that loyalty and a long-standing professional relationship would be valued. Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us profoundly disappointed. What stands out most is not a single inconvenience, but a persistent lack of empathy and customer consideration. When challenges arose, we expected reasonable communication, professionalism, and a genuine effort to help. Instead, we were met with an approach that felt indifferent, transactional, and dismissive of a customer who has consistently supported this business. Customer service is measured not by how a company performs when everything goes perfectly, but by how it responds when situations become difficult. In our experience, Enterprise failed that test. A business that prioritizes short-term policies over long-term relationships risks eroding the trust that takes years to build. As a company that has rented vehicles here for years, we expected a level of respect and appreciation commensurate with our loyalty. Sadly, that expectation was not met. I sincerely hope management reevaluates its customer service culture, because a lack of empathy is far more damaging to a company’s reputation than any operational mistake. Based on our experience, we can no longer recommend this location to businesses seeking a dependable, customer-centered rental partner.

  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Enterprise location on Philips Highway. As a loyal, long-standing customer who has routinely rented vehicles using both credit and debit cards over the years, the level of mistreatment I endured at this branch is completely unacceptable. ​Despite returning my previous vehicle strictly on time and with a full tank of gas, management arbitrarily refused to accept my debit card for a subsequent rental—a payment method I have used reliably with Enterprise for years. Furthermore, they have wrongfully withheld my security deposit with no valid justification or effort to process the refund. ​To make matters worse, the staff displayed a complete absence of basic customer care or empathy. After abruptly declining my rental, they left me stranded outside in the elements for nearly 45 minutes while waiting for an Uber, making zero attempt to assist, resolve the issue, or offer basic accommodations. ​This branch operates with deceptive financial practices, arbitrary policy enforcement, and absolute disregard for customer loyalty. Save yourself the frustration, hidden fees, and abysmal customer service—take your business elsewhere.
