  They told my card wouldn't work, so I went to my bank cross town and they told me nothing wrong with it. So I went back to the enterprise on cassat ave , guess this they told me my card was still not working so after 3 Uber costing me $35. While all they had to tell me they didn't like the way I look, it could of save me time and money because they judged me before they wanted to help me. I had the down payment and the money for insurance, and driver license. I just needed to rent a car to see my dad in the hospital in Savannah on life support.. But God forgive so I can forgive it's just the principle of racial profiling. I don't understand why they didn't all that. It's would of been better to say they not renting instead of saying something wrong with my card and costing me more money and still didn't get rent a car for one day. I hope they get some management that can give equal opportunities to everyone

  I was shocked at how well they treated me. My first vehicle did have an issue, but they quickly examined and determined there was a nail in tire. They replaced the vehicle quickly and were very easy to deal with. I actually referred a friend to them today! I give them a 10+

  This was an exceptional experience. I wish I had everyone’s name to report on, but I don’t…(But if you look up who was working on Tuesday 8/4 and Wednesday 8/5 after 4pm,on both days you will see ) On Wed when I walked in the young lady was very professional, quick and courteous, as was the gentleman who took my intake. It was super quick and they were all so delightful to work with. When I brought my vehicle back today (8/5), the detail guy was friendly, everyone inside was friendly also. Not only that, there was a customer acting real crazy and they handled it with grace and then apologized to all the customers waiting. You guys really have a great staff here and should be really proud of this team. I hope this gets to corporate so they can see you renewed my faith in renting a car again. TY!!
