  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Jacksonville. I was given a car that already had visible damage, including scratches, dents, and a cracked windshield. I specifically asked multiple times if all existing damage was being documented, and the employee assured me it was. I was also pressured repeatedly to upgrade the vehicle and purchase extra insurance. A few hours after leaving the lot, I became uncomfortable driving the vehicle because the cracked windshield appeared to be getting worse. I returned to the location and explained that I did not feel safe driving the car. I was told there were no other vehicles available, and once again I was assured that all existing damage and my concerns were documented in my file. After returning the car, I later received a call claiming there was damage to the windshield and quarter panel and they attempted to hold me responsible. What makes this even worse is that they rely on customers placing initials on a small tablet/cell phone screen that is difficult to clearly see, then later use that as proof that every single issue was documented. Customers are rushed through the process and expected to trust that everything is being entered correctly. Thankfully, after I filed a complaint, Enterprise eventually closed the claim “as a matter of customer service,” which tells me they knew the situation was questionable. They also failed to refund my $50 deposit, adding even more frustration to an already stressful experience. Customers should carefully inspect and document EVERYTHING before leaving the lot and take detailed photos and videos of the vehicle from every angle.

  Awesome staff took great care of me nice car good on gas very happy very nice and professional respectful I recommend them on cassatt Ave to everyone

  The staff at Enterprise Rent -A- Car (Cassat location) are always extremely friendly and helpful. The service is always fast , and they will get you in a nice car rental at a affordable price 🚗 👍🏾👍🏾. Happy Customer ♥️

  Horrible experience. Was told by the manager that whether u make a reservation or not whoever walks in comes first.waited almost a hour and a half just to get a car with bad tires.manager black guy about 5’8 high top fade unpleasant insisted that reservations do not matter it’s whoever walks in first. If this is how enterprise is operating now then maybe it’s time for me to give hertz a chance. Horrible experience.
