  Don't waste your time renting from this branch. Horrible managment. There's no point in reserving a vehicle from this branch in advance because they are so unorganized and cannot plan around their reservations vs walk-ins. The branch in Kingsland holds the vehicles for their customers reserving a specific car and explained to me that how reservatios are handled are branch-specific. So this falls on the the branch manager Catie Cheng who ruined our entire family trip because I booked a 7 seater IN ADVANCE because I need a bigger vehicle for my CHILDREN and now we have no vehicle. She hasn't even made efforts to look for a vehicle, upgrade my vehicle, nothing. Completely useless. My entire experience with enterprise would be completely different if I had just chosed a DIFFERENT branch that is BETTER RUN.

  Can't say enough good words for the location by 95 overpass. Lauren and Katie exemplify that coastal warmth and charm! In a chaotic reason for renting, they were positive with me; showed empathy and kept a smile on my face. Quick service and a super clean ride! 10 out of 10 chefs kiss! Thanks!

  I rented a 8 seater Expedition, but was not able to utilize the full 8 seats because part of the 3rd row was down and the switch did not work to move it up for utilization. Overall was a okay ride. But over priced for an expedition IMO….. lady was nice.
