  The manager Stephen and his associate Serena literally made our vacation . I landed with my father and 10 other family memeber expecting to get into a 12 passenger van.. something went wrong with the app booking and they couldn’t find me in the system. Despite having ZERO vehicles available due to a busy holiday week , Stephen was able to negotiate a swap and get me into the sprinter van I needed !! They both were kind, professional and empathetic to my issue and I could not have been happier . Kiddos to the both of them !! I am an enterprise customer for life !

  From checking-in with Brittany, to driving out the car with Jaylen, the experience was no fuss, straight and simple experience. Shout out to Jaylen S. for helping me get a car that suited my travel needs.

  I’ve never wanted to track down names of employees as much as this rental site - to give the highest praise I could possibly give. 6 stars out of 5. Landed on late Thursday 4/16 after a long day of traveling. On crutches. Dragging a bag behind me. This Enterprise employee saw me coming and practically ran to me, grabbed my bag, got me checked in, pulled the car up herself, got me an upgrade that she thought would suit me better given my broken ankle, and loaded my bags into the back of the car. The customer service was so kind and genuine that I was nearly speechless. Definitely a combination of good training and just hiring good human beings. Anyway, the kindness was appreciated more than I can say. Please let them know somehow.

  Enterprise asked me for this review so I’m leaving it. The Jacksonville airport location lost my vehicle after I returned it and then insinuated that I hadn’t dropped it off. The woman I dropped it off with would not give me a receipt and said it would be emailed. The next day, I get a call at 6am wondering where the vehicle is because it was due the previous day. This went on for several days before they found the vehicle in the wrong location where they put it. So, it was resolved. Then I get a call the next day from a different rep again saying I hadn’t returned the car. I had to send text message proof of my conversation with the previous rep and called several times to ensure it was resolved. I asked for a receipt 3 different times before it was provided. Meanwhile, I was spending time researching my insurance to see what my options were for Enterprise saying I hadn’t returned the car and it was deemed stolen. This was a nightmare week of anxiety and extra work for a problem that Enterprise created. Beware of using this location and ALWAYS demand a printed receipt at drop off. I know I will have to be a Karen in the future to get this receipt (which I hate), but from now on I will.

  I'm giving 1 star mainly for the current policy of not taking chime cards. For a lot of people that is how most people bank, they also accepted my chime card to hold the reservation but once we were already in the car ready to leave they told us they couldn't take our card. I understand why the policy is in place, but for there to be absolutely no signage at the store, in the email confirmation, or even when you check-in, is incredibly ridiculous. They even have a section about what payments they take and nothing in their policies says they do not take chime. If you are going to implement a change you should make it very clear to your customers. It wasn't even in the fine writing. So now I'm stranded at the airport waiting for my my poor brother to drive 3 hours to come and pick me up so I can go see my dying father. Please enterprise and any other rental care company that has this policy, make it very clear on your website and in your policies, so no one else has to go through this pain. You have made an already difficult time for my family and me even harder.
