  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with the manager, Shawn, at Enterprise on August 28 at approximately 11:36 PM. I came in because the rental vehicle I was given was having a serious mechanical issue. The steering wheel was not turning normally, and the vehicle was making an unusual noise. I had my wife and four children with me, so my main concern was the safety of my family. I asked Shawn to exchange the vehicle for another one. There were approximately five other luxury vehicles available at the location, but he refused. His explanation was that if he took back my damaged vehicle and gave me a working one, Enterprise could lose several rental days while the damaged vehicle was being repaired. I explained to Shawn that losing a few rental days should never be more important than the safety of a customer and his family. I was not asking for an upgrade or special treatment. I simply wanted a safe, properly functioning vehicle. What made the situation even worse was that I remained respectful throughout the entire conversation, yet Shawn told me that this was not his problem and threatened to call security if I did not leave. If Enterprise has security cameras at this location, I strongly encourage upper management to review the footage from approximately 11:36 PM on August 28. The footage should clearly show how respectfully I approached the situation and how Shawn handled it. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from an Enterprise manager, especially when the safety of my wife and four children was involved. Customer safety should always come before the inconvenience or financial loss of having a vehicle out of service for a few days. This was completely unacceptable and one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had.

  Thank you so much to Brittany for giving my fiancé and I such a great experience! After having a really bad experience at Hertz, we decided to go to Enterprise instead. Brittany greeted us with a friendly attitude, made us feel welcome, and helped us get a rental car quickly and easily. We really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service. She definitely turned our experience around! Highly recommend Brittany and Enterprise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had an amazing experience with Brittany. After an hour dealing with hertz she helped my fiance and I get into a rental car in less than 5 minutes. No credit pull. No major deposits. Just the fare for the rental. I highly recommend these people and don’t shop with Hertz. Brittany deserves a raise !

  If I could give zero stars I would. Aug 13th night shift 8-9pm. The lady with the specs was slacking like nobody's business. I needed a big suv and she told me there is no big suv but just minivan. When asked about the model she seems to be impatient anymore, not showing eyes contact whatsoever. God if you are not interested in your job, just leave and let other people to work. Even hertz show me immediate response when I was at the line

  I’ve had an excellent experience with Enterprise and couldn’t be happier with the ease and convenience of renting from them. From making the initial reservation to picking up and dropping off the vehicle, the process has consistently been smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free. Even when I’ve needed to extend my rental, Enterprise has made the process incredibly easy. The flexibility and willingness to work with changing travel plans has made a big difference and taken some of the stress out of traveling. The vehicles have been clean, reliable, and well maintained, and the customer service has always been professional and helpful. It’s refreshing when the entire rental experience—from reservation to return, including those unexpected extensions—just works. I’ll continue choosing Enterprise for my rental needs and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and easy rental experience.
