Still have not gotten the follow up call I was supposed to receive yesterday, nor my money! THEY NEVER RESOLVED IT. I HAD TO CALL BACK AND THE MANAGER BRET SAID HE WOULDNT REVERSE THE CHARGE. I HAD TO ASK FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER TO GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT THIS. AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED.

Thankfully they had another vehicle available that feels like an upgrade to me but is the same price. The worker stayed 45 minutes past closing to clean this vehicle and the one for the customer ahead of me. This is the above-and-beyond that I expect from enterprise. I took a star off because the worker was passive aggressive and clearly frustrated with me for being late, but it was her last day working there so whatever.
