- ERElizabeth Ramsey5 days ago5.0We will only be renting vehicles from Enterprise for the rest of our lives. We had a horrible experience at a different rental company. They didn’t even have the vehicle we booked. That same horrible company wanted to charge us almost 1500 dollars more in hidden fees. .49 per mile out of state. Are you kidding me! Enterprise took care of us from the first phone call. Getting our rental was fast, and customer service was excellent. My husband is a truck driver with a well known company. We will also be telling that same company, who uses rental car companies for their students to pick up their personal truck, to do business with enterprise. Enterprise thank you so much. I almost cried tears of joy, because of the amazing experience that we had. Enterprise has our business for the rest of our lives.

She also reassured if we needed to extend again until our car is out of the shop that we could call back. Thank you Tabitha 🙂
- FAFarhat AyersApr 16, 20263.0Got a dinged up vehicle which was obviously in an accident. Took a picture before taking the vehicle as I didn't want to be blamed for it. Now looked at the tag and guess what its expired! Now I need to.waste my day tomorrow to get another vehicle and prayerfully will not be charged if they don't have the cheapest vehicle available. Called the main number and got routed to a useless emergency side roadservice which did nothing to help. Went to them because of AAA.
