As my initial 30-day rental period began drawing to a close, the reality of the current car market set in. I have been using enterprise for the last 6 years as a 1099 contractor. Both in Orlando and Jacksonville. This location is subpar. The customer service is horrible. Yes, my company assigns mid sized cars, and no fault of mine they upgrade. Again, not of my asking. This morning i went to pick up a vehicle after they told my company that one would be ready on yesterday… Never received a callback as they promised. I called at 5pm yesterday, they purposely put me on hold for 30 minutes as they closed at 530..
For the 2 year’s since moving from Orlando, where i had no issues with rental, every weekend i go to pick up a rental it’s an issue with getting a car. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION… THEY DON’T RESPECT YOU, YOUR TIME OR BUSINESS.
AND YES, Shelly, I GOT THE MESSAGE AND I WON’T USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN….
