  The staff Sariah and Baylor came through right on time. Between the communication and being prepared are the detention of these two. My dad just passed away and we needed a rental to fit 8 people and not only were they able to accommodate all of us. Baylor told us to come in he could take care of us. Literally took ten pounds of stress off, because the reservation made got canceled because they didn’t have the vehicle at Avis and budget. Not only did we had two different options to color coordinate with the funeral. They both was ready at the front of the store. Baylor wasn’t there, by the time we arrived to the location but Sariah was and had already been informed we were in route and she took over where Baylor left off. That’s Teamwork!! The customer service was great. I would travel from my side of town to the Southside just to interact with these wonderful people here. Very pleasant to talk to on the phone very understanding. Helped my disabled mom in and out while I drove are other vehicle. Even offered to walk her out with an umbrella because it was raining. Top tier service!!

  I needed a rental while my car was being fixed down the street. The collision shop arranged one for me with this location. They picked me up within a few minutes. Once I got there, Baylor explained the pricing and options clearly, set me up with a vehicle that was a good substitute for mine, and showed me all the features I needed to know about the car. The return process was quick and easy, and J.R. quickly gave me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. They really excel at customer service at this location.

  After waiting an hour to get my car to only get in it for it to smell like someone peed in it. I don't know what chemical you all are using but this smell literally made me sick. When I looked at it the person who worked there sat in it not me. When I was driving off and could finally really smell it. Nothing I could do because they had no there cars available. I have allegergy issues and this made me nauseous the whole weekend. I had to drive with the window down to get some type of relief. This is extremely unacceptable. If you are allowing people to smoke in the cars there needs to be a more harsh penalty. People like me should not have to deal with either smell. I sent a message to the staff and didn't even get a response. Enterprise is truly going down hill and they do not care about the customer only the bottom line!!!!
