  The staff at the 103rd st location were so helpful and efficient, I was having a bad week, and it helped turn it around. I would recommend Enterprise to my coworkers and friends.

  Received car that was dirty, not vacuumed, smelled like someone had smoked inside & Windows were wiped with something that left a film over them.

  My rental from Enterprise is my option because I am having a shop work on my truck. My experience felt personal in the way they wanted to see another happy customer, and that's exactly how I feel: happy I went to Enterprise! I am very happy with the service and professionalism from the support staff here. I had spent the previous 2 days trying to rent a vehicle from an overpriced competitor (t*r0). After 3 attempts at getting something i was going to be happy with, I followed my better-halfs recommendation and decided to rent a luxury vehicle through Enterprise on 103rd. I wasn't immediately expecting anything however my rental was dropped off after my reservation time. I was given a rental for the time and when the luxury vehicle was returned, their office contacted me right away. If i have to do it this way and have no pressing plans, I would go with this option again. Ms. Kenyans (Branch Manager) and her team there on 103rd did the very best with what they had to work with in my situation, and with no plans to immediately drive any distances, I was happy to work with them too. Kenyana, I hope you and everyone there at the 103rd Street location have continued success. Thank you for everything you all did!

  Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude, disorganized, and unhelpful from the start. They didn’t have the vehicle I had booked and then wanted me to pay extra for an upgrade. To make matters worse, they were mixing up keys and giving customers keys to the wrong vehicles. The entire process was chaotic and poorly managed. Customers sitting and waiting long times while vehicles being cleaned. .
