  How is it i make an online reservation one enterprise calls me says they cant accommodate my online request gives me a number of which location may and then makes an over the phone reservation and when I get there they cant accommodate my reservation made over the phone all they have are pickup trucks and since its something bigger now I cannot use my debit card it has to be credit card. You see the domino effect that was created there. Yall need to fix your systems and such....cause right now it sucks. And credit or debit should be used regardless of anything as long as we have the money I dont see the problem.

  Woman at the front desk is extremely rude. Didn’t wanna help in any situation whatsoever lacks customer service. She asked if we had a reservation we said no she ignored us then when we asked if she could make a reservation for us She acted like it was a personal attack on her she twisted her face up and smacked her lips so hard and was so rude that me and my father just walked out I would never rent a car from her We called across town to Atlantic and easily got a car rented. I would not go down to downtown location unless you wanted to be treated poorly. I really hope that some type of management reaches out and gives this young woman some guidance. We will also be reaching out to corporate This was just unacceptable.

  The online experience was very user friendly. Once I arrived to Enterprise, Kiara was pleasant from check in to check out. She made the process seamless and was personable which made the experience even better. When I arrived to return the vehicle, I went in hoping to see Kiara, but I was met by HD (I believe that’s correct). He was awesome too. The return process was seamless as well. This was my first time visiting this location and I will definitely return in a few months for my next rental car. My experience included an easy booking process, employees with great service and a great vehicle which equates to an overall awesome experience!

  I made a reservation weeks in advanced for a car for a one day trip on Monday morning. I arrived to this location right at opening and was told that they had no cars available. That attendant, Quierra, was helpful and directed me to a location 15 minutes north that had cars available. A location without cars is an immediate one star but Quierra was attentive and helpful and saved this rating.
