  I've always had good experience at this location, but this time was really bad. Not the fault of the employees. 3rd time it happens. Not enough car inventory. No courtesy call that there were no cars before I showed up. Enterprise's makes no commitmment under the "Open Book" system. stay away from this office if you can.

  For a car rental service charging premium rates, I expected polished professionalism. Instead, the employee’s attitude and presentation were unpolished, and on top of that, the car wasn’t properly clean when I received it. Won't be using this location EVER again. Short female,light skin with 2 crusty ponytails (she looks mixed) needed combing look like she didn't put much effort into showing up to work to look the part or smell the part. No reason I should be smelling you while trying to buy a car. ENTERPRISE need to make sure the staff is doing hygiene correctly while on staff, that should be top of the list policy.

  Unfortunately, I just had a very disappointing experience here. I had a reservation for 11am pickup(they even called me yesterday and confirmed I was coming at 11am and I said yes I will be there) Then I arrive and this snarky representative at the desk said the car was getting an oil change and that I just needed to wait for 30 minutes. This would have been fine if I had been called and warned that it would be ready later than 11am. Very unhelpful and dismissive. Always go to empire point Enterprise! 4303 Atlantic Blvd. Downtown is 👎
