  The online experience was very user friendly. Once I arrived to Enterprise, Kiara was pleasant from check in to check out. She made the process seamless and was personable which made the experience even better. When I arrived to return the vehicle, I went in hoping to see Kiara, but I was met by HD (I believe that’s correct). He was awesome too. The return process was seamless as well. This was my first time visiting this location and I will definitely return in a few months for my next rental car. My experience included an easy booking process, employees with great service and a great vehicle which equates to an overall awesome experience!

  I made a reservation weeks in advanced for a car for a one day trip on Monday morning. I arrived to this location right at opening and was told that they had no cars available. That attendant, Quierra, was helpful and directed me to a location 15 minutes north that had cars available. A location without cars is an immediate one star but Quierra was attentive and helpful and saved this rating.

  I had rented another car the weekend before in Chicago from different company. Customer " service" person was abrasive, pushy and borderline rude. This just re- inforced my belief that I should NEVER rent anywhere except Enterprise. Both representatives met me at door, were friendly, helpful, polite and just plain pleasant. Great cars, what's not to love!!!

  Came here to pick up a car. had to walk through garage to the back. when getting the rental car, the car was soaking wet. Smelled inside then there was even empty coffee cup that the guy did put my trash can in. once I got it to my house and it was dry as i've dents all over it , which I did call enterprise , and they did not charge me additional. Yhe one on Philips, highway location by the avenues, is a great location. This location on Duval st is trash. I think it has a lot to do with one person working and one person kind of cleaning the cars. The worst location I have ever been to.

  Rotten customer service I wouldn’t rent a car from here. I called to verify time and rental procedures for a last-minute reservation. The man who answered the phone was very dismissive and rude. Told me that he didn’t know when my car would be ready (I made my reservation online ) and that he had to help other people who had reservations before me. I understand my reservation was last minute, but there could’ve been a better way to tell me in a more professional manner. Frustrated I called the main line to see if they could help. I was told by a representative that they were going to look for an alternate and call me back. They never did. I got a phone call from the man I spoke to previously five minutes after the time of my reservation, asking me where I was at, not professional at all and the same rude cadence as before. I explained to him that I called the main reservation line and they were looking for a car and I would speak to them. I expressed how I didn’t appreciate being talked to the way I was when I first called and I got gaslit and told that’s not what happens. There’s other rental offices in Jacksonville go there. This company ruined my weekend plans.
