  Enterprise, especially this location is trash. I reserved a car weeks ago for the holiday weekend. I get to the location and they don’t have my car I reserved. After waiting for an hour and a half. Still no car and I lost money on a hotel. And after calling customer service. I still have no car. NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE OR THIS LOCATION EVER!!

  I could not open the gas door latch on my new rental while filling it with gas for the first time. I took it in to make a swap and instead of being receptive I was told by the manager he would not accept the keys unless I filed a claimed with my insurance. Horrible treatment. I would not recommend anyone going there.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience with the Enterprise location on Duval Road. I had a confirmed reservation for 12:00 p.m. and received a phone call only 30 minutes before pickup telling me there were no cars available. Apparently, despite requiring customers to select pickup and return times when making reservations, this location somehow had no idea when any vehicles would be returned. When I asked what I was supposed to do since I had a trip planned and a confirmed reservation, the employee was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She could not give me any answers, could not tell me when a vehicle might become available, and acted like the situation was my problem instead of Enterprise's. What really pushed this from frustrating to unacceptable was that when I continued asking reasonable questions, she hung up on me. If a reservation does not guarantee a vehicle, that should be clearly stated. Calling someone 30 minutes before pickup to tell them they're out of luck, offering no solution, no timeline, and then hanging up on them is terrible customer service. Management should seriously review how customers are being treated at this location.

  My vehicle was ready for pickup when I arrived and the representative was very courteous and happy to explain the different features on the car. The same representative assisted me with the return and the process was just as quick and smooth. I’ll use this location in the future rather than competing with travelers at the airport.

  Great experience! Ask for HD! Stocky black bald dude! He’s the greatest! Downtown enterprise is definitely where I’d go for my rental needs! HD was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! He made my experience smooth and easy! Give that man a raise!
