I booked a reservation over a month in advance, only to be told by Jaron (or Jared) that my reservation did not guarantee a vehicle would actually be available on the day of pickup. That completely defeats the purpose of reserving in advance.
When I asked questions to better understand the situation, he seemed bothered, annoyed, and unwilling to help. The customer service was disappointing and made me feel like my concerns were an inconvenience.
Because I couldn’t rely on my reservation, I canceled it and booked through Turo instead. The process was simple, stress-free, and I didn’t have to deal with uncertainty or poor customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Maci was phenomenal! We recently rented a car with this location while my car was in the shop and she was so great! The car drove wonderfully and when we had to extend the reservation she made it so easy. This will be absolutely be the location I rent from in the future.
Renting was a not complicated not picking vehicle up. Love the sign in option before you arrive. Truck was a smooth ride and customer service was great.

Always friendly and courteous service.
One star is honestly too generous for this location. I’ve rented from here multiple times in the past without issue, but since a training manager named Maci has been there, my experiences have taken a negative turn that feels personal.
I made a reservation a day in advance, only to be told when I arrived that they were not honoring reservations. On a previous visit, I was also denied a vehicle due to my form of payment—even though it’s the same card I have always used successfully with Enterprise.
The inconsistency and lack of professionalism are extremely frustrating. What made matters worse was the complete lack of empathy during a very difficult time in my life. My mother was in hospice, and I urgently needed to travel to see her. I chose to rent a car to avoid putting mileage on my vehicle, trusting this company to come through when it mattered most. Instead, I was left stranded.
As a result of being refused service previously, I also lost $200 on tickets to an Atlanta Hawks game.
I reached out to both the regional manager and corporate office, but received no response, which only adds to the disappointment.
This experience has cost Enterprise a loyal Gold member. I would strongly caution other black renters to consider alternative rental locations.
