  One star is honestly too generous for this location. I’ve rented from here multiple times in the past without issue, but since a training manager named Maci has been there, my experiences have taken a negative turn that feels personal. I made a reservation a day in advance, only to be told when I arrived that they were not honoring reservations. On a previous visit, I was also denied a vehicle due to my form of payment—even though it’s the same card I have always used successfully with Enterprise. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism are extremely frustrating. What made matters worse was the complete lack of empathy during a very difficult time in my life. My mother was in hospice, and I urgently needed to travel to see her. I chose to rent a car to avoid putting mileage on my vehicle, trusting this company to come through when it mattered most. Instead, I was left stranded. As a result of being refused service previously, I also lost $200 on tickets to an Atlanta Hawks game. I reached out to both the regional manager and corporate office, but received no response, which only adds to the disappointment. This experience has cost Enterprise a loyal Gold member. I would strongly caution other black renters to consider alternative rental locations.

  Need a rental car unexpectedly while visiting Jacksonville, FL. I was helped by Julia Perry at the Nurseryfields Dr. office. She was helpful and kind. She really made our rental experience an easy one. Her customer service was impeccable. I recommend this office without hesitation.
