  Vehicle got totaled, and needed a car in a pinch. Was called during getting my belongings out of totaled vehicle and Mickie was told that I might need a vehicle, since, I had to return the rental with no other car to use after I went up to where I got the rental to find out what I can manage. So, I went by since I never knew they sold vehicles. Dennis and Herb are fantastic professional individuals. Herb introduced himself and offered snack size chips. My salesperson, Dennis helped me get into a new vehicle, with explaining every detail, let me test drive a couple I was looking at and was able to finalize on the one I picked. Very smooth and straightforward. I absolutely recommend. The atmosphere of others inside was also very welcoming. Thank you Guys!

  We had a genuinely great experience purchasing our Chrysler Pacifica, and I wanted to make sure I took the time to leave a review because good experiences with car dealerships deserve to be recognized. Dennis Makarov was our salesperson, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you're trying to make sure you're making the right financial decision for your family, but Dennis made the entire process so much easier. What really stood out to me was the level of communication and effort. Dennis didn't just disappear once the paperwork was signed. He personally delivered our Pacifica to our home, which was over 100 miles from the dealership. That alone says a lot about the level of service we received. There were also a few things we had questions about after the purchase, and Dennis continued to communicate with us and help get answers instead of treating the sale like his job was finished the moment the paperwork was done. I really appreciated that. In fact, we had such a positive experience with Dennis that I recommended him to our daughter when she started looking for a vehicle. Within 48 hours of our purchase, she ended up buying a car from Dennis as well! I think that probably says more about our experience than anything else could. I wouldn't send my own daughter to someone if I didn't genuinely trust them to take care of her. We absolutely love our Pacifica, and overall we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. If you're shopping for a vehicle, I would absolutely recommend asking for Dennis Makarov. He made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward, comfortable, and personal.
