- SGSheri GauthierJul 3, 20265.0I have had several visits to this shop. The first was a transmission and motor mount repair on my 2006 Monte Carlo SS. All work was at the quoted price, they keep you up to date and they are very fair to deal with. My last visit was for my 2015 Buick Lacrosse. Struts, coil springs, front wheel bearings, stabilizer rods and front end alignment. Again, tony and his crew were excellent. Their crew is highly skilled at their trade. I had questions about parts pricing and they accommodated me without hesitation. Duval County Transmission & Auto care are the ones I trust to do my auto repairs. Thanks again!

I go back to see what needed to be done to fix transmission which they never inspected.. To tell me another 240 dollars to test my transmission place is a rip off!!! And there customer service was horrible!!!??

They will never overcharge and will do there best to help! From the Owner to the Mechanics!!!!! I just started visiting their shop about 6 months ago, and I came from Aamco down the street, I had been going to them for years, but the wanted to overcharged and rip me off the a $100.00 and hour to diagnose, a repair the Duval County Transmission & Auto Care was able to diagnose in a half day with a quality inspection!!!! They are trustworthy and the place to go!!!!
