This was my very first experience looking at RV's. I had the pleasure of meeting Tyler. He was outstanding not pushy at all and gave me sooooo much information. He showed me what I wanted to see, even without me knowing! This guy is a good dude. Thank you, Tyler!

Came here for a propane refill after calling and confirmed it was available. Front counter service was alittle mindless. They looked for someone to do it then after 5m want to let me know that they just guess they cant do it right now.
Im sure you get great service when you come in only to make a poor life financial decision for a RV.

I purchased a camper from Camping World with cash, and unfortunately the experience after the sale became extremely frustrating due to unresolved title issues. I still have not received the title, which means I cannot legally register the camper in Georgia.
I called multiple times for updates and assistance, but getting communication from the title department was very difficult. Messages and calls often went unanswered, and follow-through was disappointing. The front reception staff were helpful in transferring calls, but the title office rarely answered directly.
A camper without a title creates a serious problem for the buyer, and this should have been addressed before the sale was finalized. If you are purchasing a camper here especially paying cash. I strongly recommend making sure all title paperwork is completed and physically in hand before leaving the dealership.
After continued issues, I had to escalate the situation through Camping World’s corporate/VIP complaint process. Sally eventually returned my call and answered many of my questions, which I appreciated. However, the dealership still could not provide a title for the unit.
I was told the camper did not require a title in Georgia because it weighs under 1,800 lbs. However, both the Georgia DMV and the registration office in Sandy Springs informed me that I still need a title in order to register it. As a result, I now have to go through the bonded title process and pay additional expenses out of pocket. I also learned I may need a VIN inspection through the police department to move forward.
None of this was clearly disclosed during the purchase process. These are important details customers deserve to know before buying.
For a company as large as Camping World, title processing and customer communication should be handled much more professionally. If a customer wants a title for a VIN-assigned camper, there should be a clear solution available rather than excuses after the sale.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and because of it, I would not purchase from Camping World again. I would recommend future buyers carefully verify all paperwork before completing a purchase.

So the second week of March me and my grandmother went into camping world Jacksonville yo look at a camper for me and my kids Trevor was my salesman and we went and looked at a few units. Found one that fit my needs, but unfortunately was extremely filthy had mold and mildew in the sky vents and had some kind of extremely sticky liquid on the table and wall at the dinette area the unit was just extremely filthy with dead love bugs everywhere and just shouldn’t have been shown to a customer. I was going to leave because the air-conditioning vents seemed to have some cigarette smoke residue in them and it was kind of concerning Trevor put on the high pressure sales skills and promised me the world said that the air-conditioning vents were going to be clean and that I would get a new mattress for my top bunk and the vanity mirror in the bathroom here we are I’ve made my first payment and still haven’t received the mattress. I couldn’t get any communication from anybody at the location every time I call the manager is not there or they’re gonna update me in a day or two when they find out what’s going on and I never receive a call back so after weeks go by and 20 or 30 phone calls go by I finally get frustrated and blow my lid and then I’m told that I’ve been a problem since the beginning by a manager at the camping world of Jacksonville so at that point, I felt uncomfortable dealing with them because on, unfortunately we’re not getting anywhere so I went to the Lake City location where my items were supposed to be shipped and found that they shipped me a used mattress so I went back and talked to the lady and she got with them and they finally approved for her to finally order me new mattresses so I have to wait about two more weeks until I receive my mattresses so it will be almost 2 months of ownership and not having these mattresses due to the unprofessionalism of the people in the parts department at camping world of Jacksonville
But my first night in the camper really made me feel concerning of the inspection, not being done properly because my first shower flooded the bathroom within further inspection. I found that the shower was never sealed. It was pouring water down all three sides of the shower underneath and flooding the floor, and unfortunately, the wood is already swollen and water damage due to previous owner, which would’ve been found if the camper was inspected, I chalk it up as a loss because obviously they’re not gonna help me so I resealed the shower myself and was going to worry about the floor later when it became a bigger issue but fast forward to today our first rain in a long time my slide out is pouring water in between I got up, pulled a bunch of pine straw out that was there when I purchased the camper that I asked to be cleaned and unfortunately still have a leak and there’s water damage already to the wood and trim of the inside of the camper. I went in today to talk to this lovely lady Melissa at the Lake City location that is doing everything she can to try to help me but cannot get any communication from the managers at the Jacksonville location and I still cannot get any help from corporate on this matter so please stay far away from camping world as possible

Had an appointment to view a specific 5th wheel that had been advertised. Was greeted by salesperson Alisia who was very sweet and helpful. The particular unit, a high end used Landmark was absolutely filthy and so were the next 4 or 5 used units that we looked at. I mean really filthy! If Camping World expected me to buy a unit there and yes I was a qualified cash buyer they must be crazy and who ever is in charge of used inventory needs a new job.
