  Had our trailer there for 10 months hunter Reed promised to send photos of mold remedy and its been 2 weeks and im still waiting. While in their possession they damaged my trailer, hunter was supposed to discuss with manager and get back to me, its 2 weeks and no response. Called corporate to file a complaint was told someone would call within 4 days, been one week. The place is horrible when it comes to customer service and communication. Wish google would let me post multiple pictures so everyone could see how I left the trailer day of repair and what horrible condition it was in when I went to pick up. But if anyone wants those photos I will be more than happy to share. Don't advice anyone to service or buy from them.

  Were bought a rv for $70000 on 6/11/26 and Immediately has reservation first thing was the pictures did not depict the cracking throughout the paint . They than said no we will get you ceramic coating that will fix it . I also asked the wallpaper was damaged and appeared to be water damage they said theres no leaks thats from the Florida sun , there were major leaks throughout. Upon driving the rv home I noticed a lot of aggressive shaking upfront and I reached out to camping world Jacksonville and they told me its normal . So past my better judgment we jumped on the road and soon realized it was not normal, shaking so hard we can see the passenger side wall coming off the chassis ..RV was not ready for the road  now were stranded since last Wednesday 6 /24 with major issues Check engine light (cylinder misfire) Shaking front end Generator not working Leaking throughout rv Dash AC not blowing cold Brakes need looking at At the shop is saying it can be 1 month to 2 months We have reached out to Jacksonville FL camping world several times communication is horrible And the GM of Jacksonville FL CW is essentially saying its our fault and trying to pass blame on otheres of why its taking so long. A simple inspection would have revealed all these issues! were paying close to $70000 for a vehicle they didn't even inspect its joke . They have yet provided any tangible solution and stated they were unaware of all the issues. Now were stuck in a hotel racking up expenses with no end in site .To be honest were looking at used RV from other dealers and we said no let's go the leader in the space we know were going to get quality and we were sadly mistaken .Dont spend your money in Jacksonville Florida unless you want to be stranded and fed lies

  It’s Monday, June 22. We arrived at 6:29 PM and walked in. The lady at the front desk asked how she could help us, and I said we were there to look at campers. She said she’d have to call somebody, then immediately said, “You do know we close at 7:00, right?” We said okay and waited. After a few minutes, we started walking outside to look at the campers since we saw the sales signs. Another lady came out and said they were getting a salesperson to help us, but then she also said, “You do know we close at 7:00, right?” At that point, I looked at my wife and said, “Let’s just leave.” That’s not how you sell campers. Y’all had a lot of nice campers we wanted to check out, but we’ll take our business elsewhere.

  On May 6th our 2026 camper was delivered to Fort Stewart as we are now living in our camper full time with two babies under two and two dogs as we PCS to Benning this Summer. We went to the location in April and told our sales rep Michell this and we were shown a few campers and we decided on an Eddie Bauer bunkhouse that fit our family. The day we decided on the camper, they showed us the camper which was dirty. They explained that it would be cleaned and things will be repaired as it was missing. Some light fixture covers, the thermostat and a few other things. That day we signed our paperwork and we agreed to have it delivered in two weeks time to us in Georgia. They had it delivered to Georgia on May 6 and we were immediately not happy as the siding was filthy and looked like it needed a power wash and a piece of siding was broken underneath the camper kitchen. Light fixture covers were still missing, and the camper was dirtier than when we viewed it in April. The kitchen sink was disconnected (once reconnected it wouldn’t drain), and the bunkhouse door was not closed before the slide in was pushed in so it damaged the Door frame to the bunk room. The camper kitchen electric was not working amongst other things. This clearly told us that the inspection we paid for and they stated would happen that day, did not happen. We immediately contacted our sales rep and the finance team to let them know about our issues as they are the ones who coordinated delivery and sold us the camper. We got in contact with a manager, who is no longer with them and she promised that someone would come out and fix these things for us. A few days went by and we had not heard anything and when we got in contact again, we were Informed April Was no longer with them and they directed me to a maintenance tech who was not able to help me with my needs. I again contacted my sales rep and asked to speak to a GM. The maintenance tech I spoked to did take an email from me and stated he forwarded it to the GM and apparently notes were left for a callback by him and the front desk, but I heard nothing for two weeks. I called 3 to 4 times a week until May 22. On that day we discovered that the sink being disconnected was because there was an issue with the pipe going to the gray tank and instead of the water from the kitchen sink pouring into the gray tank. It was pouring onto the ground under the camper. I drove two hours to Jacksonville and talked to the GM and a service man named Johnny. They said that someone would be out within 1 to 2 days to look at the camper and when Service tech came to look at my camper, he stated that some of the issues were caused by me and were not like that upon delivery. It has since been 13 days and I’ve heard nothing even though I’ve called 3 to 4 times a week and have requested callbacks and left voicemails. I now have a case open with corporate as nothing has been resolved and because I live in Georgia, I am just a number. The store collected their commission on my sale and I mean nothing. As a military family adjusting to camping life during this PCS, everything about this purchase has been extremely disappointing and I’m worried I’ll be evicted from our rental lot due to our grey tank water pouring on the ground, but camper world Jacksonville doesn’t seem to think that’s a problem.
