  Kenneth Y was extremely rude and unprofessional to us (the customer) as well as to his employee while we were in the store. We had a simple return and asked a question about why half of the return was given to us in cash and we were met with a rude and snide remarks. He referred to his fellow employee simply as “you” multiple times while we were in the store as well which was completely demeaning and unacceptable to see (since I’m guessing he also has a name). We love auto zone but will not be shopping at this location anymore.

  Chuck and Steve were great! We came in for what we thought was going to be a new battery for my husband‘s truck which would’ve cost us $300. They found out that our current battery was under warranty, so we ended up not having to pay anything. Fabulous service!

  The Salesmen Mr. Kenny was phenomenal‼️ Not only did he help me change my battery and windshield wiper blades. He helped me with a light switch issue. Thank you 🙏 Autozone

  We came in on the evening of April 29th trying to get our car battery charged. A younger gentlemen tested our battery and said it just needed to be charged. He told us they could charge it for us. When we came back with a second vehicle, I realized I didn’t have the proper tools to remove the battery. The younger worker was helping another customer at the time so my wife went inside to ask an older co-worker if he could help us. He refused to help us, and even recommended we buy the tool we needed to remove the battery ourselves. We asked if we could loan a tool but he said they couldn’t loan tools for simply battery removals. We ended up waiting for the younger employee to finish helping the other customer so he could help us. When he was done, he happily assisted us. Bottom line: One of the employees was more than helpful and had great customer service. (Give him a raise). The other however was extremely rude and made this experience much harder than it should have been.
