I won't be returning to this AutoZone location. I typically give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my experiences here over the past couple of years have been disappointing. Last year we had our battery replaced, and the technician mentioned some dashboard warning lights might stay on briefly afterward. They did come on, and I appreciated the heads-up… but the lights never went off. They're still on today. A dealership evaluation later confirmed it's related to the brake assist system, with a repair estimate north of $1,000. I understand I could have followed up sooner. When I did return a month or two later to ask for guidance, I was told to "Google it". The associate then searched it on the in-store computer in front of me. I do understand needing to research something, but to look something up after I just established that I already didnt feel great. For a concern involving a brake-related warning light, that response also felt quite dismissive. Today my husband went in because our new battery seems to be struggling. He described the same dismissive, unhelpful attitude from another associate. Three visits, two disappointing interactions, and an unresolved issue that turned out to be significant. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
