These 5 stars are especially for one individual Kenith H. I put the last initial to make sure everyone knows. The man is a car guru and autozone lucky to have him there. When people come in they are in good hands with this man. A true mechanic at an auto parts store is a golden goose. Someone that can help people get the right part they need with full confidence. To the point. Autozone better pay Kenny right or give him a raise. Because I can only imagine the additional income he brings to the store and to the company itself. David D provided amazing customer service. Originally a Hispanic woman came out to look at my battery to see what size it was. There was a light rain and I had a mess in my trunk and she stated they would sell me the battery but would not install it because of those factors. I said mam I can take everything out and wait till it stops. She threw up her hands and walked away. Then came David. He said let’s take a look, found my battery size, explained my options and installed it no questions asked. That kind of customer service is world class. You don’t find that kind of care and dedication. I had just spent an hour waiting on a jump from my insurance roadside and drove to the closest AutoZone. Thank you David you are a blessing.
