I felt very humiliated because she answered me loudly in front of her coworkers that she couldn’t help me with my question, however, Mr. Kenneth, which is the store manager, politely assisted me and whatever else I needed, and I really appreciated him! And I hold that Miss Harvey will not do another customer like that anymore!
