  THAT OLD MAN IS THE RUDEST, MOST ARROGANT, COMBATIVE, AND INCAPABLE PIECE OF WORK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Went in to get a battery and see if they could check my battery. The younger guy got me a battery and said they can replace the battery for me. So far so good, then all of a sudden this old guy came over and started bossing everyone around. Said they're busy and can't do the work now. I asked if he could check the battery at least. He said "NO, I'D HAVE TO TAKE THE BATTERY OUT OF THE CAR, IT'S GONNA AT LEAST ONE HOUR". I told him that's not true, I've had this battery tested at other places multiple times, he said "YOU'RE NOT LISTENING, I'M A MECHANIC YOU'RE NOT!". Then went back into the store and blamed the other guy for selling me the wrong battery and was gonna give me a refund and send me on the way. I said that's the right battery, he was very aggressive and didn't want to listen. Finally I told him to just sell me the right battery then if he thought it was wrong. This piece of work put in my year make and model and found out I DID HAVE THE RIGHT BATTERY and brushed it off saying "they must've changed the design". I finally had enough and asked to borrow the tools so I could change it myself. I was done changing in 5 minutes as a "non-mechanic". If I could do it in 5 minutes and he "as a mechanic" needs at least an hour, then he must've been the worst mechanic in history. This is the worst employee anyone could ever have. Not only was he incapable, combative, arrogant, and rude, he blamed everyone when it was very obvious he's wrong. Not only was his help not needed in this situation, he wasted everyone's time and energy. You could tell the other guys at the store were tired of him. I could've been in and out with a new battery in 15 minutes, but this piece of work got everyone worked up and wasted nearly an hour for nothing.

  Kenneth Yancey (a manager here) was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and a bad representation of this company. Autozone is usually reliable with workers that care and this man clearly does not. My family and I needed to replace a battery in my mom's car ASAP and Kenny turned us away because "he wasn't going to change a battery at this time of night." He also refused to help other customers who then turned away defeated by his words. One of Kenny's employees also shared in his attitude. So not only was he a bad employee but also a bad leader. Big thumbs down for Kenny.

  Great experience, had both headlights go out at night during a move. Chris C helped find the correct bulbs and replaced them quickly, all while being friendly & cracking some jokes. Very thankful for Chris and the quick help in an urgent situation! Also one of the only locations open late on a Sunday

  TERRIBLE STORE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGER. II went into this store on Atlantic by the Mcdonalds to return parts for my mini copper that had a lifetime warranty.. I had to wait to get the parts delivered because they didn't keep it in stock and by the time the mechanic that Autozone refered me to took way too long to do the repair and so I had the dealership do my suspension. Fast forward to me walking in to return these parts under warranty and through my phone number in their system I was hit with immediate attitude and friction. They didn't even scan anything or go through any info in my account related to my parts before I was told they don't have the money to do it.. I then inquired about how they knew that when they didn't even check any items or prices. The next thing I was told with attitude was to come back tomorrow when they have the cash, I continued to ask how they can say that when they don't even know how much to refund. Upon which Dave the store manager told the employee to tell me that they are considering me in a Loss Prevention issue and want me to waste my personal time to address something that's absolute BULLSHIT. Everything is verified in my account and I paid like every other customer but was treated like a villain. Obviously I didn't come all the way there just to get yelled at and waste my time so I stood my ground. Upon doing so the store manager over the phone told me I was banned from the store, for what? Because I wanted the money back for the parts that had a lifetime warranty? Absolutely terrible professionalism and straight robbery. DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. I went down to another AutoZone down the street and got my money back in CASH within 5 minutes. If I could give this place 0 stars I would've.
