My experience with Audi Orange Park was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
During my initial visit, I was assured that before taking delivery of the vehicle, it would be fully detailed and the discoloration in the seats would be addressed. I informed my salesperson, Carlyle, well in advance of the exact day and time I would be arriving to purchase the vehicle.
When I arrived, I waited over an hour for the vehicle to come out of detailing. Unfortunately, after all that time, it was still not properly cleaned. There was pet hair throughout the rear of the vehicle, marker scribbles remained on the back seat, and the seat discoloration I had specifically asked about had not been corrected. The entire purchase process took well over two hours before I was finally able to leave with the vehicle. The overall experience reflected a lack of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. I was told to return the following week so the detailing concerns could be properly addressed. I did, and while the detailing itself was much better, the vehicle came back with new paint chips and dings that were not present beforehand, apparently caused by careless handling during the service.
The manager did order touch-up paint, which I appreciated. However, instead of having the repair completed by a qualified paint technician, they had a salesperson apply the touch-up paint. The results were poor, and the damage remains clearly visible. I was then told there was nothing more they could do because they did not believe the damage was their responsibility.
Another disappointing aspect of the experience was the lack of transparency during the sales process. My salesperson, Carlyle, agreed to a specific purchase price that I was comfortable with, but failed to disclose that achieving that price meant removing the seat protection coverage from the deal. This was never mentioned during our discussions beforehand. Instead, I only learned about it after I had already driven to the dealership to complete the purchase. Presenting a significant change to the agreed-upon terms only after a customer has arrived is misleading and unprofessional.
For a luxury dealership representing a premium brand, I expected a much higher level of customer service, quality control, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below those expectations. I cannot recommend Audi Orange Park based on my experience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I was driving to Florida from NJ and my engine light came on. I found Audi of Orange Park, and was able to call them from the road. I spoke with Aaron from service and he was sooo helpful. They booked me an appoinment right away, fixed the car under warranty, and got me a loaner. Now I can drive home in safety. Thank you Aaron!

I had Christmas lights on my dashboard 😱I was waiting at Audi Orange Park @6:30am. Rachel came only a few seconds later. I told Rachel who has been taking care of the service of my car for several years and she knew exactly how to take care of me. Rachel arranged for transportation to get me to work and arranged for a pick up after the service was completed. As always I received a video from the service technician of what work had been completed and any suggestions that were recommended. My transport drivers were respectful, prompt and entertaining 😂Audi Orange Park is the best you'll ever experience 💯💯

Came to the dealership to look for a car, Emmanuel met us in the lot. He didn’t pressure us, was extremely polite, and was knowledgeable about all vehicles and their features that we were interested in. Once a vehicle was found, Emmanuel worked with us to get the best deal we wanted. It was a great car buying experience.

If I could give Audi Orange Park a zero I would, I am extremely frustrated with my experience at Audi Orange Park.
Several months ago, I brought my vehicle in to have the rear passenger window repaired. After being told the repair was complete, I discovered the window issue had not actually been fixed. The dealership then had to keep my vehicle for an additional 2–3 days to correct a repair that should have been completed properly the first time.
Fast forward to June 2026, and I found myself dealing with the same issue again. I dropped my vehicle off on June 18 and did not receive it back until June 22. While I was told the window was finally repaired, the oil change I specifically brought the vehicle in for was never completed.
That is what I find most unacceptable. My vehicle was kept for several days, yet the basic service I requested wasn't even done. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly return to the dealership because repairs are incomplete or requested maintenance is overlooked.
To make matters worse, the dealership knew they would have my vehicle for an extended period but did not offer a loaner car until days later. The lack of communication and planning only added to the inconvenience.
I work overnight 12-hour shifts at a hospital, attend school full-time, and am a full-time mother. I do not have time to make repeated trips to a dealership for issues that should have been resolved correctly the first time. What should have been straightforward service turned into months of frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
Based on my experience, Audi Orange Park has shown a disappointing lack of attention to detail, accountability, and respect for its customers' time. I cannot recommend their service department, nor their dealership in general.
