  Loyal Customer Lost I previously bought TWO brand-new Audis from Audi - Jacksonville — an R8 and an RS7. After this experience, I walked out. We came in for a 2024 BMW M4 priced around $81K. The car looked NOTHING like we expected from the online listing, and in our opinion, it was not even in good condition. Our 2023 trade was PAID OFF and valued around $21K by other dealers, including Carvana. Audi offered only $16K. Then they presented a deal where we would still have to pay almost $79K. $81K car. Paid-off trade worth around $21K. Almost $79K still to pay. The math did NOT add up for us. I felt the offer was insulting. At that point, I didn’t even want to continue talking to the manager. I simply got up and left. CHECK THE CAR IN PERSON. CHECK YOUR TRADE VALUE. CHECK EVERY NUMBER BEFORE YOU SIGN.

  Staff was very friendly but nobody really listened to the issues I was having. Even though they wrote them down in notes nobody verified that the issues were resolved. They did just a system update and 10k service which did not fix the issues. Now I will need to return to have the issues addressed. Which is time consuming and inconvenient. Why return a vehicle where the problems stated arent fixed. One agent said they would text me after they confirmed they drove the vehicle to ensure problems were addressed but never bothered to do this. Not pleased I will have to waste a day and bring vehicle back.

  Purchased a vehicle from here in 2023, experience was good with the young sales guy I had. The problem came after. Anytime I have gone for service, the sales people call me relentlessly saying they see I just had my car serviced and they’d love to me see trade it in for a new one. I said no, still called me multiple times a day. Then this last time I went, I was waiting in the lobby for my car to be serviced and the sales manager sees someone come onto the lot and there was two guys and a woman across from him on computers at a desk, I guess no one got up fast enough and he barked to them that they were all “fu**ing useless”. Not to mention after that service I again had the sales guys calling me, one I answered and politely told them I don’t wish for them to continue contacting me and now I have conveniently been added to some kind of spoofing/scam calls which are ironically all orange park number variations that started the day after I told the sales guy to leave me alone. I’ll never go back here just for the shady sales tactics post sale/service.

  Excellent Audi Service I want to give a big thank-you to the Audi mechanics who worked on my car and did an excellent job replacing the timing chain. The work was done professionally, and I really appreciate the attention to detail and quality of the service. I also want to recognize Rachel in the service department. She went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I was getting the best price possible. She was helpful, professional, and genuinely looked out for my best interest. Great work from the technicians and excellent customer service from Rachel. I definitely appreciate the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality Audi service.

  The following is not on Israel my sale person, but the delivery and presentation of the vehicle left much to be desired. The interior was not well cleaned, glass had numerous smudges, no gas was put in the car so I left with 10 miles of range, and there was a strange smell with AC on. I checked the cabin air filter and it was clogged with dirt, leaves, and had a bad odor, and that was what was blowing in the car with AC on. I also plan on getting an oil change as I do not believe this was done prior to car being sold, but I will ask the techs when I have this done this week. Again, Israel was great but the “finish work” after the paperwork was signed was enough to have me concerned should I buy another vehicle from this location. It could have been that o did not purchase a new car, but this was not the best experience compared to my last used car purchase 3 years ago.
