The experience regarding the actual servicing of the vehicle was very good although not very differentiated from experience at other luxury brand dealerships. I did like that the service rep was very attentive to the software issues I was describing and made sure I was regularly updated on the status of the work. What I didn’t like was the physical environment of the building and facilities. It is way too cold inside especially when your vehicle is being worked on for 6 hours. I had to keep going outside into the sweltering heat to warm up. Also not having a soda machine available to customers is an unfortunate omission.

I want to share my experience with my recent service visit. The work performed on my vehicle was excellent, and I appreciate the quality of the service the technicians provided. My car was repaired well, and I have no complaints about the actual work. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was very disappointing. The communication, professionalism, and overall treatment I experienced did not reflect the level of service I expected. While I left satisfied with my vehicle, I left dissatisfied with how I was treated as a customer. I hope you will address these customer service concerns so that future customers receive the same quality of care from the staff that they receive from your service department. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. One week ago, I purchased a 2021 Porsche 911 from Audi Jacksonville East. In fewer than 300 miles of ownership, the vehicle went into reduced engine power (limp mode), would not rev above approximately 2,500 RPM, and has now developed an oil leak whenever the engine is running. Because of these issues, I no longer feel it is safe to drive and will need to have it towed for diagnosis. While I understand that unexpected mechanical issues can happen with any pre-owned vehicle, I am extremely disappointed by the dealership’s response. When I asked to speak with a manager, the salesperson told me, “I’m not sure what he would do other than say you probably gotta take it to a shop.” Despite requesting that a manager contact me, I have not received a single phone call. I live in Davenport, nearly three hours away from the dealership, and asked whether they would help arrange or cover a tow due to the vehicle’s condition. I have not received a response. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and expected that, if an issue arose so soon after the sale, the dealership would communicate promptly and work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, I have been left with a vehicle that cannot be driven safely and no meaningful communication from management. I sincerely hope Audi Jacksonville East chooses to make this right. Until then, based on my experience after just one week and fewer than 300 miles of ownership, I cannot recommend this dealership.

It never ceases to amaze me when buying/leasing a new car why dealerships have to take close to three hours to complete a transaction. I understand completing a lot of paperwork but why isn’t everything ready to go when you get there? It always seems like they wait for you to arrive and then get the process started. Also, why doesn’t the salesman give you the demonstration of the vehicles features while the sales manager and finance are completing their paperwork? As it turned out we now have to make a special trip back to the dealership to complete their paperwork tutorial of the car. Our salesman, Richard, was new to the business (about 2-months) and he tried to answer a lot of my questions but was not able to answer them all. He did seek out the sales manager, who was good to work with in getting everything that I wanted to know to select the model I ended up purchasing. It might be beneficial when you set a time with the salesman that he either does not set other appointments that conflict or he has someone take over his responsibilities to complete the transaction. As I mentioned earlier, we never did get the tutorial on the vehicle which seems a little ridiculous! But this is probably more common nowadays, we just aren’t a good service society like we used to be!

Do not purchase a 2026 A6 here or anywhere. There are known issues they cannot fix now awaiting software updates. The first software fix did not fix the issue. It has been known since the 2026 was introduced in 2025. I I bought a new 2026 Audi A6 on Friday, May 1. It immediately started having multiple MMI alarms that weekend. I attempted to solve the issue the entire weekend going thru the manual. They would go away and then reappear with each new start. I have had as many as 11 individual alarms up at the same time. Never has there been zero alarms or failures. It is ongoing each start. The cruise has never worked period, making any long road trip very painful. Recently discovered there is an additional issue with the trunk not closing. I took it into the service department the Tuesday after the purchase to find out the MMI issues were known and there is a software issue with an unknown delivery date. It has been back twice for the trunk already, with more trips to come to reset it. The trunk software update also does not have a delivery date. I have been told that all 2026 A6 have the issues. So, they will not even let me drive the same new model on the lot to see if it does not have the issue, then take my car back if it is trouble-free. But they will sell a new one to another customer without disclosing the known MMI disaster. The service manager stated he only knew about the MMI issue since May. I do not believe that and certainly no policy is in place to have the sales department disclose the issue to purchasers. This issue has been known for months as my current software update was rolled out in late 2025 per ChatGPT, but certainly way before my May 1 purchase. No one disclosed the current known software issues. I feel this is fraud. Anyone who would have been made aware of the severe MMI alarm issues and failures of 5-11 of their driver assistance features and no cruise control available, would not purchase a new 2026 and would wait till the 2027 model in a couple months. That is what I would have done. I had a perfectly functioning 2021 A6 with 55k miles. So, a couple months wait was nothing to me. So, I'm stuck with a car they sold to me without disclosing the known failures. The corporation should have stopped sales of the car or at least mandated disclosure to the customers. The couple thousand dollars off sticker certainly does not seem like a bargain, but more of a move to sell a problem by lowering the price a couple grand, then offering nothing. Remember the parent company of AUDI and VW was caught with fraudulent diesel gas mileage claims in order to sell in the USA. I feel this a similar case of fraud selling a car with known issues that their product brochures proudly display. Really a zero star. They won't even give me my 2021 A^ back with no cost to me. Note: the response below from the dealership is also a fraud. I called the service manager named as the writer of their response. He said did not write it nor was he aware of it. They are doing nothing to try to resolve the issue. Unlike the request in their response to call to resolve the issue.
