  Upon my arrival at Appearance 1st Automotive I as greeted with a warm welcoming smile by office personnel. Shortly afterwards the repair specialist arrived from the work area directing me to their waiting area where I enjoyed watching cable TV while indulging myself in a variety of stacks and soft drinks that were made available. Within a very short period of time the dent repair of my 2026 BMW was complete! My only regret is that my vehicle was ready before I could finish watching my movie on cable. Very satisfied customer. Five stars!!

  Super awesome place. Professional but relaxed. Some might take it for granted, but the place was clean and smelled nice. Ian is amazing at what he does, up front and a really awesome cat. The experience shows in the work quality. I'd recommend 10 times out of 10.

  I seen him in action at my place of employment and was amazed at the results on a customer vehicle so I let him work on my wife's car something I thought would need a body shop and paint work to fix and be really expensive but when I seen the magic that he did I couldn't believe the results it looked like brand new I would highly recommend his service to anyone else

  I have been at Ian's shop when we worked on and finished a high end vehicle and needless to say, you could not even see the slightest hint of damage. He is a true miracle worker and a great talent. This is the only place I would recommend to take your vehicle to get any and all dents removed!

  Quick, easy, professional, and Ian explained everything he was doing and why. it was a great educational lesson as well!
