  0 stars please read before giving these people your business!!! They do not honor their warranty, and they replace with rebuilds after telling you you're getting (AND PAYING FOR) a NEW transmission. Currently filing court proceedings for fraud and misrepresentation. Stay away from this place!!!

  Please, please please do not take your vehicle to this company…. I had a Rear end rebuilt last January. My truck is back down now I paid 4100 to Get a rebuilt and my truck is Back down now….wen I call and told them about they came and got it just to sit in they Yard……. I made it my business to Right past they yard every day just to see if they was going to take it inside the shop they never did…. Then they called me talking about pay 3600 to fix it…..I ask them What’s wrong with my truck? Did y’all look at it?……. The man going to tell me yes it’s on the rack right now , I say, sir you’re lying I’m out back looking at my truck right now…it never move Since he got here , he talking about let me call you back……please please, please don’t Mess up your money, going to them

  I’m going to try to keep this review short, sweet, and straight to the point. As I was on my way to Rockville 2026 in Daytona, my 10 speed in my 2020 F150 called it quits. This had the recipe for disaster since I was 6 hours away from home. I called a few shops in Jacksonville and thankfully Patrick from American Transmission answered. He squeezed me in the next morning to diag the truck and before 1000 the next day he was able to give me my options. I ended up purchasing a remaned 10R80 and I have since made it home. Pat kept real with me and treated my situation with utmost importance. Thank you sir! Also, they treat vets and active duty members real good! If any complications arise, I won’t hesitate to give an update to this review. However, I know I’ll be taken care of.

  Great staff all around. The folks here at American Transmission replaced the suspension in one of my Lincoln Stretch Limos. Not always easy to find shops that are able to work on stretched vehicles. The work was completed quickly and the limo drives shifts like new again. The office staff were super patient and helpful each time I called for an update or to make a payment.
