Pick up and drop off were very easy. Car was a sub compact that used a key. No other choice available. Outside mirror was folded in and front passenger seat was pushed forward and I could not fix either issue as it was pouring. Left window cleaner on inside of window. Not wiped down.

I had a great experience with Alamo. Chinnetra was very helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. She helped me find the car I needed at a great price and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate the good customer service and the time she took to help me out. Definitely a great experience with Alamo.

The associates at Alamo At Jacksonville airport were awesome .. made the rental process very easy & the vehicle was clean & even smelled nice .. not overpowering scent but a nice new car kinda scent. Returning the car was a breeze .. price was very reasonable.. will definitely rent from them again!

I want to give a shoutout to the manger Eli at the Alamo in Jacksonville FL airport. I had a vehicle exchange due to an accident. He is respectful and kind. The exchange was effortless.
