  Great service. Made the trip really enjoyable even when a problem occurred. Had me back on my way again in what was a minimum amount of time. Great rental experience.

  The airport customer service at both pick-up and drop-off were friendly and provided quick service. The car was of excellent quality. Will definitely pick Alamo for future rentals.

  First I would like to extend a gracious thank you to Connor Cunningham and Shawn Melendez. These two employees at Alamo basically tracked me down (via calling and leaving me a Voicemail) to let me know I left my wallet in the front seat. However, I didn’t notice that I received the calls from them, so I got on my flight anyway. But communication between the both of them and myself helped the process of me not only finding my wallet but also executing what I need to do through the lost and found to retrieve my wallet. Again thank you Connor Cunningham and Shawn Melendez

  Very unhappy this go around traveled for softball had a slow leak and no one was willing to help with the tire without charging me more when it was a 2026 wagoner as I left garage light came on I called an everyone was rude and short with as if this wasn’t there issue wanted to charge me to swap a tire couldn’t get me another rental it just was a very unpleasant experience definitely will be switching to another rental service and I have always used Alamo so very sad that customer has come to this .

  We rent monthly and I used to love Alamo. They were my go to #1. I still look at their prices and have considered renting again, but the ONLY reason I do not is due to the way I was treated while renting once. Mirna at the desk n the JAX airport was very rude to my husband and I. I felt very disrespected by this woman. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ALAMO AGAIN. Sister companies...sure. But never from Alamo especially at the airport. We still only go to the airport, like I said - monthly, to pick up our rentals, but we will never go back to Alamo due to MIRNA. She made sure to spell it out slowly for me when I asked her for her name, which seemed very passive aggressive as well. She refused to get her manager for me to speak with them before we left and it almost made me act out of pocket with her, but I do have more class than what she projected. She made us feel very low. I have attempted to chat with Alamo regarding this situation and was told I would be contacted, but of course that didn't happen so I am blasting Mirna here. I am currently locking in 2 separate rentals for the summer trips and while it was on my mind I decided to put her name out there. RUDE lady. Everyone can see Nellie from Alamo responded within hours of this post. Nellie, I have attempted to contact Alamo regarding this situation MONTHS AGO. I actually spoke to someone on chat. I was then told I would hear from someone. That never happened. In result of THAT, I made this post up above. I have already wasted my time contacting your company with NO RESULTS. We will now blast Alamo and Mirna due to being disregarded. Nellie, giving me a website to go to to "complain" is not enough. I would need more than that to feel like your company is serious about making sure their customers are taken care of. Until then - we will continue to NOT consider Alamo and continue to let others know to refrain from Alamo as well. Especially where ever Mirna sits.
