  I had a fantastic experience with Jaylen. He was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond at the Jacksonville Airport to help me find the exact car I was looking for. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

  Had a nearly new Honda van for rental on a weekend with my family as reserved. Service desk person Debbie was very proficient in rental. Upon return Stephen was beyond nice and helpful. Even gave directions to terminal at airport. I was so impressed. I last rented from Alamo over a decade ago and said I'd never be back after a high pressure sales job on me to purchase additional insurance. That day seems to be gone, thank goodness. I realize the liability of renting and the pain it is to both parties, but being treated as such was remembered. Thanks Alamo Jacksonville Airport staff. You all Exceeded my expectations.

  The lady Deborah at the desk was extremely slow extremely she gave no care or concern with others spending 20 min per customer Absolutely horrible The vehicle fine etc but she made experience tiresome

  My experience at this location was very positive. The staff who assisted me at the counter as well as the one who met me in the garage to direct me to my vehicle were both very pleasant. I was greeted with smiles by both of them and the entire pick-up process was easy and quick. I would def go to Alamo again when i am back in Jax.
