  I needed a new car battery after my car wouldn’t start. I ordered online and when I got there Bri was very kind and helpful. She did a great job installing the battery. I was in and out in no time.

  Came to pick up an online order and pulled up directly in front of the door. Called in for curbside pickup as I recently just slipped a disc in my back and every step or movement I take is literally hell on earth. Call and Brianna M answers, I tell her that I’m here for an order for curbside. She said “we don’t do curbside at this location”. Little did she know that I worked at advance auto for years as a manager and this is completely false. I can understand if the store was busy and there were only 2 workers. But as I stumbled out of my truck and limped myself into the store, sure enough, Brianna was just standing there at the register talking to the other worker who was on the phone. Brianna, it’s not that difficult to do your job and walk 50 feet outside to give me a part that fits in the palm of your hand. Not like I asked you to wheel out a set of rotors and pads. Not like you had a line stretching out the door. Just pure laziness. Then I call corporate online services to make a complaint, guy didn’t even know what I was talking about. Once I explained another 3 times he finally got it and said Brianna was wrong, to which I already knew. So he then said he’s gonna transfer me to the retail side, waited on hold for 20 mins all for him to tell me that nobody is answering. So he offered me the number and when I said “so you’re going to give me a number you know nobody is gonna answer, just to dump the problem off on me?” He literally laughed in my face like “yeah pretty much”. I’d advise just to go to autozone. They’re much more nicer and vibrant. Crazy to think I ever worked for this company.

  I strongly believe this will close in next 2-3 months if you have a salesman I met today. I asked for 4 parts and he told they don’t have without checking and ordered same from other location, after they search and got them. Do u want to go out of business and employ useless kids and want to file bankruptcy? Excellent you deserve it. I me few ppl before 4 months and I appreciate them as they helped me and made the expensive purchases and today I decided never to visit this place anymore again in my lifetime.

  The employees are so rude in there, they want to argue with you when you ask them for a part... I called there the other day and a man answered the phone and didn't even say hello he said yeah what do you need and explain to him and he says we don't have that here and then hung up the phone. I went in there in the same rude man said that he did not hang up the phone at me. They need an attitude adjustment in that store for sure with their employees

  Went there yesterday to pickup online order, online order pickup went fine, as the associate appeared to be some sort of manager did not know where online part pickup was which I felt was strange considering she appeared to be a manager. After online order was complete, I asked same associate for another part that I brought up on my phone with part number from Advance Auto. I was told to go look in an aisle somewhere over there. Took me awhile but I did eventually find however I figured this associate would have came out to help me find. At the time there was 4 people in store, 2 associates and 2 customers so it wasn’t like she was busy. I have worked for Advance auto in the past and when a customer came in like that, I dropped everything and went and looked for it for the customer, I never pointed and said “somewhere over there”. Piss poor service at this location and the associate appearing to be a manager was very unfriendly. I will not be back to this location. First and last time.
