Cannot recommend this shop enough! I've been here twice in the last few months, and both experiences have been excellent. The customer service is outstanding and they took my car right in both visits. Carlos is very accommodating, friendly, and willing to help. Chris went above and beyond by assisting me with an issue that was more body shop-related. Their professionalism and willingness to help will definitely have me coming back. Highly recommend!

Mavis Tires and brakes on 3rd Street always has my back.
My struggle is “emergencies” where I discover a BOLT in a side wall of a tire, or have a trailer tire that needs replacing not during our working hours.
They usually are able to work magic, except one time over the years. They were SLAMMED, so I made an appointment and came back the next day. Carlos hooked it up today saving me again!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I ended up with a tire issue that completely threw off my day, but the team was so kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. They got me in right away, took a look at my tire, and had it fixed much quicker than I expected.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, honest, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me rather than just getting me in and out the door. It’s rare these days to find a business that treats people that well.
A special thank you to Brittany at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and reassured that everything would be taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a stressful situation so much easier.
I left feeling relieved, grateful, and impressed by how easy they made the whole process. If you’re looking for a place that does great work and truly values its customers, I highly recommend them. Thank you again, Brittany, and the entire team for taking such great care of me!

I had a very poor experience with this shop, specifically with Sonny the manager. My brother was having front and rear brakes done, and we called to cancel the entire brake job. Sonny told us that all they had done at that point was remove the front rotors. We were completely willing to pay for whatever labor had already been performed, but he still would not allow us to cancel the repair.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, Sonny became aggressive over the phone and yelled at both my mom and me. He then told us, “in the future take it somewhere else,” and hung up on us.
That is not how customers should be treated, especially when we were not refusing to pay for work already done. We were simply trying to cancel the repair before the job was completed and were willing to pay fairly for the labor already performed. Based on the disrespectful customer service and the way this was handled, I would not recommend this shop.
