  I have never had better car rental representatives in my life. I have rented cars all over the world from Milan to Buenos Aires and Mohamed and his crew are by far the most competent and accommodating I have ever encountered. They’ve gone so far out of their way to make sure that I am happy satisfied and well taken care of. I will always recommend this Enterprise office and Enterprise in general because of the fantastic service I have received.

  Had to grab a last-minute rental. Jake handled my rental agreement. He was thorough with my rental agreement and still got me back on the road quickly.

  I needed to rent a car while my Tesla is in repair shop for bodywork. Don’t worry, minor cosmetic surgery only. I typically use Enterprise because they are good on the price side and also customer support is usually very good. Today I dealt with JAKE and Amanda at the 3rd St., Jacksonville Beach location. Of Jake and Amanda were delightful, efficient, and help me out with all the details for the rental. People like them reinforce my impression that Enterprise is an excellent company to rent cars.
