  Jake was great! I called and reserved a vehicle on very short notice, and within minutes I picked up a midsized van and was on the road. A inspection upon return and I was on my way again in even less time. Smooth, easy rental vehicle service in a convenient location. Thank you!

  Just want to give a shoutout to Jake and Mohammed at ERC Jax Beach - I've rented probably 40 cars over the last 2 years and have worked with them a lot - they are incredibly friendly and positive, although I'm sure not everyone is necessarily super polite to them (but I hope they are). Sam is also a really great guy and have had some interaction with him. They are easy to work with and help me get back to business as quickly as possible - I hope they know that it really makes a difference in my day and work.

  After we were rear-ended and my car was completely totalled, I found myself with NO transportation. I booked a rental car on the Enterprise app. The young man behind the counter made the entire process so easy. He assisted me again 30 days later, when I returned the vehicle. While traveling in the past, I have rented from other companies, through a travel agent or on different websites. This was due to specials, or part of a package deal. I can honestly say that my recent rental was by far, the BEST experience I have ever had with any car rental company. I will do any and ALL of my car rental(s) needs at the Jacksonville Beach location because of the young man that assisted me. I HIGHLY recommend Enterprise for anyone needing to rent a car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Jacksonville Beach location because of the agent that assisted me, and how easy it all was.

  It was nice to fill out the papers online, saving time in renting the car. The Enterprise Rep, Mohamed, was efficient I scraped the passenger side car door in a dark parking garage, and he took care of the claim quickly.
