  Professional, friendly and efficient at both locations. Picked up in Jax Beach. Dropped off in Orange City. The folks at the drop off were extra helpful with a ride home. Very kind. Thank you!

  Today at approximately 3:00 PM, I went to Enterprise to pick up a vehicle I had reserved. My original pickup time was 1:00 PM, and while I understand that I was late, I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. When I arrived, I was told that my reserved vehicle had been given away. I spoke with a gentleman who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked if Enterprise could provide an Uber since they had given away my vehicle, and I was told that was not an option. I was told they would honor the original price, but I would have to find my own way to another location to pick up a vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that the manager was on lunch and would call me back. I have yet to receive a call. I also contacted Enterprise Corporate to file a complaint and was told I would receive a call back, but I have not heard from anyone there either. I understand policies regarding late pickups, but customer service and professionalism should still matter. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. The staff was rude, and based on my experience, management clearly does not seem to care about addressing customer concerns.

  The customer service representative Jake was super nice and friendly. He answered all the questions that I had in a respectful and polite manner. He took his time with me and was very patient. His communication and customer service skills was top notch. I will be renting again from the Jax beach 3rd street location. ♥️
