  Absolutely terrible experience at Beaches Carwash. We brought in our brand new Chevy Tahoe and paid for both an exterior and interior cleaning, only to have the vehicle returned to us in worse condition than when we dropped it off. Right away we noticed the front floor mats had clearly not been cleaned despite paying for them to be done. We also found dried broken leaves and yard debris inside the vehicle that absolutely were not there before. To make matters worse, items inside the car were missing — including a coaster from the cup holder console and the interior handle from a rear passenger seat. When we brought this up, Selena immediately became rude, aggressive, and accusatory, repeatedly asking if we were “sure” the parts were there. Yes, we were sure. We are not crazy people and know exactly what was in our own vehicle. One of the employees even admitted he personally cleaned the area and confirmed the piece had been there. After searching through the car ourselves, we eventually found the missing handle tossed into the trunk soaking wet, proving it had been removed during cleaning and carelessly discarded. Instead of apologizing and making the situation right, Selena spent the better part of 15 minutes gaslighting us and treating us like scammers when all we wanted was our vehicle returned in the same condition we gave it to them — except clean. The dashboard wasn’t even wiped down properly, which really says everything about the quality of the “detail” service. After nearly 45 minutes of frustration, we finally left and called to speak with the general manager, Greg or Gary. He was no help whatsoever. He flat out told us the owners “never give refunds” and the best they could do was redo the service immediately. We explained we live an hour and a half away and did not feel comfortable returning after how we were treated, but he refused to offer any reasonable solution. He even said he would need to “check the cameras” before replacing anything we claimed was missing. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. The entire staff looked miserable, the management was dismissive, and the service itself was careless and incomplete. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle or expect basic professionalism.

  I moved to Pensacola and REALLY REALLY REALLY miss this place. Nothing like it over here (hint hint)

  I took my BMW there yesterday for a $175 detailing package. Upon inspection, to my horror, I noticed multiple paint nicks on my hood, roof and trunk (see photos). I emailed the car wash and brought the car in to show the manager. He tried to tell me the nicks must have been there previously, because they showed “signs of rust”, and I probably just did not notice them before 🙄. There was no accountability taken to resolve the incident. I took the car to Commomwealth Colllision who said there is no rust, and the spots were exposed primer with no dents. They felt like whoever did the buff job had something on his buff pad, or there was a foreign object in the wash brushes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE caveat emptor!! This was not a few spots, the car now needs a new paint job!

  This place is excellent. Everyone here is friendly kind do a really good job has several different types of wash packages. Who brought my word truck here to get a detailed Will definitely be bringing my personal. The atmosphere here is great they got a little gift shop that has my type of my type of stuff. Recommend you go here
