  I have been a loyal customer of this business for 8 years. I went in last week for the "works" a full inside and outside wash which is my usual service. When I got back in my car when they were finished, I immediately noticed scratches on the tint in my passenger window. The attendant noticed me go over to the window immediately and he confirmed it was scratched and got his manager. His manager was not helpful, he stated it was from grit in the window and raising it up and down, I said that might be the case but it wasn't like that when I got here and you were wiping the windows and that area down and likely also raised and lowered the window while wiping it to get the top edges. He told me they have cameras he would show me that would prove they didn't roll down the windows and that they couldn't have caused the scratches with their towels and cleaning. I said great, he then disappeared so either the footage showed something he didn't want me to see or he had no intention of following through on his offer to show it to me. I never saw him again, but longtime manager Greg came out and spoke to me, told me they couldn't have done it, etc. I'm like if you brought your 85k truck in with 20k miles and it came back scratched you might be frustrated and expect some action. He stated he'd call the owners and see what they wanted to do. I haven't gotten a call back a week later and will never use this business again. The damage they did is 75-100 bucks, they didn't even comp my wash nor offer me a couple free washes to make up for the damage. Their own attendant stated I didn't even get in my car I saw it right away. I have seen them drop a towel and pick it up off the ground and use it, people make mistakes, but to take possession of a vehicle and return it damaged and deny it and then not follow up, especially after the years of loyalty I showed them is inexcusable. I hate that the other wash on 3rd closed years back, they dinged a rim once and sent someone to my house to fix it, these guys have no accountability and are more combative and defensive than anything. An embarrassment to be the face of a small local business. I do think the camera thing is BS too, I had a buddy whose kid worked at beaches car wash a couple summers ago and his son said guys pocketed things, maybe they added cameras because of that but after I heard that I always empty my console before coming in, I couldn't believe they led with we have cameras we will show you and then disappeared and bailed on that. They'll take your money but balance that out with damaged vehicles, reading these reviews I am not the only one that has noticed this place is poorly run.

  Took my SUV in for a hand wash and a hand wax. The person who worked on my car was Mikey. He did an outstanding job. When he was finished with all this in an hour(takes me longer than an hour just to wash my car) I was afraid it might not be to my satisfaction. I could not have been more wrong. It was beautiful. I know this place has a good reputation ( I drove 45 minutes to get there), but I want to add my praise as well. Everybody there was extremely pleasant and personable, but I especially would like to thank Mikey for a job very well done.

  Very disappointed. We've been going to Beaches car wash for years. Two cars each getting washed every or every other month. No issues with regular washes. This AM I called asking if they could do a full detail. They indicated they had several packages. I told them I was looking for a full inside and out detail. They offered their bumper to bumper package for $250. Was unhappy with the job when I went to pick it up. Bug splats remained on hood, bumper, and mirrors. Chrome accents never touched. Smudges left on windshield and a quick wipe down inside missing spots on dash, doors... Carpets and seats were great BTW. GM says they'd give don't do detailing they only offer an express detail and won't shine or wipe down everything. I indicated seemed like a hundred dollar job to me nowhere near the $250. GM said he'd mark down in my file that I don't understand their detail packages and put a $50 credit on my account. Not satisfied at all. Really feel like they've stole $100 to $200 dollars with their no detail detail.

  I’ve never thought I would ever leave a review on google especially a negative one. This past Saturday was horrible. I brought my car in and one of the gentlemen that was wiping the vehicle down was completely rude to the staff. I overheard him talk vulgar and disrespectful to them . I believe he was a manager due to his shirt being a different color. I noticed on his shirt his name was Race. Hopefully this message gets to right person. If this is how you allow your employees to be treated I will not be back.

  Cash stolen out of center console. Been a long time customer +5 years. Had a $5 bill under some papers in my center console when I pulled in the lot. The cash was gone after picking up the truck, was told by manager there’s nothing they can do. I expressed to him that they’re losing a long time customer not to mention the effect word of mouth over $5. The manager reinforced there’s nothing they can do and said he was sorry. Very poor & disappointing experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere and making sure friends & family do so as well.
