  We have been coming here for years just to learn that the $25 car wash I used to get with interior and exterior is now $42+ and you have to listen to a sales pitch for a monthly membership. Additionally for a hirer price you get the gift of driving your own car through the car wash where before they would do that for you. I have chosen to drive out here for the service and prices they used to offer from the other side of town but no more. When will these business learn we don’t want a subscription service to everything?! They’ve lost a customer what a shame.

  I was shocked by the unfinished work in the Deep service. The focus seems to have moved from quality to quantity. The inside armrest, seats, floor mats, and carpeting were not detailed as promised in the Deep package. What I received appeared to be a basic wash, tire cleaning, and vacuuming. The interior detailing was missing entirely. Unfortunately, the trunk area also was not serviced. If maintaining a high standard is difficult, consider closing or selling the business. You've lost a customer!

  They have made some changes to the car wash to I assume make it more efficient but it is a failure. I understand having to make changes but they are losing a 6 plus year customer today. You now ride your own car through the wash and if you are getting an interior clean it is all done after the wash which is quite obviously slowing the entire operation. I talked to a lady next to me and she had been here an hour and a half. I have now been sitting outside for 35 minutes and no one has even started the interior work. I came at 2 in the afternoon thinking it would be a good time. Prices have also increased so this is definitely a poor customer experience.

  Very disappointed with Beaches Car Wash. This used to be a great place to bring your vehicle, but unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. I arrived at 12:13 and didn’t receive a call that my car was ready until 1:50. After having my vehicle for that length of time, I expected it to be thoroughly cleaned. Instead, my dashboard is still dusty, the windows have water marks, and there is still shampoo/product left on the exterior of the car. NOT TO MENTION THE DIRT THAT IS STILL ON THE CAR!!! The interior also feels extremely greasy from whatever product was used. Most concerning, the brake pedal is so slick that my foot is actually slipping off of it, which is a serious safety issue. After waiting nearly an hour and 40 minutes, I should not have to go home and clean my car again. It is NOT CLEAN. Beaches Car Wash used to be a place I could count on for quality service, which is why this experience is so disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot recommend them. Edit: took it back after waiting 20 minutes on hold. Was told to speak to Allen the Manager. When I got there Allen offered me a “rain check”. I said no because I’m not coming back here. I want the problem fixed. So I waited another hour and fifteen minutes for them to clean up the car. I can promise you I was not the only one complaining. Unfortunately this is another great Beach business bought out by a corporation that thinks they know better. If they were so busy and could not handle the cars that were there, close it until you can, hire more people or maybe Allen should come out of his office and grab a rag. Your new collar shirts do not make the business!

  I have been going to Beaches Car Wash for many years. I went yesterday to have the 'regular' car wash that I get. Not sure when, but everything changed. They no longer have the same wash options, you now take your own car through the car wash and the employees vacuum, dry, and detail the car all at the end. They were not super busy but this new process really created a hold up at the end. I was at the car wash for about 40 minutes. There were several other people complaining about the new process as well. I noticed the vacuum cleaners they are using at the end process are not the heavy duty vacuums that most car washes use (and they used to use), they are just wet vac vacuums. I'm sure they had there reasons for changing the process but it obviously is not working. I will find another car wash.
